We stayed in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks to celebrate our wedding. From the booking process to while we were there Oliver couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. This honestly made such a difference to our stay as we felt so looked after. The gardeners came and maintained the garden throughout, keeping everything looking absolutely beautiful. Perfect location for getting around the island by car or taxi (Mallorcab as recommended by Oliver was so easy to use) Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Lovely family holiday

The villa is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces and pool are amazing (we were a party of 6 adults and a 3 year old). Both Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are just a short drive away with a great choice of restaurants. Oliver is an attentive host, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Villa Cana Siona

Exceeded expectations

A fantastic villa inside and out,set in beautiful grounds with incredible views. Spotlessly clean on arrival and very well equipped for all our needs. The pool area is wonderful, plenty of seating around a gorgeous bbq area. Having rented several villas in the past this is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

Our second year here - and just as wonderful! The villa is ideally located between Pollença and Alcúdia meaning you don’t travel far to beautiful beaches, ports and surrounding activities to keep little ones busy. It is also very tranquil with huge amounts of space inside and out. Everything is clean and functional and we feel right at home here! Oliver and Claire are fab hosts, helping out as necessary. I couldn't recommend this villa more for families. Thank you and see you next year!

Villa was gorgeous!

The villa had everything you could possibly want. The rooms were very spacious and the outside furniture was very comfortable. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner alfresco. The kitchen had everything you needed and the gas BBQ was great The pool was beautiful, it was a perfect size and temperature The grounds around the pool were perfectly kept, and it was very peaceful We had a couple of maintenance issues that were dealt with very promptly by Colin and I have to say that the welcome package that Colin left for our arrival was excellent We would definitely come back to this villa the next time we holiday in Majorca

Magical stay!

We stayed here for three weeks and the villa is just wonderful! The villa is extremely well located, easily driveable to Pollenca and Alcudia. The garden is huge - perfect for our children to run around in and the large pool provides an ideal space to splash in for hours. The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and very well laid out - very easy to feel at home in. All four bedrooms are spacious and welcoming. Oliver was incredibly friendly and easily contactable - he helped immediately with any issue that arose (typically resulting from something external to the villa). Overall, my family and I, and our guests had a super fun, memorable time in this villa and we plan to return to it. Thank you Oliver!

Superb villa and great location

This is our first experience of a villa and what a great one it was! We were a a group of 8, two families with teenagers of 18&19 and had a great time. The directions given to the villa and check in were great and the welcome pack left by Colin was very well received. A car is a must, supermarkets about a 5 min drive away, Alcúdia beach 10 mins and Puerto Pollensa 15 mins. The villa is situated in fabulous grounds with no one overlooking you and private with gated entry. We encountered a few problems whilst staying but these were always dealt with very promptly by Colin who was only a call away. The villa is a great size and easily accommodated the 8 of us with a good size pool, gas BBQ and outside seating area. Needless to say we had a great holiday and sure that we will return.

Cana Siona

Beautiful villa with amazing outside space. Villa well equipped however some details when booked had changed. There was not an inside dining table, air con was problematic and several games, activities and a full selection of DVDs were not available. Villa check in issues were not communicated and we had to chase around to get keys at point of check in, after travelling all day.

Very Disappointed with this review Paul!! I appreciate there was a change of instructions regarding the Keys on arrival (due to a faulty Key Box), but you didn’t have to ‘Chase Around’ for them, you merely had to collect them from a Café no more than 10 minutes drive from the Villa (and then refused to drop them off there upon departure due to ‘additional costs’ of doing so 🤦). Addressing the other points raised……… There is a table in the kitchen that seats 8 people, as shown in the property images. At no point did you mention ANY issues with the Air Conditioning despite me messaging you twice during your stay to check everything was ok and you responding ‘All Good’!! Had you have told me, I would have had our maintenance team look into it immediately. As far as Games and Activities are concerned, there is a fully equipped Table Tennis Table and Garden Games provided and the comment regarding DVD’s is baffling as there is Smart TV c/w Firestick (over 1000 movies) in the Lounge!! Having said that, you also complained that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working before confirming some of you were connected but others couldn’t - meaning there was no issue with the Wi-Fi as nobody would have been able to connect if there was!!!

