A truly exhilerating private cove experience! This waterfront paradise is literally on the water! This home is located on a secluded, peaceful cove, just minutes from the popular pristine waters of the constant-level Lake LBJ. Located at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, there's no traffic or traffic noise to worry about. You'll love the large front yard with lush grass and plenty of shade where the family can play lawn games and do so safely. Walk out the back door and you are on the water! Take full advantage of the covered patio. Fish or swim off the dock or bring/rent a boat and tie it up to our cleated dock.

Things to Know The boat slip is usually occupied by the homeowner's boat but worry not. The dock is cleated and some bumpers are provided with plenty of space to bring your own boat or you can rent one at one of our nearby marinas. What's more...the cove is a no-wake zone so a lift is never needed.

As you step inside our bungalow, you will find a well furnished kitchen with butcher block counters and a large farmhouse stainless steel sink which matches all of the modern, stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick Keurig generated cup of coffee and ten steps later you are enjoying this pristine, quiet cove as you literally are sitting above the water. Too many cups? No worries, just step inside the convenient half-bath right there on the porch to compliment the two full bathrooms in the interior of the home.

The upstairs offers a small balcony for elevated viewing of this quiet, nature's wonder as well.

This is a perfect family getaway in the hill country's most idealic lakefront community of Kingsland. We can't wait to share the experience with you!

Great Vacation

Amazing spot on a quite canal! The house is exceptional and we got lots of fishing in along with riding our paddle board and kayaking! Simply beautiful even in the off season! Can't wait to book again!

Piece of Heaven

This house is spectacular and located in a perfect spot! Our 12 year old caught 10 fish in a row and the kids used their paddle board and went kayaking! Great time even in the off season!

Great Spring Break!

Property was as expected by pictures. Very easy check in process. Great to have a grill available which we used almost every night! So nice to be on the water. Very relaxing. Recommend for families - or anyone really!

Perfect place for 2 families

This rental was so cute and in the perfect location. The best place for 2 families since there are essentially 2 master bedrooms with king sized beds. It is very spacious and we enjoyed being right on the water. The kids loved to fish off the dock. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and loved being able to use the boat lift for our boat. We will definitely stay here again and have told many others about this place.

House over the water!

The house is beautifully designed and you can see the water from all sides. The house was very clean. The cove and dock were easy to manage our boat and jet skis. The water depth was about 5ft.

Crestwood

The house is in the cove and away from the busy strip of LBJ. Great for kids & adults with the fishing (perch and small bass) and enough room for the adults to sit out on the deck. Boat lift was a huge plus. Neighbors, who are permanent residents, were super nice as well.

True Lakehouse Experience

This house’s design is ideal for truly enjoying the water. The ability to walk out the back door onto the dock is a lifesaver for mobility challenged family members. My elderly mother was able to fish and get on our boat with no issues. We enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen as well making home cooked meals every evening the whole family sat down to enjoy together. We will definitely return in the future. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

Best rental on lbj

I’ve rented probably 4-5 different houses over the years and this one by far takes the crown! Plenty of room for my 25ft surf boat and both of my jet skis! Cove is deep enough I didn’t have to worry with the boat. House is located on the perfect section of the lake where it’s calm and the cove was absolutely glass the entire time no worries about my boat getting dinged! Tons of room for friends and family on the inside too and the dock is super nice! 10/10 will rent again!

Nice stay at modern lake house. BYO water toys!

Very clean and thoughtfully appointed modern lake house. Adults enjoyed cozy morning coffee on the covered deck off the upstairs main bedroom while our teens watched TV and slept in downstairs. Fast WiFi and lots of board games and puzzles. Easy drive into town for dining and within delivery zone for 2 local pizza places which are...adequate...as the host suggests. (We love local, but maybe just order Dominos if you want pizza). Lots of shade to be had on this property, which we like. No water toys are included for guest use, so be sure to BYO SUP, kayak, fishing gear, etc. if you plan to get in/on the water.

Great calm location

We were right off the lake in a quiet canal so we were able to swim and paddle board. Kids fished and swam right off the back deck. Rented a boat for a day for tubing.

Spring break

We wanted an are that we could focus on being a family and this place did just that. The house was beautiful and spacious. We all loved that we were right on the lake the whole time.

Thanksgiving Weekend

House was clean, it had all basics one will need for a weekend getaway. Overall stay was pleasant but you need to be very cautious if you are with toddlers - the patio is directly connected to lake, the wooden table in living room has sharp edges, the stairs has wide rails.

Great place!!

This place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is close to all the lovely restaurants and stores of the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. The property manager was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly. She welcomed us with 2 beautiful gift baskets. We will definitely come again!
