Cette charmante villa de trois chambres / trois salles de bains avec WiFi offre un hébergement spacieux et de haute qualité et un environnement dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Construite en 2002, la villa offre un confort décontracté, comme à la maison avec la climatisation partout. Depuis le salon et les deux chambres en bas, vous avez accès à la grande terrasse extérieure, aux pelouses, au jardin méditerranéen, à l'espace barbecue et à la piscine de bonne taille. De l'entrée / salle à manger décloisonnée, un couloir mène aux deux chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Ceux-ci comprennent une chambre double avec salle de bains privative et une chambre avec lits jumeaux et une salle de bain / douche familiale. Au premier étage, il y a la chambre double principale avec salle de bains et portes françaises donnant sur un petit balcon avec vue partielle sur la mer.

Wonderful villa, excellent location to the beach and restaurants. The villa had an amazing pool area, beautiful garden and a separate outdoor kitchen with a fridge and BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Menorca was beautiful.

Lovely property with everything you could want! In particular, we loved the garden with fabulous palm trees, a Persian silk tree and many flowering plants. The pool area is great, with sun beds, a fridge and facilities to BBQ. The property is just a few minutes from the beach, bus stop, shops, cafes and restaurants, but is in a quiet and peaceful area.

This is a beautiful villa in lovely grounds. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great holiday. It is just a short walk into Punta Prima where there is a lovely beach and some excellent restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. Pool and garden are fantastic… the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the seafront where you will find Punta Prima beach, and a selection of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Royal Cafe Bistro, which I can’t recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you.

We liked everything, the House, the outside area, garden and pool, the distance to the beach, its a relaxed place and Island. Fully equipped, new and modern bathrooms. Everything better and Buffer then the pictures showed. We would love to come back some time.

Superb villa: very clean, fantastic outside space with a great pool. TV had all the UK sports channels which was great as The Ashes was on! Probably the nicest villa we've rented in Menorca and we've been coming for a while!

The villa was the ideal holiday choice for my family as the location is spot on with everything at your door step with no need for a hire car. The property itself is beautiful and you feel you just want to stay there the whole trip to unwind. The owner is incredibly helpful to assist with any requests and recommendations. Want to go back !

Beautiful Villa.

The villa was absolutely stunning with a beautiful garden and pool area. We had plenty of space and the property is just moments away from the beach and amenities. The villa exceeded our expectations, which were already high from the pictures and description online. Our host was communicative from the very start and kept in touch throughout, including recommendations for eateries, car hire and areas to visit.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful place

We stayed in April 2025 and found the villa absolutely perfect for us. Spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a holiday - and then much more. Lovely pool, peaceful well kept garden in laid back Punta Prima. We spent time at the villa but also got out and about. The nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a very short 3 min walk away and the rest of Menorca is easily accessible. We have loved our stay. My parents last visit was in 1967 and although it had changed they enjoyed their time here at Villa Palmera just as much. The hosts were kind and communicative at all times. We would love to come back sometime.

This is an impeccably presented villa with a beautiful garden and pool. The very best we have stayed in. The perfect base for a wonderful holiday in a great location. The owner and host, Sukhminder Sekhon, has absolutely everything covered. Extremely organised and very helpful indeed. Many thanks Sukhminder. I highly recommend this experience and certainly hope to return in the future.