This villa is brilliant for bigger family’s. We stayed here as 4 children 6 adults aging from 3 to 80 years old and it was very accommodating for all of us. Every room has their own en suite the showers were all very good with lots of pressure. The bedrooms are all large and all equipped drawers and wardrobes . The villa is very well thought out. The pool table and darts board is a lovely addition too with a fire stick in the downstairs tv which was good. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had when staying in a villa. From enough plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans etc.(crockery and plastic) everything you need and a massive plus “sharp” knives. We thought the grounds around the villa were beautiful, the first time you drive up the drive you will be saying WOW. The outside area was amazing obviously this is where we spent most of our time, it has plenty of furniture from the big table to the couches and chairs, All were brilliant. There are also loads of sun loungers The pool was big and perfect for us all to play in and the smooth floor tiles all around the pool and patio area were very comfortable to walk on and good for the kids. The only criticism we have is at night it was hard to see the road up to the villa from off the main road, it could do with some lights down there, and also maybe an outside plug socket but other than that it was all very very good, is highly recommended and we hope to return.

Beautiful outdoors, some small things to know about indoors

We had a lovely time at the property. The outdoors is absolutely stunning: great pool, lovely seating area, beautifully maintained gardens (which seems hard to do when it's so dry). Location is great between Alcudia and Pollenca. You have to drive everywhere but that's not really a problem. I don't think you can go wrong with this property, especially if you are planning to spend a lot of time outdoors. The indoor space had a few issues which overall didn't impact out stay much, but I'll enumerate them here in case it's important for others - WiFi was so weak we couldn't use it - One of the AC pipes in one of the rooms wasn't working well so it was pouring into a bucket, which meant we had to clean out the bucket ~every day - Shower curtains in both rooms with showers are pretty tatty and have rust stains on them - Some of the pillows / bedding had an odor - The owners ask you to not run the ACs at least ~6-8 hour of the day. This absolutely wasn't a problem for us since it was relatively cool while we were here. I was wondering how it might be for folks during a heat wave, though. If you care about running AC 24/7 this place wouldn't be for you. Overall, Oliver was very proactively communicative but, unfortunately, wasn't able to solve the issues we mentioned (internet and AC) during our stay. I also understand that it's hard to get AC service folks and internet folks on short notice in Mallorca.

A slightly disappointing review from respected clients. I wouldn't normally respond to individual points as everybody is welcome to their opinion but I felt I should on this occasion: WiFi - our new guests have confirmed a simple reboot (power off) of the Router was all that was required, and they are managing to use it without issue. We have a WiFi engineer coming out tomorrow (as requested following previous clients message) but are told this is no longer necessary! Air Conditioning - The faulty unit is being replaced on Saturday (12th August) which will remove the need for the drip bucket. It is summer in Mallorca and unfortunately ALL Air Conditioning companies are very busy so these things do happen. ** AT NO TIME HAVE WE OR DO WE ASK CLIENTS NOT TO USE AIR CONDITIONING DURING CERTAIN TIMES - THE ONLY THING WE ASK IS THAT AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT LEFT ON UNNECESSARILY OR WITH WINDOWS / DOORS LEFT OPEN AS THIS CAN CAUSE THE UNITS TO BREAK ** Bedding - The Villa is cleaned by one of Mallorca's leading Laundry and Cleaning companies and freshly laundered bedding is provided prior to EVERY new arrival......... This is the first time we have ever received a comment of this nature which has been passed onto the company concerned for comment. Shower Curtains - both Shower Curtains (and poles) have been replaced immediately upon reading this review, however, at no time was this mentioned during numerous communications with our clients during this rental which is unfortunate as we are unable to fix 'issues' that are not reported. Thank you.
