Perfect stay! The house was spotless, beds and rooms were incredibly comfortable, and communication was seamless. TVs in every room and everything you could possibly need. Truly a perfect home — we can’t wait to come back every year!

Huge home that is perfect for a family or golf stay. Everything was clean and smelled great backyard was beautiful and functional. Neighborhood was super quiet and it was close to shopping and golf!

Fantastic House

We all enjoyed the house very much! The patio was great and the misters helped keep the temperature down a bit. My only suggestion would be to change out the rug in the back bedroom near the laundry room. It was a bit stained up. Other than that the house was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes, etc. the main tv room was great with a large couch to fit everyone! There were a few things we needed along the way and the management company was super quick to help. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

The property was a perfect size for four couples.. and between golf games, we were all so happy to relax at home, swim, enjoy the hot tub, sit by the fire pit, have a BBQ, play pool or just enjoy a glass of Californian Chardonnay while preparing a meal in the beautiful, well resourced kitchen. Location was perfect for our group .. being in the heartland of great golf. The house was absolutely beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for golf clubs, travel bags and suitcases. The beds were very comfortable. I would like to sincerely thank Karen, the Property Manager, for everything she did along the way to help us. She made the booking process and our stay so easy. Thank you for having us.

It is everything you could possibly want in a vacation home - plenty of space for a group, fully stocked with everything you need, the backyard is a dream and the living space is so comfortable for relaxing! Pool table was so much fun too! We had a small technology problem with the hot tub and the management response was so quick, it was fixed in no time. They were so great to work with on every level! We’ll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Requested early check in and late check out. Denied for both. Pool was filthy. Spent over an hour raking out leaves from pool. Had to scoop out a ton of leaves from the skimmer with my hand so pool filter could work. Dirt clouds permeated through the water when walking. AC drainage pipes from the roof dripped water constantly onto patio furniture and outdoor carpet which was soaked the whole time. Coffee maker was filthy. The Good: The house was clean and spacious. We were not aware that one of the king bedrooms was not part of the main house. You have to go out the front door to access that bedroom. Pool table was a plus. Pool stick holder clips need to be repaired. Also be aware that they monitor noise level in backyard. Can't be over 70 decibels. Kind of a nuisance but not a show stopper. Overall it was a nice stay with extended family.

They have always gone above and beyond pretty much all rental agencies I have experienced. The home was beautiful. This was our first time in this home specifically and I will definitely adding to the list. The house placement is just barely out of driving distance from the tee box for most golfers so its very unlikely to get any arrant golf shots into the back yard.

The nicest, most beautiful house Palm Springs

This is the fourth time our family has stayed in this home. We’ve been renting 5star+ vacation homes in Thermal for the past six years. This one tops them all! It’s large and spacious. The furnishings are high end. The beds are really comfortable with high quailty bedding. Each bedroom has its own thermostat. Black out drapes are an option for total privacy or you can wake up to the gorgeous sunrise overlooking the unobstructed golf course. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The appliances are professional grade. There are numerous entertainment options inside to suit every interest, with two separate living rooms. Video gaming, board games, a book collection, pool table and plenty of areas to relax and play in this amazing mansion. There is a two car garage and a garage door opener is in included. The property also has garbage removal service once a week and the large fridge in the garage is a nice perk to store drinks. The backyard is the best feature! Incredible heated pool/hot tub and a swim up bar are only the beginning. The excessive outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs are resort worthy. The outdoor kitchen, grill, fridge and misters are a huge hit when barbecuing with friends. The fire pit and private putting green are a fan favorite with our teenage kids. The home is also equipped for babies and small children. The kids love the pool toys. The house has been newly remodeled and it’s clean and immaculate. It’s obvious that every conceivable need or want has been planned, prior to arrival. The staff has always been outstanding by responding to any of our questions or needs, immediately. Whether it’s requesting a gate pass, last minute, or a simple question about locating something, they made us feel welcome and cared for. Don’t wait to book this house. It’s a rare gem. The photos do not accurately describe how truly perfect this property is.. Book early and plan ahead because this one goes fast.

This was a fabulous house with plenty of space for all 12 of us. We loved the pool, the putting green and the pool table. the kitchen was so well stocked had every pot and pan we ever needed lots of spices on hand and plenty of dishes . The property management company was wonderful to work with

Absolutely Perfect!

We had an amazing stay in this brand new, beautiful home. The home is better than the photos. The beds and linens are wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and fun. This was truly an immaculate and seamless stay. My one and only complaint is the master bedroom closet is locked and there was not any place to hang clothing in the master sweet. We will definitely be back again and the host was amazing. Any questions were answered immediately.
