Grand Caribbean 215
Votre relaxation de vacances commence dès que vous rencontrez le Beachy, décor décontracté de ce condo entièrement mis à jour et sa vue imprenable sur le golfe. Situé au coeur d'Orange Beach, Grand Caribbean est situé en face de l'accès à la plage publique, vous donnant une vue sur la plage depuis le balcon de cette / deux unité de bain de deux chambres au deuxième étage.

La cuisine dispose de tous les appareils et est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Si vous séjournez dans, options de restauration comprennent quatre chaises à la table de salle à manger, ou la petite table et des chaises sur le balcon. Si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner, d'excellents restaurants sont à proximité �� la fois Orange Beach et Gulf Shores.

Le mobilier tout salon comprend deux chaises d'appoint et un canapé-lit super confortable. Si vous avez besoin d'une pause de la plage et toutes les autres activités que la région a à offrir, le salon dispose d'une télévision 42 de l'écran "plat avec lecteur DVD.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et une télévision 32 "à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse avec de belles vues.

L'appareil dispose également d'un lave-linge et sèche-linge pour votre commodité. Accès gratuit à Internet sans fil est fourni.

Le Grand Caribbean dispose d'une grande piscine et terrasse de la piscine avec une surface couverte et une salle de bains bord de la piscine. Un espace extérieur griller / pique-nique est également disponible.

Un GRC (certificat d'enregistrement du client) est inclus dans le prix. Si vous souhaitez acheter le second GRC, merci de nous le faire savoir.

The location of this condo is awesome! There are restaurants, stores, and beach shops within walking distance. Anywhere else you'd want to go is a 5 to 7 minute drive. The condo was clean and the property is family friendly and quietI would replace the cookware as it was old and somewhat scratched up. The sofa in the living room also needs a good cleaning.Overall a nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took our first vacation since my brain surgery with Sunset Properties to Orange Beach, Alabama. They absolutely provided everything they said they would. No hidden fees no extra charges. The condo was clean and stocked. The towels and bedding were great quality not cheap hotel finds. Any questions I had was answered quickly. We will absolutely be using them with our next vacation. They made it stress free and that’s exactly how a vacation should be.

Great location but not clean

The location was great. The check-in process was very easy. It was nice to have a two bedroom with room for six right across from the water. However, we found not one but two pair of thongs, french fries in the hide a bed and condiments in the master bed. We ended up sweeping the floors because the sand on the floors was thick when we went to use the oven. There was food burned on the inside that smelled. It just was not cleaned.

2024 Summer Vacation

Loved the condo!!! Easiest check ever! Pull up to condo, punch in code to room and you begin your vacation. Check out is the same. Didn’t have to stand in line and pay a deposit. Room was clean and had most accessories. Definitely stay here again!!!

Not the best

It was really old and not clean when we arrived. Daughter wanted to sleep on pull out couch the first night but no extra sheets. The dishwasher was broken and had to wash dishes by hand. It was in a good area with a lot around but the rental was really old and needs updating and find a new cleaning crew bc they are no good. Property Manager was easy to talk to when needed help and easy to get a hold of and got things done fast when needed.

I must have misunderstood about the "additional" parking that I purchased. I told my daughter that she was the "additional" and gave her the parking pass for her car. An employee knocked on our door at 11 pm on our last night there and told us to move the car.

A Few Things to Change

Almost every dish pulled from cabinets was dirty(left over food). 2. The kitchen is missing several items necessary to cook basic meals(pans, spatulas, pot holders). 3. I have never stayed in a condo where I had to wash linens myself during my stay. Not enough towels for showers.

Paint stored in bedroom closets. Rusted patio table and decor. Only five forks. Keurig in rental photos but missing upon arrival.
