Nice Villa with amazing view

We had a great time at Katie's place. It was very clean. It's very spacious even and can accommodate a large family. Check in and check out was super easy. I can only recommend it

What a place! Absolutely fabulous villa - a real home from home. It has everything you need and has a lovely feel to it. The views are incredible and there are plenty of areas to take it all in. The owner was so helpful and responsive - really lovely! Nothing was too much trouble. It’s close to everything but not walkable - you will need a car. We didn’t find taxis to be easy so we just drove. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Great stay

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Katie's house in April, 2025. The house is well-located, well-equipped and a perfect choice for a nice stay in the area. Everything went smooth and Katie was very precise and responsive in her replies. We can only give this house and Katie our best recommendations. Would love to come back.

Summer 2023

We had a fantastic stay, with the property providing everything we needed to relax and entertain the whole family whether playing in the pool, sunbathing or having a quiet game in a cool, shady corner. It was exactly the place that we hoped it would be.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The house has at least 5 good terraces and nice outdoor areas for both sun and shade and the pool is unbeatable with 32 degrees warm (a little deep) water. We really enjoyed the small bar area outside, where there was both a sink, hotplates and a fridge. There is a beautiful view from everywhere - over the mountains with mango, citrus and avocado plants with the sea in the background. Inside the house was also nice with a slightly small but fully equipped kitchen. We slept well in the good beds and with well-functioning air conditioning in all the rooms. We also enjoyed that there was a bathtub in both bathrooms. We had super nice communication with Katie before and during our stay and Katie had left both wine, water, snacks, cold cuts etc. for us upon arrival. We felt very welcome - almost like visiting old friends. The house was the setting for a really good holiday with both relaxation, where we enjoyed all the house's possibilities and trips to e.g. Alhambra, Caminito del Rey and Rio Chillar

Wonderful in May 2022

Everything was as great as we hoped, even nicer in real life. Beautiful pool area and good heating, wonderful view. Great house to bring both small children (safe) and more families due to the two baths and good bedrooms. Much equipment in kitchen and pool bar, good beds, beautiful flowers everywhere. Had the most relaxed feeling while we were there, and the owners was great help when needed. We will hopefully be back one day!

This is the Place!

Casa Lilliote was everything we were looking for and more. The pics do not do the outdoor area justice - the pool is very nicely sized and the view is magnificent. Indoors is comfortable and well appointed, there is no end of gadgets and tools and cook books for the home chef. Communication was easy and check in instructions were clear. There is lots to do within a short drive, and Torrox has all the necessities. Highly recommend for able bodied parties (stairs could be an issue for someone with mobility issues). Our visit was in Jan-Feb, having the option to have the pool heated was a game changer, we spent a tonne of time in it enjoying the Spanish sunshine.

Late summer break

We had a lovely time here - just the two of us to enjoy the property and it’s environs . As has been said , the pool area was lovely- we loved eating on the terrace on an evening . We didn’t venture too far but had a brilliant day at the Alhambra- an easy drive , half a day in the rain in Frigiliana and visited the caves which were stunning. We also went into Nerja. We had one day at the beach which we enjoyed. We didn’t go far , I understand there are prettier beaches more of a drive away but we were happy with the clear water and calm sea locally . There are restaurants locally- of course we tried El Figon - great ! We ate on the square but didn’t rate the pizzeria. The others were really nice . We had a very relaxing holiday and will probably return- reading the visitors book it would appear lots do the same .

A wonderful place to stay.

We had a fantastic week here. The villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the shutters keep them cool (although there is air conditioning too). The upstairs bathroom and kitchen are newly refurbished. The outside areas are fantastic - the terrace immediately outside the house was perfect for dining and the gardens as a whole are filled with beautiful trees and flowers. . We loved the pool and there are always places to find shade around the pool during the heat of the day. The outdoor kitchen and built in bbq are great. We really enjoyed looking out across the hills to the sea or watching the stars come out at night. We really liked the location of the villa- it is so peaceful but Torrox Pueblo is only a five minute drive away. It is an easy drive to reach Granada and a range of coastal resorts and Frigiliana. Katie could not have been more helpful- both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend a holiday at Casa Lillotte and very much hope to return.

