Villa de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains dans une communauté fermée de 12 villas à distance de marche du célÚbre Atlantis Resort, de la magnifique plage de Cabbage, du terminal de ferry de Marina Village et des magasins et restaurants.

La cuisine de la villa est entiÚrement équipée et récemment rénovée. L'espace de vie a de hauts plafonds ouverts et il y a une terrasse privée fermée avec barbecue et piscine communautaire.

Internet haut débit gratuit, télévision par cùble, / Smart TV avec Netflix etc., téléphone (appels locaux uniquement), climatisation centrale, draps de qualité et serviettes de bain et de plage. Un joli complexe calme de 12 villas avec parking sur place.

Également inclus - 2 vĂ©los, chaises de plage, parasols, glaciĂšres et Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e.

Articles de cuisine - serviettes en papier, sacs à ordures, bouteille d'eau de 5 gallons, épices, café, thé et condiments.

Articles de salle de bain - savon, savon pour les mains et shampoing format voyage.

Pour l'achat et votre commodité, il y a aussi un panier de collations, des boissons froides dans le réfrigérateur et une sélection de vins dans la villa.

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Perfect Villa

This was our first time on Paradise Island and we wanted to be close enough to walk around. There was plenty of things to do nearby including restaurants, shops, bars and even the casino inside Atlantis. The house was fully stocked and Kyrene was able to rent any extra things you may need. If you plan on going over to the main island much then please note there is a 2 toll to cross the bridge everytime.

Perfect trip to Nassau

Kyrene was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation while the Bahamas. The house was perfect exactly as she had listed. Perfect location

We loved our stay in Paradise Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, as well as many great restaurants. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kyrene was so helpful and answered all questions. We did a boating excursion with Island Time Charters. It was private with just our family. We hope to be back!

Wanted for nothing!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. The host was AMAZING! She was so kind and accommodating. She really has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and we wanted for nothing! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked! The complex is very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves right out the back gate. The property location is perfect. We loved the private beach by the Four Seasons. The complex is so close to everything and very walkable! We rented the golf cart which was fun and convenient. I felt so safe in the Bahamas which was a concern of mine ahead of our trip. We overlapped our stay with a room at Atlantis and my kids actually asked “when do we get to go back the VRBO?” We can’t wait to come back and we already know where we will be staying.

Paradise Island Paradise

We stayed in two locations during our time on Paradise Island and this property was in proximity of Atlantis and a short walk to the beach. Nice community pool kept my kids occupied while we were at the property. Very clean and great communication with the owner all helped make this a great choice in stays while on the island. Would recommend and would book again.

Paradise Island is absolutely charming and the location of this villa is perfect for any guest - close to Cabbage Beach, the Atlantis Casino, Marina Village shops and restaurants, the ferry terminal building for boating excursions, and the ferry boat to downtown Nassau.

This villa is equipped with a BBQ, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers.
Bicycles are also available on-site for daily rental.

Gated community of only 12 villas - lots of privacy!
