Villa spacieuse et moderne de 3 chambres avec piscine privée et vue sur la montagne près de la ville.

La Villa Emilianya est une villa élégante, spacieuse et moderne de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 6/8 personnes, sur son propre terrain entièrement clos avec une clôture en fer forgé. Les terrains spacieux comprennent une piscine privée chauffée à l'énergie solaire et électrique, une vue imprenable sur la montagne, mais à seulement 12-15 minutes à pied ou à 2 minutes en voiture de la fabuleuse plage de Dorada et du centre-ville de Playa Blanca ou de la magnifique marina de Rubicon. La villa est idéale pour les familles et les groupes d'adultes, elle est élégante et joliment meublée avec une nouvelle cuisine équipée, un parking privé, une immense terrasse, une belle piscine chauffée électrique (9m par 3m) avec des marches de style roman, une douche extérieure et un jardin avec picon impressionnant barbecue de style canarien, cactus, fleurs, bougainvilliers et palmiers.
La villa dispose d'une chambre principale avec une superbe salle de bains en marbre et de deux autres chambres lits jumeaux avec salle de bains familiale. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans la salle à manger qui pourrait accueillir deux autres personnes afin que la villa puisse accueillir 8 personnes au total. Lit de voyage et chaise haute disponibles gratuitement. À distance de marche ou à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des plages de Playa Blanca et de la promenade du centre-ville qui offre une fabuleuse variété de restaurants, boutiques et autres commodités locales. Nous avons actuellement un jeune chat résident nommé Kit, il est adorable, amical et aimant. Veuillez voir la photo de la galerie. Il reste principalement dans le jardin mais aime aussi passer du temps avec nos invités dans la villa. Des aliments pour chats sont fournis.

A lovely clean villa with a super pool, 5 minutes walk to local Aldi .Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers/baths.Outside space around pool was safe for little ones with comfortable loungers and different areas to sit.

Lovely Villa with a fantastic outside space. There was 5 adults during our stay, enough space for everyone to enjoy. The villa is close to everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants. Family Break in Playa Blanca

A really relaxing break in Playa Blanca at Villa Emilianya . Great host in Catherine who kept us up to speed with everything prior and during our stay. Nearby beaches and restaurants offered great choice and all within walking distance from the Villa (20 mins) . Great location and sure to be visiting again soon.

Absolutely loves it and would highly recommend this villa to couples family or whoever ! It’s in a lovely area with lots to do only a short 20 minute walk away the host cathrine has been fantastic to very responsive to messages with loads of helpful tips . We just loved kit and sandy super friendly cats .this villa is clean comfy and has great outside area and the washing machine was super handy all in all at 10/10 holiday me and my girls have had a great time making some fantastic memories

Great outside area

A great property with a brilliant outside area and pool which was perfect for us as a family with two children (11&13). The location was lovely and quiet but within an easy walk of the marina and promenade. A great base to explore the island from. Communication with the owner was easy and she never hesitated to answer our questions and provide us with all the information we needed for a smooth and relaxing holiday.

A beautiful villa in a lovely town.

We loved our stay at the villa! It was spacious, with a fantastic garden, pool, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great TV selection. The friendly cats were a delightful bonus. However, we had difficulty getting taxis, possibly due to the Christmas week.

This villa is amazing and it's only a 20 mins walk into town if you don't have a car. Very clean and has everything you need, even 2 wonderful cats who we've grown very fond of. The late check-out was also very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Great place

Just spent 8 nights here and it was superb!! Fantastic outdoor area with heated pool. Very quiet location. We hired a car and there is off street parking right next to the villa. Host checked in with us during our stay and was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Would highly recommend !!!

Excellent Villa and location

Our family stayed at the Villa for four weeks in November. In simple terms the property was excellent, it was exactly as described. However the pool description does not do it justice, it is a really great addition to the property and somewhere we spent evenings enjoying the November good weather. We would highly recommend the property, the location and owners.

Good Value Villa

The property was situated in a very quiet location, but just 30 minutes walk to the restaurants and nightlife. All of the restaurants that we visited had not only excellent food, but either a sea or harbour view. The nightlife ranged from cocktail bars with singers to bars with live bands. All in all an excellent location.

Peacefully perfect

A wonderful villa, private and peaceful from a great host. The perfect position makes it ideal to walk to either the marina or the old town in the evenings. The villa was gorgeous. Everything that you need including fans etc inside and a lovely pool and shaded eating area where we spent most of our time tbh. Thanks to Catherine (and Kit the cat) for letting us stay and making it a holiday to remember!!

First class villa

Loved the villa especially the outside space. It is a 15 / 20 minute walk to the front (we knew that when we booked and we enjoy the walk) but a taxi is circa 4 euros if you don’t fancy the walk. Great space for a family. Good communication.

Lovely Villa

Me and my husband stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. Great location as its walking distance to the beach and restaurants but we hired a car so the best of both worlds. Lovely comfy beds and everything you need for your stay, we ate out but used the bbq a few times which was great. The outdoor space is perfect and I loved sitting having my coffee waiting for the sun to come up. Pool was a great size and perfect temperature. We had an issue with the water one evening but this was resolved quickly Thanks again for a lovely stay hopefully we’ll be back 😊

Perfect place to recharge your batteries

The villa is in a lovely peaceful area where sometimes all you hear is the breeze blowing in the trees so you can relax and recharge those batteries. The villa is well kept in good condition and in easy walking distance 15/20mins to the beach and restaurants/bars. Catherine is fantastic and communicated frequently to ensure our holiday all went smoothly. We will definitely be returning!