Brilliant Villa lillotte

Had a wonderful time at the Villa, this has to be one of the best villas our family has visited. It has everything you need for a great holiday, the pool was excellent, a good size for family. The bar / bbq area is excellent, there is a fridge freezer, hot plate, sink, cupboard full of glasses / utensils. There is a large covered seated area next to this, we used this to dine and escape the sun during the day. There are plenty loungers round the pool. There are beautiful views over the side of the pool area, it is very peaceful area!! The inside of the Villa has everything, comfortable beds, two nice bathrooms, lounge area with Tv. Good kitchen. There is a utility room with washing machines and another large fridge freezer. The villa is between Torrox costa and Torrox Pueblo. A car will be required, lots of supermarkets in Costa and a brilliant bakery in Pueblo, cream cakes to die for. The weather was fantastic!! This villa comes highly recommended. Five stars!!

An Excellent Villa but with Poor AC

GREAT OUTSIDE AREA, well maintained, plenty of places to sit and always a table in the shade. Four good sun-beds, two large chairs, one parasol.Really lovely pool - quite deep (2m) from the steps and a great temperature in June - 30c. Excellent outside kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and charcoal BBQ.Well equipped laundry room!Slightly disappointing view from the Villa of hillside with derelict buildings and rubbish. INSIDEOne person kitchen, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Well equipped but too much clutter on work surfaces, cupboards & dresser. Good AC in lounge area.Downstairs double-double room - coolest with AC but no blind so light comes in. Bathroom next door.UPSTAIRS - just incredibly hot!And reached by a wrought iron narrow circular staircase…One master Queen room, one twin and a newly renovated bathroom - however the shower needs a pump as barely able to rinse hair.AC Sensors in both bedrooms which switch off Air Con after 20mins of no movement which makes sleeping unbearable at 28-30c. These sensors need to be removed as the Villa is advertised as having AC. We were advised by Katie to cover the sensors which worked to a certain extent, but the AC STILL switched off during the night. AC in master bedroom needs maintenance as it makes a high pitched whining noise making sleep tricky. WiFi ok -drops in and out. Very good security. An amazing, comprehensive Welcome Pack Many thanks

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were uncomfortable due to the heat and noise of the air con unit, we did have a conversation about this whilst you were there and I explained to you how to overide the sensor and I also said if you felt the machine was making more noise than the others to let me know and I'd call the company who services them yearly to come and look at it, as I never heard back from you again regarding this I thought it was ok! I'm sorry as I could have rectified this. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we are always looking for ways to improve. As for the downstairs bedroom window we have thick lined curtains to shut the light out unlike upstairs we have shutters. We have two wifi boxes one in the house and one by the pool area, the house wifi is very good normally but the pool area can be temperamental, its an extra back up and a complimentary service in the campo in spain, where unfortunately we don't have fibre. We hope we have the opportunity to host you again one day.

A villa with a fabulous view and a k8nd host

This was a new experience for us, hiring a house with a heated pool. The veranda, the pool area, the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area really make this a special place. The views change throughout the day. Always lovely The ability to park, a big vehicle safely was great. Two washing machines, a laundry rack, clothes lines, with pegs made it so easy. Katie is an exceptional host and the kind of person I would choose as a friend. She really cares how you feel, how things are going for you and your family. Katie’s booked us a table at El Figon which we loved. Do go there, but you must book. Excellent food and service. The welcome pack was incredibly generous with sliced Han, cheese, soft drink, bread, chips, wine and cava. There was butter and marmalade and milk, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast cereal. It was appreciated because virtually nothing is open on Sunday to stock your kitchen. We knew this and so made a beeline for more groceries before closing time on Saturday. Heating the pool was a great idea for May otherwise it would be too cold. Having Wifi and a dishwasher and the mod cons was great. We liked the small villages more than the coast but did enjoy delicious lunches on the beach and visiting nearby villages and coasts. Thank you so much, Katie.

Absolutely wonderful villa!! A real home from home! Spotlessly clean and so well equipped with everything you need. As a foodie and lover of cooking, Katie’s cookbooks, knives, utensils, etc are a real added bonus!! And the outdoor kitchen….heaven!! Beds are all very comfortable, air con is great throughout the villa. It has such a lovely Spanish cottage feel to it. The pool, several terraces and views really make this place…even better than the photos! Katie is a fabulous host and very responsive and helpful to any question or need, as were the property managers that greeted us. We were definitely made to feel very welcome! It’s a lovely spot but you do need a car. However, only being a few minutes drive (max 10-15) from Torrox, Nerja and Frigiliana is great. Malaga and Granada were also very easy to drive to. We also used one of the taxi companies on Katie’s pin board who were then on hand via what’s app whenever we needed them. We’ve stayed in a few villas in this region and would definitely recommend and return to casa lilotte!

