Great villa

Villa and pool was excellent, great location, not a negative but a Welcome book with instructions and of the area may be helpfull to others. Would definitely use again though.

Great Villa

We love Vila Alai, this was our second stay and we will be booking again for next year. Nice pool and outside space with a good variety of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

Great Villa

Good communication from the start. Villa as described. Pool was heated. Great outside area with all day sun and shaded area if required. Supermarket and restaurants a short walk away. We hired a car but bus stop close by with regular buses. Would recommend.

La villa est spacieuse, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, et les murs hauts garantissent l'intimité. La piscine est propre et chaude (nettoyée 3 fois pendant notre séjour de 10 jours). Clara nous a accueillies à notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les instructions. A recommander!

Fantastic Villa in Great Location

Very peacefull and secure, villa Alai had everything we needed for a great holiday. A variety of good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.the heated pool was perfect and cleaned regularly.

Nice villa. Great location.

Well equipped, clean villa in a great location. A 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. Pool very clean. Interior furniture all good and comfy. 3 flatscreen tvs in the villa, but no instructions as to how they work. The main TV has 5 remotes! The main gripe we have is that this is not the private, high walled, secluded villa they are advertising... Fine on three sides, but it is open to the main road! There is one roller blind which covers part of the gap, but the screening on the gazebo is not there! We were really fed up with this, as we wouldn't have booked if we had known. We didn't see much point in complaining, as we didn't think the lady who gave us the keys was equipped to do anything about it. Overall a good villa if you aren't worried about your privacy.

Villa Alai

It was a great stay, It was a quiet area and a nice house with a nice swimmingpool. Its a bit warm so air condition in the house had been nice. It was dark in the backyard in the evning, so we could wish a bit more light outside in the evening. It was all over a nice holliday and it was easy to take the buss in the area.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage. Beheizter Pool (Reinigung 2x die Woche) mit Liegen und Lounge-Bereich zum entspannen, perfekt fĂŒr eine Familie / vier Personen. Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Inotsi und vor Ort mit Clara auch reibungslos. Preis/Leistung top, absolut weiter zu empfehlen !

A perfect holiday

We had a great time at Villa Alai and didn’t want to leave! The outdoor space was a particular highlight with the pool being a lovely size and temperate and the garden being spacious with trees and lots of areas to relax - we have stayed in villas before with much smaller outdoor areas so this was a huge bonus. There is a shop 5 minutes away on foot, or the main Faro Park centre about 10 minutes away on foot - we walked this every night with children, it is flat the whole way and perfectly safe. The villa is on a gated complex so is quiet, safe and has no through-traffic. It is close to a communal pool as well as the private one, we didn’t use this but you can if you want. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away which is very easy to navigate but if you are 5 or more people a taxi is cheaper. The supermarket in Faro Park is well stocked with a bakery, the restaurants are nice for food and drinks but aren’t lively which was perfect for us. Check out La Aldea for delicious and very affordable tapas. The villa could benefit from a couple of fans for the bedrooms as it can get warm at night, but admittedly we were there during an unexpectedly hot March. I’d love to return to villa Alai - thank you Inotsi and Clara!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Villa Alai ist ein schönes etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Der Pool ist immer sauber und beheizt.Bei Fragen meldet sich die Ansprechpartnerin und auch der EigentĂŒmer sehr schnell. Die gesamte Anlage ist top gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr, da man nur mit SchlĂŒssel die Wohnanlage betreten und befahren kann.

Great week staying in this lovely villa with friends. Good sized pool and grounds to relax in. Quiet area out of Playa Blanca and local shops and restaurants 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend Casual Restaurant if you like seafood.

Good stay in Villa Alai

Overall a good vacation. We enjoyed our stay despite a few bad experiences. Pros: Good location Quiet neighbourhood Nice house and facilities Safe environment Lovely pool Walking distance to restaurants and mini market Only 5 min / 5 euro drive to Playa Blanca by taxi Cons: A lot of ants (don’t leave ANY food inside or outside) No air conditioning (really hot at night - we visited in July) Bad and hard mattresses in both rooms

Rundum zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes, gut organisiertes HĂ€uschen in ruhiger Lage. Insbesondere der beheizte Pool hat es vor allem unseren Kindern angetan. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war absolut unkompliziert, persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche * bis auf den fehlenden SparschĂ€ler ;)*, ausreichend vorhandene Hand- und PooltĂŒcher, bequeme Matratzen und vor allem sehr schöner und gemĂŒtlicher Außenbereich.
