Appartement privé de 2 chambres entiÚrement équipé avec tous les éléments essentiels, y compris une machine à laver. Avec un grand balcon enveloppant, l'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, la marina et les piscines. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, d'un court de tennis, d'un salon de coiffure, d'une sécurité 24h / 24, d'un club pour enfants, d'un bar au bord de la piscine, d'un restaurant et de divertissements en soirée. La région offre de longues promenades agréables et les magasins, bars et restaurants sont nombreux, chacun offrant une bonne vie nocturne pour tous les ùges. Le populaire parc aquatique est à seulement 5 minutes et est une excellente journée pour les enfants. Le complexe est proche de l'animation de Puerto Colon qui offre un large éventail d'activités telles que la plongée sous-marine, des promenades en bateau avec les dauphins et du parachute ascensionnel pour n'en nommer que quelques-unes. Stunning appartment with the best views of the harbour and sea and also the pool. Very spacious and great facilities. Martina our host was very accomodating with our check in and out times and communicates very well. Would defo return in the future

We had an amazing week. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. The best part was the very large balcony that had the sun all day and the views were great. The complex itself was nice and not too busy, always managed to get a sunbed. The area was perfect near the beach and restaurants etc. only negative was they wouldn’t let us hire the tennis court as staying in private apartment. All in all we had a fantastic week and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment

This apartment was absolutely wonderful.Very spacious with excellent storage space. Everything you would need in the kitchen if you are self catering- like we was. Tea towels, washing up liquid and cloths also provided, along with bath towels and hand soap/toilet roll in the bathroom.The wrap around balcony was absolutley wonderful, sea view too, we had sun from when the sun came up to when it set in the evening. Outdoor patio set and 4 sun loungers provided too! This apartment is in a prime location too, supermarket, resturants and lots of bars just outside the complex, literally 5 mins walk to the beach. Contact with the host is excellent, very efficient host. The only negatives i have to say is:In the evenings music can be quite loud from the surrounding bars and hotel, but once you close the patio doors you cant hear it.There is no covers on the pillows on the beds, just a pillow case, which i dont think is very hygenic, pillows also quite stained, im my opinion new pillows are needed as looked quite old and like i say stained, also the cushion covers in the lounge need washing as the smell from them was not very nice.Overall we had an amazing stay, prime location, brilliant host, very spacious, wrap around balcony. We would definatley consider staying at this apartment again.

Great apartment

Stay here 3 times now. The thing that brings us back is the balcony and the great responsiveness of the owner. All day sun on the balcony and a fantastic view. Although the area is lively with lots going on there is hardly any noise at night. Would recommend.

Great views and sunshine

The apartment was home from home. Its right at the end of the corridor so peaceful. If you are a sun worshipper the balcony gets it from morning till night. We loved it would definitely recommend it to anyone. W Will definitely be back.

A great home from home!

The apartment was perfect for my friend, Debbie Foy, and I. It was exactly as described with 2 bedrooms both with comfy beds. There was a nice sitting area where we could relax. The position of it was great as we got the sun on at least part of the balcony all day. Outside we had 2 sun loungers, 2 comfy reclining chairs plus a table and 4 chairs. Also importantly it was quiet. The complex was also clean and we were able to go by the pool which was heated. It’s well placed for going to bars and restaurants plus the beach. The communication with Martina, the owner, before and during our stay was great and she was really accommodating re a later checkout time. I’m sure we’ll be going again!

Overall pretty good

Overall it was a pretty good stay. It was a little bit annoying specially because it was Christmas time that we were considered a third class guests because the apartment is privately owned. We could not buy a parking spot in the garage, we could not buy breakfast or Christmas dinner or overall get any sevice from the reception.

Great apartment in prime location with amazing sea views from morning to night ..

We had the most amazing 12 days in this great apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It is really a home away from home. It had absolutely everything. The big prize for us was the wrap around balcony where we spent most of our time when we were nt out and about. It had a table and four chairs , 2 sun loungers and two reclining chairs , we were spoiled. We had amazing views over the sea , marina , streets below and the pool and we had the sun all day.. It is part of the Santa Maria Hotel and is in an excellent location and just 5 minutes from Puerto Colon and La Pinta Beach. Although there was no air con there are fans in all rooms but there are 4 sets of double doors and once opened the breeze just flew though the apartment. I would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Communication with our host Martina was always prompt and answered any questions i had. This apartment was perfect for myself and my husband..

Fab as always!

Really good location, easy for the beach, shops and restaurants. Siam park is only a 10 minute taxi away! Another fab feature- the breeze when you open all the doors of the apartment!! Lovely stay - we will be back!!