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool und einem großartigen Außenbereich. Es ist wunderschön ruhig und man kann richtig gut relaxen. Zum Strand und und die Stadt sind es trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wat een heerlijk huis

Wat hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis op zich is klein qua oppervlak ( met smalle trap naar boven, maar aangezien onze kinderen boven sliepen niet veel op/af hoeven gaan) badkamer benden zou kleine update kunnen gebruiken zodat hij net zo mooi als die van boven zou zijn, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig( 2 wasmachines, 3 koelkasten, goed werkende airco's) en werkt perfect !! Aangezien je vooral buiten verblijft was dat vooral buiten belangrijk voor ons en dat was geweldig. Heerlijk terras voor het huis waar je gehele dag in schaduw zit, fijn zwembad, maar vooral het barretje, onze zoon heeft daar menig cocktail voor ons gemaakt en de BBQ heeft goed werk gedaan. Huis heeft geweldig uitzicht in rustige omgeving, kortom..... wij hebben genoten !!!!!

Fantastisk hus med skøn udsigt

Huset er fantastisk, meget idylisk med udsigt over bjerge og havet. Ligger på en Bjergskråning omgivet af mango-, citron- og lemontræer. Huset er meget rummeligt med flere terrasser, vi havde masser af plads. Huset er meget veludstyret, nydeligt indrettet og rent. Der var en fin velkomst gave med vin juice chips pølse mv. Katie var en fantastisk vært, som gjorde alt for at vi kunne få det bedste ophold.

Casa Lillotte is a fabulous Home from Home with blue skys and sunshine.

We had a perfect relaxing time at your wonderful well equipped Villa. You made our stay easy from the start, with clear directions to your home and it was lovely to find the welcome pack. Lots of great suggestions on where to eat, we enjoyed a fabulous seafood meal at La Farola. The meal at El Figon was excellent and the setting is lovely. We loved swimming in the pool. Most of all we enjoyed watching the world go by sitting at the table outside looking at the views of the olive trees and looking out to sea. The Villa was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped with lots of inspiring cook books. Some of which I will be buying. :-) Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa and for a truly wonderful holiday x

Lovely property in a beautiful location

We stayed at Casa Lillotte in early October and had a wonderful holiday. Communication with Katie was excellent and check in was very easy, with the lovely housekeeper Kate available to give us all the information we could ever need. The house is really lovely and very well equipped. There is a spiral staircase which did cause us to worry as we have a toddler, but there are safety gates at the top and bottom so we were delighted with that. The pool area is really amazing. A poolside kitchen and bbq, dining area, 6 sun loungers, and amazing views. As we were there in early October we paid the extra sum for pool heating to ensure it was warm enough for our little one. The weather was fantastic (very high 20s) so we spent a lot of time down by the pool. The house was perfect for our needs. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - a well equipped kitchen and an internet tv with some satellite channels too. CBeebies is a must for us! There really was nothing that we wished had been provided - everything was there. Torrox is a lovely town and having Torrox Costa a short drive away is brilliant. We also highly recommend visiting the local towns of Nerja and Frigiliana. Both are very picturesque. All in all a fab stay.

Amazing Casa Lillotte!

Our stay at this amazing villa was lovely! The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the wine went down very well! Everything about Casa Lillotte was fabulous and we cannot wait to return! The pool lights with their disco effects made the kids very happy! We celebrated my partner’s father’s 90th birthday in style, with the outside bbq area by the pool making it a day to remember! Can’t wait to return! Thank you so much 😊👍🏻X

Great property. Good location. Fantastic pool.

We loved staying here. The villa is well maintained and the pool is fabulous. The kitchen is very well equipped allowing us to cater easily for a family of five. The outside space of the villa is beautiful with 2 covered terraces as well as the pool area with outside fridge and bbq. There is a lovely view down to the coast. The nearest village is walkable but it takes about 20minutes and you have to cross a busy road. In the car it takes a few minutes. There are some nice restaurants in torrox and some small supermarkets and bakeries. It is more relaxed and a nice atmosphere compared to torrox costa. The main resort of torrox costa is a 10 min drive down the hill and has everything you might need. the beaches here are also lovely. Thoroughly recommend this villa. Great for families.
