Spacieuse villa avec piscine chauffée solaire, Grand Jardin paisible et de superbes vues

Villa Limone est une villa de luxe spacieuse de 3 chambres située à Coral Bay avec vue sur la mer et la montagne à côté de notre propriété soeur une villa de 2 lits ref 1960663. Parfait pour les familles ou les couples et est meublé à un très haut niveau, avec des meubles importés d'Italie. Il propose un hébergement spacieux plan ouvert. Il ya un grand jardin privé avec un parking hors route, pelouse à la zone avant et une vaste terrasse autour de la piscine sur le côté avec beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer. La piscine est chauffée par des panneaux solaires sur le toit permettant la natation plupart de l'année. Il ya un barbecue en brique construite pour manger en plein air. Commerces, restaurants, bars, cybercafé et supermarchés sont à 5 minutes à pied, tout comme la célèbre plage de corail et arrêt de bus desservant régulièrement Paphos et le parc aquatique. nous possédons une autre propriété de 3 chambres, la Villa Finikia située à 400 m (cy1653), si vous avez besoin d’une deuxième villa de 3 chambres pour votre groupe et que nous possédons une belle villa de 2 chambres. La climatisation est incluse dans toutes les chambres. En séjournant chez nous, vous avez droit à des réductions dans de nombreuses attractions touristiques et restaurants.

We booked this villa for a week in May, Villa was in a great location with nice pool and good A/C. Easy walking distance 15 minutes to main strip and not far from beach too Highly recommended

Villa was everything we could want. Great pool. Air con was a great bonus. Only let down was coral bay strip had road works. All in all worth the stay!

Fab Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and were very impressed that it had everything that you could possibly need. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area, but within very easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. We particularly loved the privacy in the garden and the fantastic pool which we spent many happy hours in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at villa limone for 2 weeks in august. Really lovely villa, great location and exactly as described. Pool was cleaned x2 weekly and linen once a week. Great information file with plenty useful information on local restaurants etc and links for excursions.

Lovely villa in a fab location has everything you need for a home away from home. The villa is within easy reach of amenities, both walking and driving. Great communication with Lisa, who was quick to answer any questions we asked. Would also like to recommend U2 car hire.

Great villa

Great villa. Beach a short walk and the main strip of restaurants not too far away, was in walking distance. The villa provided swimming towels which was very handy. Lisa provided details of local car hire company which was so easy and fast to pick up from airport, would recommend them. Lisa also arranged a room in a hotel on our last day as we had a late flight which was very handy. The beach was great, used the watersports and local scuba diving company, would recommend both. Would definitely stay again.

Great Holiday

Just had 2 weeks in this villa and had a really nice time,(18 Sept to 2nd Oct) the villa had every thing you would want and plenty of outside space the pool was excellent and clean. thanks to Lisa for the welcome pack as we arrived late in the evening and also the supermarket she recommended which had everything we needed (Phillipos). all in all a really great holiday and would come back to coral bay again.

Relaxing retreat- home from home

Villa Limone is a very well equipped home from home with all amenities you could want. The property is very well kept and was very clean for our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. We stayed as two adults and a teenager but the house could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. The location is peaceful and all amenities and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. We didn’t hire a car and managed to get about easily. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook

Is this deliberately a bad review as revenge? In all our years of letting we have not come across such guests as yourselves. We dont understand how your flight landed at 7.30pm and didn’t get to the villa til after midnight when its half an hour away? We assumed you would have been in hours before and we were therefore asleep in bed.You then could not unlock the door. We have rented this villa since 2008 and never had an issue with the key or lock, so you went to a hotel insinuating we should be paying! When I received your email at 6am I went to the villa to see if the lock had failed, the lock was fine! I emailed saying you can get in the villa there is no problem at all with the lock .Within an hour you phoned my husband saying it doesn’t work, he immediately came to you, put the key in the lock and opened the door for you! no thank you. You phoned again saying you couldnt access the wifi and needed the password. your welcome letter was on the dining table with it on! I think this set the tone of your stay from day one. The below is made up,malicious and very unfair,maybe its because you felt silly not being able to open a door or the fact we weren’t paying for your night in a hotel ?we go the extra mile, providing you with a lovely welcome pack and gave you a complimentary late departure .We have loads of lovely reviews from lovely guests and run at over 60% repeats. Which is indicative top the standards we have. You were a very unfortunate exception !

