Large single story open floor plan, five bedrooms, three bathrooms home with large pool and spa with private woods behind pool, home sleeps 10 in beds and has full size washer and dryer, fully stocked with bedding, linen and dishes.
20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Golfing and many stores and restaurants are within 2 miles of home.

Three rooms with queen size beds, then Two rooms with double twin beds.
Sleeper sofa in living room that can be made into a queen bed.
Wifi included.
Cable tv.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day extra.
If outside temps drop below 53 degrees, the pool heater can not work.

The villa is a non pet home, no pets allowed. We provide first set up of toiletries , once used it is up to guests to buy more.

Loved this little place!

Perfect for a family with children! Awesome neighborhood we felt very safe and a store was just around the corner great communication with our host!

Great House, close to everything

House was in great shape, everything was a described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and pool was awesome. We would definitely stay here again

Overall good

Loved all the stuffed animals for the kids, everything was clean, there were just a few quirks but overall it was a nice place to stay.

We love this house, very warm, welcoming and roomy. The property manager was fantastic, anything we contacted about was taken care of right away. Needed to add 2 extra days, owner very accommodating. Definitely will stay sgain

Good stay away from the parks

It was a very nice place for a good price! Make sure you contact the property ahead of time about the pool/hot tub heat. I forgot to ask a head of time, but they were very nice with turning on the pool/hot tub heat the next morning. Driving to Orlando can be a lot longer than expected due to traffic, but this location is a nice place to get away from the parks

Cute place! Super close to grocery stores, close to all the parks!

The neighborhood is super cute!! Rebecca was pretty fast at messaging back when needed! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool! We left goggles there for the next family 😊 You can’t beat the price and the convenience of how close the house is to everything!

We had a wonderful time somethings to think about 
 traffic times -when going to universal wasn’t bad but on the way home traffic was heavier than we thought. Property was great homey feel
.all the items there for kitchen or bathroom towels and hairdryer and such 
Pool
 we did not opt to pay extra for the heated pool 
so we didn’t use it as much as I wanted to. It is pretty close to Publix and other stores 
 plenty of room for the teenage boys to have their own rooms and bathrooms. There are board games 
we didn’t play them but were there. All in all we would stay again if going down again. Thank you

Place was clean. Nice enough just didn’t like after you booked you had to pay extra to warm pool. Rent a grill. Fix the pool. Flip breakers. Other than that perfect

Property is just as advertised. Host is very responsive.

House is very clean and pretty well stocked, check in is super easy, and we liked that 2 of the bedrooms had en suites. Rebecca is super responsive and did what she could to assist with the only issue we had which was some minor trouble with the hot tub. She contacted me immediately and we did some troubleshooting, then she had the pool guy come out first thing in the morning to check it. Even though the hot tub did not reach max heat while we were there, we were still able to enjoy the pool and Rebecca refunded our pool heat deposit which she did not have to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I will be booking this property again in the future.

Spring Break

This home was perfect for the 6 of us. It was clean and spacious. The master bed was hard and uncomfortable and the house overall could use some updating including a dryer that actually turned off after the cycle was done (fire hazard). But it was a good value overall. The pool and spa was amazing. I would recommend.

Very comfortable and cozy

The house was very cozy and comfortable, it was also very clean. Came with tons of great things to use like pool toys, kitchen appliances and accessories. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. Communication with property management was excellent, answered any and all questions I had. Left us nice gifts for the kids. We all were so happy with the stay. Will stay again!!

Spring break vacation

Great stay

The house was soooo clean and the pool was amazing! My kids didn't want to leave the pool even though we had activities scheduled. Omg...The stuffed animals was a plus! My 6-year-old twins couldn't get enough of carrying them around and hugging on Minnie and Mickey. And Rebecca was so responsive to our needs. There had been a bad storm that left debris in the pool and she sent someone out early the next morning to clean it so we can enjoy. She was also accommodating when we requested to extend our vacation because we were having such a great time. The kids didn't want to leave. My family really enjoyed the house. Would recommend and stay again. ❀
