Family Getaway

This is the 2nd year we stayed at the property. Both times have been perfect. The house well appointed and is in the perfect location on the lake. The hosts are quick to respond to inquiries. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect stay!

This was a great home to accommodate our family for a weekend getaway. The home was clean, kitchen and living areas were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the patios and large yard for visiting/playing. The location was perfect, right on the water. The dock was fully functional, safe, and a great place to keep our small boat for the weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Lakeside getaway

The house is just as advertised. Located on a very good stretch of the lake. The dock area is well maintained. The yard is immaculate and shaded by mature trees. Would definitely stay again.

Solar Eclipse 2024

My wife and I stayed with two other couples to view the 2024 solar eclipse. We did get lucky enough to see it despite some clouds, but the house was so much more than that. It was a great place for us all to relax, cook meals, and enjoy the lake. The small town of Kingsland has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The nearby area is beautiful with rolling hills, lakes, and state parks. In the spring there are amazing wildflowers. It is easy to drive to either Austin or San Antonio for day trips. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our trip and would highly recommend this home for adventures with family or friends.

Terrific Lake House on LBJ

We had a Great time at this place. House was very clean and well stocked. Unlike some of LBJ, there are minimal weeds on this portion of the lake making it great for swimming and boating. This portion of the lake has a sandy bottom. Its great! We rented a 23'

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was stocked well and nice but could use a good once over on the interior for spiderwebs etc. the location was good, but there was no ladder to get on and off the dock and the area around the dock needs some maintenance to make it useable for swimming.

Thanksgiving trip

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here. The house is spacious, well stocked, and there was plenty of room to accommodate 10 of us. The kiddos had the room downstairs all to themselves which they LOVED. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location and boat slip

Loved being able to bring our boat and utilize the slip right in front of the property. One of the best locations for the Kingsland Area. 2 min ride to Boat Town for good food and drinks and H‑E‑B is only 5 min away. Recently updated bathrooms and large kitchen area. Was easy to have a few people preparing food at the same time. The main dining is a little cut off due to configuration of the cabinets but the views are amazing. Wide open lake views from the living area as well. The kids loved taking the kayaks to the sand bar. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room, would definitely stay here again! Communication was great with quick responses.

Great Location for Family Fun

This house is on the Llano arm of the lake which is our favorite spot. Lots of beds, bathrooms, and dining areas for large families. Great shaded backyard and boat dock area.

Long weekend getaway

The perfect house for our getaway. A well stocked house had everything we needed and more. A gorgeous view from the house, patio and dock. We were able to wade out in the water and float for hours.

On the water, great yard and dock. House had a great set up, big table, comfy beds, 2 living areas, nice big kitchen. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare and store meals. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Lake LBJ Get Away

We loved our stay here! The house was super clean and check in was easy. The house slept well for 2 families. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a great time at night adulting around the fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Christmas Getaway

Family Christmas great location great house views were amazing! We enjoyed the kayaks and the great backyard during our stay! Enough room for everyone to help in the kitchen for great mealtime prep! We even had reindeer visit us in the front yard!

Adventures at Lake LBJ

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids from the ages of 6 to 10, thoroughly enjoyed 3 days of Thanksgiving food and fun at this large home on Lake LBJ. I brought my roasting pan for the turkey, but the spacious kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner for 10. They also have a huge dining room table that accommodated us well. We rented a jet ski one day and took turns taking the kids for a ride which was great fun. We also loved riding in the kayaks (5 of them) down to the sand bar where we got out and played in the sand and the water. Then each night we made a fire in the firepit on the patio and enjoyed singing, making s'mores and looking at the stars. Our Thanksgiving gathering was wonderful in every way!

WONDERFUL STAY

This home is spacious and squeaky clean. The beds were very comfortable. All but 1 bedroom are on the main floor so it was a great choice since my mom is on a walker. Mom really enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats and our fishing adventures down at the pier. There is a high top game table in the living room, a full size 8 place dining table, a breakfast table, a balcony table and 4 seats at the kitchen island so seating a crowd for dinner is easy. We will def book this lovely place again.

Fun Family Time

The house was fantastic- you could feel the love and respect the owner has for the property.

The house was spotlessly clean and fully stocked. Great location for boating, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fabulous views of the sunrise and sunsets. We highly recommend it and will definitely rent it again. Mr. Cope, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very helpful.

My wife and I live in Mason which is an hour west of the lake house. We enjoy the property as much as time will allow us and enjoy opening the home for our guests to enjoy when we are not able to be there.
