Cet appartement entièrement meublé magnifiquement situé est à seulement 5 minutes à pied d'un large choix de bars et de restaurants, qui répondent à tous les goûts et à dix minutes à pied de l'océan. Le balcon avec vue sur la piscine. Un pack de bienvenue est disponible sur demande pour les produits alimentaires de base. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants, un lit bébé ou une chaise haute peuvent être commandés pour vous à votre arrivée. La dame (Sian) qui gère la propriété pour nous à Paphos, est également une coiffeuse professionnelle qui, si nécessaire, visitera l'appartement à votre demande. L'appartement de 2 chambres, comme une cuisine américaine et un coin repas. Les deux chambres et le salon sont climatisés. Il y a un parking privé, utile pour ceux d'entre vous qui souhaitent louer une voiture pour tout ou partie de votre séjour (je peux fournir les coordonnées d'une entreprise locale qui vous offrira une remise importante des tarifs normaux, en fonction de la période de année). L'appartement est situé au premier étage. un ascenseur est disponible. Nous avons un espace de rangement supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée, près de la piscine si nécessaire, ce qui est utile pour ranger le matériel de plage et ranger vos valises pendant votre séjour. Vous aurez vos propres parasols et chaises longues qui sont situés dans l'espace de stockage. Un coffre-fort est disponible pour vos objets de valeur. Wifi gratuit, départ tardif sur demande, location de voiture à prix réduit ou service de taxi peuvent être organisés. L'agence de gestion, qui s'occupe de l'appartement, est basée à Paphos et est disponible 24/7, si vous avez des questions, des problèmes ou des urgences pendant vos vacances. We have just had a great week in Bob’s apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It’s located a short walk from a vast array of bars and restaurants and a short car or bus ride to beaches and local attractions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Bob made the whole process very easy and we took advance of his suggestion of car hire - Nesta & Maria were brilliant - to the extent that we followed them all the way to the apartment to ensure we got there ok. We also arranged for a welcome pack via Sian as we were arriving late at night - whilst this might have been on the expensive side, it did mean we didn’t have to rush out to get provisions.

The Appartment was very clean and had everything you need, a home from home. The owner was very quick to respond when I asked for the internet code. Very safe area, close to buses, beaches shops, restaurants.. also has a lift right outside door. Perfect! I would recommend.

We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment. It is well equipped, clean & bright. There are ceiling fans & air con throughout. Good storage. A large secluded balcony over looking pool. Pool area was quiet ( most of the time to ourselves), clean & well maintained, with choice of loungers. Location was excellent. a short walk to tavernas and the bus station from where you can easily access beaches, old town and the harbour.

Many guests comment on having days when they have the pool to themselves. This is because a lot of the owner are at work. So they do not rent out . A wonderful apartment

My daughter stayed for a week in this very well equipped apartment. It is a great location, only a short walk to all the amenities but quiet and very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful. I have stayed in several VRBO apartments and Bob is by far the most communicative and helpful.

Superb Apartment

We had a really great stay in Bob’s apartment! It is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully decorated and accessorised. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot! If you are looking for a quality apartment in Paphos, then this is the one for you!

Amazing

Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Great communication with the host bob also can’t fault a thing will definitely be trying to book again for next year . We come to paphos every summer and this has been our favourite stay thank you

Very good apartment to discover Paphos and region

We had a great time in this spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! On walking-distance from the beach, the Tombs of Kings, Kato-Paphos and the marina. The communication with the owner was very adequate and pleasant.

lovely apartment on a small private complex. The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday and for a home from home experience. Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere slightly away from, but within easy reach the harbour area

Lovely apartment with everything that we needed.

We had a brilliant week, the apartment was lovely with great facilities including a good tv (with uk satellite tv channels), air conditioning in each room, very well equipped kitchen, nice balcony, beautiful shared pool and private parking for our rental car. Pretty much everything we could have asked for in this location.

Hello my name is Bob, l live in Newcastle with my wife Lesley & Sonny our labradoodle. We holiday in Paphos whenever we can, work permitting. We love the climate, people & culture. l had my own business, till l retired a few years ago. The business was called Another World, we had a number of stores in the midlands. We specialised in Pop culture, especially American Comics, Rock & Pop collectables, Science Fiction, Games, Posters, T-Shirts etc.
My wife is a nurse & midwife, who is now working to electronically connect patient records in the NHS.

We were lucky enough to find this property in Paphos, just after l retired. We Just love the area & get over to experience the lovely climate when ever we can. As the Cypriots drive on the correct side of the road, as we do in the U.K. Its a joy to hire a car, pack up a lunch box & get out on the road for a picnic, with the family

We could not be more central to where all the Restaurants, bars & shops are situated.
Aldi, Mcdonalds & KFC are close by for your consideration .The recently built 'Kings Avenue shopping mall' is a recent addition to enhance your shopping experience. This is where you will find your local 'M&S', branded clothing stores, multi-plex cinema & restaurants .
Yet the apartment is situated far enough away from all this activity to give you a peaceful quiet retreat, when you retire for the evening. We are a 5 minute walk to where the restaurants & sports bars are situated & where you can hop on & off the air conditioned buses that do the round trip of the harbor, Tomb of the Kings & Coral Bay, in a continuous loop every 15 minutes..
