Villa de luxe avec piscine privée à Paradise Woods

Notre villa immaculée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée, d'un salon spacieux et de la climatisation. L'espace piscine étendu orienté plein sud est entiÚrement clos pour assurer l'intimité et est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre à la fin d'une journée dans les parcs. Notre villa est idéalement située sur une prestigieuse communauté fermée à seulement 10/15 minutes de Disney. Nous sommes à 5 minutes de l'excellent complexe Champions Gate et il y a une bonne sélection de magasins, restaurants et magasins d'alimentation dans les environs. L'autoroute 192 avec un plus large éventail de restaurants et de magasins est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. La villa comprend également un accÚs WIFI gratuit, la télévision par cùble (3 télévisions), les appels téléphoniques gratuits et une salle de jeux. Nous avons reçu de nombreux commentaires positifs concernant la propreté de la villa, qui est prise en charge par notre agent de gestion local.

House requires repairs and deep clean. Walls, vents, fans covered in dust. Lots of holes and repairs needed to lighting and doorways. There was no cleaning supplies, j-clothes for kitchen or even face clothes. We needed to run out and buy supplies to wash dishes. Little things like this would be helpful. The entire house is tile which is great but didn't seemed to have been washed before our arrival as our feet were black within hours of arriving.

Host and property manager were great willing to try and accommodate. The fact that we arrived a bit early and were able to let us check in early. The furniture was outdated. The game room was also outdated, but the house is gorgeous and the best part was the yard and pool. Also there were no essential amenities shampoo soap, dish detergent, nothing I even had to buy toilet tissue the kitchen is not were not stocked with pots or pans there all old and pretty used need to make some upgrades for sure. Otherwise we had a great time in the pool.

Advert described Luxury Villa. This is description is misleading. This Property is furnished but everything is is tired and well used. Functional yes, luxurious no.Paradise Woods Court is a gated community but compared to luxury gated communities, that we have stayed in before it’s not at that level.House was clean and coms. with owner were great.Older house, in need of freshing up and modernising, furniture well used except couches which were comfortable. Marks on bottom of pool which could not be cleaned off making it look dirty.Outside the grounds are unkempt, grass in need of cutting and the back wall of the garden was badly in need of repainting. Taking all of the above into account we had a pleasant stay at this villa but would I use again, no.

Overall good stay. Close to lots of attractions. Pool was really nice. Communication was excellent. It is near a busy, noisy road, so bring a white noise machine for sleeping. Cleanliness was ok, but could have been just a bit better.

Good location for Disney, Publix nearby with some nice food places. Property needs a little money spent on it kitchen is dated and doors to pool are difficult to use. Property was clean and host was helpful. Air con was great and it was light and spacious.

Great location for Disney parks. This villa has everything that you need for a self catering stay in the area. Highlights were the BBQ, the pool and the location for Disney. Downside was definitely the Ronald Reagan highway. It woke me up early every morning with sirens and loud exhausts. It never really slowed down and made sitting outside a rather noisy affair. The train also made a regular visit and blew a long horn! Next doors cat was very friendly and came to say hi each morning!

Needs work

Upon arrival, the grass had not been cut, house looked abandoned. The inside was clean, except baseboards and around the toilets. Furniture and appliances are old except for the microwave. Cupboards have old phones, etc, and there is no room for our food. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Twin bed in the master and front bedroom. It is evident they are in the process of cleaning it up, but needs a lot of work.

No Paradise

We were informed the day before travel that the pool screen was damaged in recent storms - not repaired till last day,pool not cleaned at all during trip, very dirty. Villa location in between two major roads and a train line - very noisy daytime and throughout the night. Too noisy to sit outside.Due to trees next to property, only limited sun in garden too.Villa ok, but unresourced for a group of people staying so probably needs reviewing by owners.If you only want a somewhere to sleep while you visit parks ok but not somewhere to spend time relaxing.

For our family of 4 this house was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. The host was fantastic and answered any questions we had very promptly. What more could you ask for? We hope to return again next year.

Amazing

When we arrived it was super easy to get in due to the fact that they send all the information needed before you even start your trip. As we entered the house it was super clean and well stocked to accommodate everything you would need for not only adults but small children as well. They even have a safety gate and alarms on the doors so you know if a child has exited the door to the pool. The pool was super clean as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find as well. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends and family.

Lovely home

The home was nice. It's roomy, clean and private in a quiet neighbourhood. We have had some contact with the owner Faisal before and during our stay to address some minor issues. He was always very responsive and friendly. We would definetely book this house again when visiting the area in the future.

Relaxation & comfortable

Communications with host were excellent. Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Layout of house makes everything roomy. Plenty of drawers/closets and cabinets to unpack and feel like home. Child guard around pool needs some repair. I would like to stay again and bring my grandchildren after that is done. Great place to stay for families

Home from home

Great villa, with a perfect location. It felt like home. Kitchen had everything you need. There was bath and shower towels and pool towels, so didn't need to bring our own. Dishwasher tablets were supplied as was washing up liquid. Every bed was sooo comfortable. So much info was in the books for the local area and parks which was so helpful. We loved this villa and would love to come back. The hoeats were amazing, helpful and so friendly. We will be back! Thank you

Had a wonderful 5 days at Paradise Woods Court, Comfortable and clean great facilities . Pool was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this property hope to return one day.