Perfect holiday

We came for 12 days on our first trip to Cyprus. Great contact from Lisa and Felix lovely owners. The villa is everything we had hoped it would be, a home from home. Clean, well equipped, attractive, large and extremely comfortable. My children loved every second and wanted to be in the pool constantly. Close to coral bayou and bus stop into Paphos. Pool toys and books and games inside were a lovely touch. We look forward to returning. Thankyou x

Unfortunately we couldn't come to Cyprus this year, so this review is from a previous visit. Loved Limone! The pool was fantastic as was the villa. Loved the area, especially Coral Oasis and U2 Car Hire. Loved Lisa & Felix, nothing was too much trouble for them. We are coming back, fingers crossed, for four whole weeks next year 😁 Fantastic!

The property is well presented and we really enjoyed are stay. For us walking to nearby beaches / restaurants was an advantage. The supermarket and shops are not far. The pool is a good size and everything was clean on arrival. Hosts were approachable if needed and the welcome pack really made the start easy going. Lovely villa and pool

We really enjoyed our time at this villa, the pool and grounds are lovely and give real privacy. Our two teenage boys were never out of the pool given the heat in August it was also great for them to take sanctuary in the spacious villa which has fans downstairs and aircon in each bedroom. Only one small disappointment was we felt the villa could have been cleaner on arrival but only a minor complaint. The airport taxi was organised by Lisa and they were great and we used them throughout our stay to go into Paphos and at times to Coral Bay as it was too hot to walk. We loved the villa and especially the pool a great holiday thank you.

Hi Many thanks for your review, we are so pleased you had a lovely stay with us. its lovely for future guests to hear about the villa and your experience. Thank you for giving me detailed feedback on the clean and that everything was spotless apart from under beds in one of the twins with some dust and wrapper. This has been raised with our cleaner and was a small error on her behalf. she was very upset she had missed this as we endeavour to have everything perfect for guests arrivals. thank you for looking after the villa so well ad we hope you choose to return. kind regards Lisa

Simply amazing!

Where do I start?!! From the moment of booking, Lisa and Felix could not have done more for us - from arranging taxis, arranging a hotel at the end of our stay, giving advice etc. On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack which was a really thoughtful addition. The villa itself was perfect. The location was very quiet but really close to bars, restaurants, amenities and the beach. The pool was simply fabulous- a great size with sun all day. Everything inside the villa was great - everything you could wish for. I cannot recommend this highly enough 😊

Spacious villa

Just arrived home after 2 week stay in the property. Villa is very spacious as is the outside area. Pool is great with sun beds, barbecue etc. Everything you need is supplied in the villa. A very nice welcome pack which was great as we arrived approx 2 am. Very quiet area about 15 mins walk to Coral Bay strip, we found the walk a bit difficult as part of it is uphill and my granddaughter cannot walk far and we found pushing the wheelchair up the hill hard work. We had hired cars so used these more than we had intended too. Lovely cocktail bars and restaurants in coral bay it really is a lovely place. Phillipos is a brilliant supermarket, it has everything you could possibly want and they will deliver shopping for you. Already looking to book 2 weeks next year.

hi we are so glad you had a lovely stay with us so much so you are looking to return next year for 2 weeks as well. its lovely for future guests to hear from people who have stayed, as well as walking to the main strip as you will have seen we have a handful of restaurants and bars less than 5 mins on foot with everything from british to italian to cypriot food and a fab fish taverna actually on the beach. we also always use Philipos, its excellent not only delivering you back but having in house bakery, fishmongers, butchers, deli, perfect if you want to barbecue. we look forward to you staying with us again and thank you for looking after our villa so well kind regards Lisa

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
The villa is a perfect location, being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
