La villa dispose d'une licence touristique complète.
La villa est située dans une impasse tranquille à Binisafua, à une courte distance le long de la côte de Binibeca. Récemment construite, cette villa de trois chambres et deux salles de bains avec une piscine privée de 8 mx 4 m est idéale pour des vacances indépendantes. La villa est équipée à un niveau très élevé avec toutes les commodités modernes. L'aéroport est à 15 minutes et la trajectoire de vol offre parfois l'occasion de repérer un avion. La jolie crique de sable de Binisafua est à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Il y a des restaurants à distance de marche facile et à moins de 10 minutes en voiture se trouvent les villages de travail de Saint Climent et Saint Lluis. Plus proche est Binibeca Vell avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants et la plage de Binibecca. Il y a un certain nombre de supermarchés à distance de conduite facile donc une voiture est recommandée.

Exceptional Stay – Even Better the Second Time

This was our second stay at the villa, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The property is beautifully maintained, and a peaceful, private location. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was attentive and welcoming, ensuring another perfect experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this villa for a luxurious getaway.

Menorca is lovely and had great weather

The outside area was lovely fab pool hand rail up steps a little loose and fencing should have continued round towards chill out area as could have a nasty fall on to rocks. The villa was clean spacious comfortable and reasonably equipped. Definitely needs air con in lounge plus coffee table also mirrors and dressing tables needed in bedrooms. A little far from supermarkets and restaurants used Cala En Porter for this.

The Villa has a very beautiful garden with chill out area and nice pool. It’s was never to hot because there is always a bit of wind and inside sleeping rooms have air condition. It is very clean

Great Villa, Amazing location!

Really enjoyable stay with a Villa that exceeded expectations. Amazing pool area, lots of outdoor seating spots and good facilities inside. Only thing to note in hot summer conditions is no air conditioning… so we improvised and opened windows and doors in the daytime to release and airflow and kept shutters closed to protect from sun

Perfect family week

This is our fourth time at this villa and we love it - the outside area is wonderful and a quiet neighbourhood - two mins stroll to the turquoise sea or a cold beer at Opera - not far from airport so great for us! It is quite basic inside but clean and well equipped. We will be back again for sure - thanks !!

Beautiful villa

A lovely villa, but flight path is definitely an issue - literally right over the villa, and low down, so very noisy. But the pool was gorgeous, and plenty of outdoor space to be enjoyed.

Wonderful villa & holiday

Villa was spotless and had all necessary equipment & utensils. Lovely pool which was used extensively every day. Nice surrounds with several lovely seating areas. Location was fine but shopping requires a vehicle. Dined several times at "Opera" restaurant - good Italian cuisine and we found El Faro at Torret excelent. Would definitely use this villa again.

Great Villa

Lovely villa with everything you could want. You need to be aware of the planes as you are on the flight path but that was not an issue for us we actually liked watching the planes. We did have a few issues which was a bit annoying to have to deal with while we were trying to relax on holiday but the management company were great and sorted the problems out very quickly. Overall expect to have to drive if you want to eat out and shopping and a better beach but everything is quite close. Would we stay again yes lovely villa and owners very helpful.

Beautiful villa with super outside space

The villa is in a lovely neighbourhood very near the coast. The pool is a great size and was warm most of the week from the the glorious weather. The whole outside area is delightful, with an established garden and an soft cushioned area to relax on. The inside is traditional for a Menorcan villa with a TV that gets most UK channels. Dishwasher and washing machine were a god send. The only down point was the heat at night which didn't drop below 23° all week and we couldn't leave the windows wide open due to the mosquitoes. It was a small price to pay for a lovely stay though.

Lovely Villa with great hosts

I would just like to say that the Villa was lovely and as others have said, was clean, and well equipped and had lovely décor and a nice big footprint and plenty of sunbeds and rest areas. We particularly loved the seating area under the sun sail, referred to by the kids as the VIP area! Whilst we didn’t use the BBQ, that area to the side was nice to sit at in the evening with a glass of wine with the soft lit LED’s and a candle providing a nice relaxing area. There are two restaurants in walking distance, the Opera Pizzeria, and the El Txoko, both nice. My only gripes are ones of my own making. When researching Villa’s, I thought I had ticked the requirement for Air Con in the villa search results, as AC is a must for any stay in August for us, sadly the villa had no Air Con. Although there were fans provided, due to the heat at night we had no option but to leave the windows/doors open, but that invited in the midges and mosquitos every night resulting in us all getting bitten every night over the fortnight we were there. Not sure if the plug-in bug repellents worked or not, but the constant biting wasn’t pleasant. And I didn’t think to check the flight path of planes landing at Mahon Airport. The villa is directly under a flight path and pretty much all day everyday you could see (and hear) the planes landing and taking off overhead, you got used to them after a while, but they start early in the morning and go on well into the night. But they are the only real gripes.

Superbe séjour au sein de cette magnifique villa. Idéal pour 6 personnes. Une petite étoile en moins pour l’emplacement par rapport aux passages des avions au dessus de la maison, mais la nuit il y a beaucoup moins de passages. Sinon propreté niquel, échange avec les propriétaires également. Je recommande ++ !

Estancia fantástica. La villa es perfecta y está situada en un sitio de total tranquilidad. La piscina es increible y con una limpieza insuperable, seguramente la mejor piscina en la que hemos estado nunca. Por poner un punto mejorable, encontramos los colchones algo más blandos a lo que estamos acostumbrados.Si se quiere tranquilidad, es un sitio ideal para disfrutar de Menorca.

Amazing Villa

What an absolute gem of a place to stay. Very spacious villa with all mod cons and an amazing outside space. So much of our time was spent in the fabulous pool or swimming in the sea at one of the picturesque coves within walking distance. Turn left or right at the end of the road and follow the coast to discover little inlets designed with swimming platforms to enable people to explore the coastline and marine life. A car is necessary for supermarkets etc. but all within short drive. In summary, fabulous villa in a lovely quiet spot with plenty to do if it takes your fancy. Thoroughly recommend.

Casa muy recomendable, cómoda y amplia. Mis hijos y yo hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina, barbacoa y del chill out. Muy bien comunicada y a 5 minutos andando de una cala preciosa. Mark y Christine me han enviado mucha información valiosisima para la estancia en su casa. El único pero, si así se puede llamar, es que la casa no tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que las primeras noches, hasta acostumbrarnos, nos costó dormir.

Un lugar recomendable

La casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia. Tres habitaciones, la piscina, zonas diversas para comer en el exterior, una zona de relax... Hasta tuvimos la visita de un gato del vecindario que nos acompañaba durante las comidas. La zona también es muy tranquila, con pequeñas calas (que supongo que en agosto estarán imposibles) y zonas preparadas para el baño desde las rocas. En resumen, un lugar muy recomendable.

Perfect for families

Very pretty villa, clean and well equipped. Safe quiet location with a sandy gently sloping beach. Ideal for children. Great that villa has its own private pool. Planning the holiday was made much easier due to helpful responses to email by the property owner.

Una estancia inolvidable.

La casa está muy bien. Es preciosa. Muy limpia. Completa en cuanto a accesorios y utensilios necesarios. En referencia al exterior, zona piscina, barbacoa y jardin, perfecta. La zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada. Playa a 8 minutos andando. El unico problema es el paso de los aviones hacia el aeropuerto pero a nosotros no nos molestaron y por la noche no hay vuelos. Es para repetir.
