NOUVELLE PROPRIÉTÉ DE LOCATION DE VACANCES SUR LE LAC LBJ
Retraite de luxe au bord de l'eau rénovée contre les inondations, située sur le bras Colorado, en face de la marina Wakepoint Restaurée en 2019, cette maison spectaculaire offre 1400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur, plus le grand patio couvert donnant sur le front de mer et la très grande plate-forme de pont / nage au quai du bateau. Cette maison située sur le lac LBJ bénéficie d'une vue du lever du soleil le matin sur la montagne Lookout et d'un terrain couvert d'arbres orienté vers l'est pour vous garder au frais en été, un foyer extérieur pour les nuits fraîches sur le patio.
Commodités haut de gamme dans cette maison de 1400 pieds carrés. Immense canapé sectionnel dans le salon avec grand mur de verre pour voir le magnifique lac LBJ. Master arbore un lit King avec une grande paroi vitrée coulissante donnant sur la rivière. Numéro deux chambres avec salle de bain privée et un lit queen. La chambre avec lits superposés a deux lits jumeaux et un matelas pleine grandeur. Le salon dispose d'un futon très confortable en plus du grand canapé sectionnel. Cette maison peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement. Une très grande cour arrière en herbe à pente lente vous mène à une terrasse et à un quai surdimensionnés (couverts et non couverts) à côté d'un treuil élévateur pour bateaux qui pourra accueillir la plupart des bateaux à tritoon, ponton et coque en V. Deux emplacements PWC sur un hôte levé à côté de la stalle du bateau. Grande pêche. Crappie adore ce quai. Vous verrez des pêcheurs à la ligne dans une barque coulée sous ces quais chaque matin. Ils savent que les poissons sont ici. Super endroit pour amener les enfants pour certains des meilleurs Wakeboard / Wakesurf / ski sur le lac LBJ.

Jeff was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He was very accommodating and flexible and seemed genuinely interested in making us comfortable and ensuring we had a good time. The home was neat and well stocked.

The house was really clean upon arrival, has a nice boat dock with boat lift and jet ski/kayak lift and large area to hang out by water, and a nice swim ladder that makes getting in and out of water really easy. Outdoor fireplace on patio was great on the one night it got chilly outside. Had brought some firewood along but was already a several pieces there when we arrived. The house has a large covered outdoor patio with outdoor furniture and table and chairs for outdoor dining. House was perfect sized for our family of 4 and our one small dog. Location is close to HEB, Wakepoint and nearby boat ramps. Great place to stay!

Weekend at the lake

Nice house and great location. Massive outdoor patio with fireplace and grill. Huge platform by the boat dock for fishing and sunbathing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Jeff made everything super easy!! Boat ramp for a small fee located 2 minutes away and able to use the boat lift at the house awesome. Plenty of parking was available on site for your vehicles and trailer if needed. House was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. HEB grocery store is 5 minutes away if you forgot anything. Thank you for a relaxing weekend on the water!!

Perfect Family Lakehouse Vacay

We had a great stay at this lakehouse! It was spacious, comfortable, and waking up to the lake view each morning was such a nice way to start the day. The boat lift worked flawlessly—it’s the best one we’ve used out of all the lake houses we’ve rented in the area. It actually lifted our boat completely out of the water, which gave us peace of mind. The dock was large and perfect for fishing or just hanging out, and the yard was well-maintained and added to the relaxing vibe. Jeff, our host was friendly, always responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Our family had a truly memorable experience and would happily come back!

Wondering lakefront stay!

Our family and friends had a great time at Classic Bungalow on LBJ. It was the perfect size for 8 of us. The outdoor patio is amazing and ease of boat launch to the house dock was perfect. Thank you Jeff for hosting us. We will definitely book again!

Nice, Clean Lake House on Main Colorado Arm

The house was very nice and clean. The back porch was very enjoyable and gave a great view of the sunrise over the lake with your morning coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed how close this house was to town and the fact that it was on the main Colorado arm. We would stay here again if we are in the area!

This house was perfect for my family’s 4th of July trip. Plenty of room and bathrooms. We loved the back porch and the view. Jeff was awesome! Always available to answer any questions and very easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

The most important thing about a lakehouse is deep water and a great dock to hang out on, this property has both. Nice yard and pretty covered porch with gas grill as well. House was clean and had a great air conditioner, which is important in July! Great communication by host.

This property is perfect! Great location, good size house for 10 adults sleeping over and very clean! The owner is great and very quick to respond. The pictures don’t capture how spacious this house truly is!

Family Vacation

This house was the best place for our spur of the moment family vacation after we bought our new boat. We loved that the place had adequate parking for our jet ski and boat trailers. The boat dock was set up perfectly! The home was very spacious and well stocked. When we had any questions the owner was directly available to answer which typically isn't the case. Definitely will be booking this place again in the future!!

Exceeded our Expectations!

This property was impeccably clean and organized. Linens and towels were great quality. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook meals and serve dinner on very nice plates, even a good selection of spices and condiments. Smart TV in living area is very large and easy to setup with our own streaming services. Really enjoyed fishing from the covered dock, even when it rained. Yard and patio were well-maintained and fun to use, especially the fireplace. Thanks for a very enjoyable weekend! We would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The house itself was lovely. Clean, spacious, everything provided that we needed. The view of the lake is just so relaxing. The fans on the porch made a huge difference in this heat! That was nice. The covered dock provided some much needed shade for fishing in this heat as well. Right across the street from the bait shop, close to the little HEB, it was the perfect location for all our needs. We even went down to Mr Gattis one day when it was just a little too hot out(for us personally). The owner is easy to contact should you need to(we didn’t have any issues). I had a great little birthday getaway, no complaints here!

We are long time VRBO renters and let me tell you... this property was one of the best...I am remiss in saying "property" its a getaway beyond getaway. the home is larger than you 1st see. Its a comfortable home that envelops you into the comfort you are looking forward to with a getaway in mind. From when you 1st walk into a glorious view of the river greeting you, to the splendid home you are going to spend the next days, you know you have made the right decision in renting this home. Jeff is a pleasure to work with, the amenities are spot on & the whole experience is well worth it. Thank you for sharing your home Jeff, we truly will return, Kingsland at its best!!
