Cette maison de style espagnol, Villa Bellaire est l'un des meilleurs Ă  Fort Worth! Cette maison a un grand plan d'Ă©tage ouvert pour divertir et profiter de votre temps Ă  Cowtown. Ce domaine se trouve Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du stade de football TCU et Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du campus TCU. La maison est entourĂ©e d'un mur de pierre de 8 pieds et d'une entrĂ©e fermĂ©e pour plus d'intimitĂ©. La zone en bas est un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz en acier inoxydable / four, lave-vaisselle et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cafetiĂšre et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă  vin. Vous trouverez de grandes portes coulissantes en verre double pour profiter du coin salon avec une cheminĂ©e extĂ©rieure et un barbecue Ă  gaz en plein air. (Le bois est fourni pour la cheminĂ©e extĂ©rieure) SituĂ© en bas, vous trouverez un bain de poudre. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de 2 chambres de maĂźtre. Luxury home as close to Amon G Carter as you can get. So quiet at night you will think you are in the country! Can’t wait for our next trip.

Excellent family home!

We had the most wonderful stay! Enjoyed the fancy shower, the outdoor fire pit and gathering space as well. Open floor plan is perfect for family time as the kitchen, dining and living are all open together. Super location close to everything we needed/wanted. Only a couple minutes walk to the TCU stadium entrance! Loved the gated and large rock wall surrounding the home. Just a wonderful place 10/10!

Perfect location for the game! Wish the master bedroom had a window covering. The stadium was lit up bright all night long.

Awesome location on the TCU campus.

Stayed here on move in weekend for TCU. Superior location for all things Frogs! Great house as well. Will return again.

Super location and great home!

We rented for TCU Mother Daughter weekend. The location was amazing and the house was super. Great soace to be together with moms and girls! Comfortable beds and great outdoor spaces to enjoy the super weather we had! Large kitchen that allowed for cooking in the home!

Best of Fort Worth

Great house great location great host. Really a wonderful place to stay for all things Fort Worth. Beautiful neighborhood and centrally located so that you are close to all of the attractions, especially anything TCU related. Open floor plan might not suit all tastes and needs but it worked perfectly for our needs. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Great all around property and would book again if available for our travel plans.

TCU Move-In Weekend

The property is perfectly located on the edge of the TCU Campus. It is gorgeous all the way through and the beds are incredible!! We would have liked to have been able to use the outdoor furniture and patios, but the swing bed and outdoor furniture on the second floor were really dirty. I had seen that on a previous review, so I had hoped it would have been addressed, but it had not. I would definitely rent again, because the home is so nice and convenient, but would want the outdoor living space cleaned up. Overall - AMAZING HOME AND HOST!!!

Great location by TCU!

The property was great and easy to get to! The property owner was easy to communicate with and sent over check-in information with enough time. The inside of the house was big enough for a gathering (which we got approval of ahead of time as we were there for TCU graduation). Everyone loved the property and would stay there again.

Great place and location

This house is gorgeous. Very close to tcu football stadium which is why we chose it to attend the armed forces bowl. When checking in the house smelled terribly like smoke. There was a smoke detector hanging from ceiling in kitchen. There are large glass doors to back patio. We found tons of ashes in fire place there. We think the guests before us must of been burning a fire and left doors open. Ultimately smoking out the house and probably setting that alarm off that was hanging. There were a couple other broken things in house like the master bathtub handle and rain shower head filled with calcium and backing up. We notified owners and they were apologetic although never offered anything for house smelling like a bonfire. I suggested refusing cleaning fee with no response. Sort of messed up for price of house, to get a bonfire smell that gave us headaches and no offer to make right. We bought candles and burned throughout house while leaving doors open next day to help but. It was bad. Had the owners refunding something to make it right my review would have been better.

This was the perfect property for our stay. Open concept downstairs and huge master upstairs. Al made for a very easy, seamless check in and check out.

Great TCU location

Last minute decision to rent this property so we could be with my son who is a TCU student for Easter. Tons of room for gathering. Was able to have some of his friends over for a fire pit and some food-wonderful open layout, awesome kitchen and lots of space to keep beverages cold. Owner was accommodating and responsive. Will rent this home again! Go frogs!
