La chambre est un studio confortable attenant à la maison avec sa propre entrée privée codée. Il a un lit King Size, salle de bains,
Micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiÚre et réfrigérateur. Il comprend également la télévision par cùble et WiFi pour votre commodité. Le parking est inclus. Il y a deux acres,
jardin tropical privé avec deux salons de thé, l'un surplombant un bassin de Koi pour votre plus grand plaisir. Nous sommes à 1,6 km de l'entrée du parc national des volcans.

Everything was great! Close to park entrance, yet very secluded! Beautiful garden to walk through at any time, but we did early morning and it was amazing.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay. Great location for Volcano National Park. Room was a nice size and clean with a well-stocked kitchenette. Communication from host was very good for directions and check-in process. Be sure to enjoy the property’s garden. Relax by the coy pond in the covered sitting area.

Lovely location. Close to modern conveniences but distanced away from the hustle and bustle. The surrounding rain forest made the visit exceptionally tranquil.
Beautiful rain forest with singing birds and flowering trees. The home was cozy and spacious enough.

A very lovely stay! Such a gorgeous property and very convenient to Volcano. Jim was there during our arrival and was very kind. The interior was perfect for our needs and walking around the garden was an added plus to our trip! Would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo!

It was a one night stay and a last minute booking. For the price, probably a bit high. Proximity to the park is awesome and the carport provided is great. Getting here was a little confusing but instructions provided helped. The garden on the property is so nice to walk around in.The room itself was fine. The best part was the heating pad on the bed was awesome. However the comforter and shams could use a refresh with a quick wash. Had a bit of an odor that was off putting. Also could use deep clean to remove dust.

It’s about 3 miles from the park. It’s about one mile of unpaved road to the house and it’s tricky to find at night. There are food, market, and gas options super nearby. It’s beautiful and quiet amd the perfect retreat to end a very active day

Sweet spot in Volcano area

This a good place to stay if you’re visiting Madam Pele at its finest. The living area was comfortable and clean. The place is surrounded by a beautiful garden; truly your own access to a local botanical garden.

Tranquil Hideaway

My bestie and I were looking for an impromptu trip to Volcanos National Park and found this hidden gem. Just minutes away from the summit caldera it was the perfect location for our excursions both day and night. The accommodations were cozy and clean, and provided all the conveniences we needed. A surprise bonus was the property itself -two beautiful acres of walking paths and flower gardens. We can't thank Jim enough for his hospitality!

The accommodations are fine. A small place with a comfortable large bed. Mini-kitchen was fine for simple uncooked fare. What makes this vrbo exceptional are the surrounding wonderful, beautiful garden and walking paths. Perfect for nature lovers. We also walked the adjacent paved road/streets and found endemic Hawaiian birds like the ‘Apapane and Hawaiian Hawk.Thank you to our host!ps, some nice food options nearby in Volcano, the bar/pizza place (Lanikai), small market, and excellent Thai place. Perfect Tropical Hideaway!

What a wonderful little hideaway! Small efficiency with a king bed that’s heated!! Gets a bit cool in the evenings but there’s a space heater to keep us comfy!! Kitchenette’s just right for a couple of days exploring the Volcano & surrounding area!! Host is very nice & responds quickly!! Would return again!!

The location was good for going to the National park. The road conditions getting to the property we okay, careful with low cars. The places itself was very cute. Check in and out was easy. There was a binder with places nearby to visit, eat, and explore.

I am a Fifth generation Island boy, who grew up on Oahu. I spent a number of my childhood summers here in Volcano prior to our family building a second home here in the Village. I now live in the home.I love the big isle and think it has so much to offer. Volcano is the best place for weary travelers to come for a day or two of relaxation.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our property is very unique and well known in the village due to the garden. My father started planting over 35 years ago and it has turned into a beautiful place with paths, rhododendrons, native Hawaiian plants, two tea houses and a koi pond. It was our second home when I was younger and I spent many summers here in Volcano. Additionally, my Mother spent many Summers here too, as did many of the old Kamaaina families. There is a lot of history is this part of the island. Tall tales, and some not so tall.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Volcano Village lends itself to quiet, nature, friendly people and community. However we value our privacy here too, making a great place to rest for a day or two before heading home, Kona or another island.
