Sunrise Beach Villas - Superbe, accĂšs piscine Ocean View Villa avec plage

Bienvenue au paradis! Ce deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains villa est au coeur de Paradise Island, seul un taxi de 30 minutes de trajet de l'aéroport de Nassau. Situé à l'étage principal, la villa est à quelques pas de la piscine et a une belle vue sur l'océan.

La villa a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et amĂ©nagĂ©e avec plus rien Ă  perdre. Les deux chambres ont toutes deux trĂšs confortables lits de mousse de mĂ©moire, des draps de luxe et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et la deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits simples qui peuvent ĂȘtre mis ensemble pour former un lit king size, si dĂ©sirĂ©. Le salon a Ă©tonnante, meubles flambant neuf en cuir, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et Roku 2 (accĂšs Ă  Netflix, etc.) pour votre divertissement.

Pour ceux qui veulent faire cuire l'unitĂ© est complĂšte avec une cuisine mise Ă  jour entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et un barbecue (propane est fourni). Épicerie sont facilement accessibles avec une Ă©picerie Ă  dix minutes Ă  pied pour vos nĂ©cessitĂ©s de base et pour une sĂ©lection plus Ă©laborĂ©e; Mart douce est un taxi rapidement monter de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© du pont, ou vous pouvez utiliser le service de livraison d'Ă©picerie en ligne. Pour manger Ă  l'extĂ©rieur - il y a plusieurs restaurants Ă  distance de marche tels que Margaritavilla et The Green Parrot. Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Beautiful villa right at the beach!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic Villa in perfect location

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Family Get Away

Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. Ezrena who helps Jordan (owner) responded quickly on something we needed. Recommend this property as a place to stay.

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Cozy comfortable cottage

My family of four had a relaxing visit to Paradise Island with this cute condo being home base. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The owner, Jordan, was very easy to deal with and the beautiful beach and convenient pool were great for both my 8 and 3 year old to enjoy. An easy quick walk to Atlantis and the shops rounded out this great condo!

Great unit. Had stayed at Sunrise before but in the second row. This was about twice the size, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool towards the sea. Lovely terrace and well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location for beach views from condo and easy beach access. Beach was great and not crowded. Unit was clean, spacious and owners were extremely attentive to a few small issues that happened during our stay. Easy walk to Atlantis with 11 and 8 yr old kids. Violas has good food but service could be better. Overall would recommend this Villa.

Lovely Development

The condo we stayed in was on the ground floor which was needed due to health issues of one of our party. We probably chose the wrong time of year for our visit as the pool water and ocean were somewhat chilly. The condo itself was very nice. We were a bit surprised to find out although it had 2 bathrooms neither was en-suite. They were both down a little hallway. Big bonus was this was the first condo we had rented over many years with a generous amount of hangars. Paradise Island is a great place to vacation - lots of restaurants on and just over the. Food/dining is very expensive so you need to plan accordingly. We ate in a few more times than we might have normally.

Beautiful place, ideal location

Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

We are a family of four who have frequently visited Nassau. We began coming here on cruise ships and quickly fell in love. Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.

We fell in love with this property because of its proximity to all of the attractions of Paradise Island. It is in a beautiful Villa complex, just steps away from the world renowned Cabbage Beach. Everything is within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shopping, Atlantis, etc.

The unique benefits are that the villa is poolside with an ocean view. There is no better thing to wake up to then the view of the beautiful white sand and turquoise water.

The villa complex has everything that you would need for a relaxing, fun vacation. From hammocks to Viola's bar/restaurant - there is something for everyone.
