A great stay in this very well situated apartment right on the seafront. The wonderful weather we had was a bonus. So much to see and do in Eastbourne.

Ideal for out of season break with dog

This is lovely flat. Really liked the decor. It was cosy and warm for an autumn break. Superb location with metered parking opposite. We loved going on the beach as it was outside dog-ban time. Will certainly return.

Lovely few days

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and our dog. Beautiful apartment right on the sea front with a pub serving good food nearby. Host Teresa was lovely too. We would recommend it 😎

We had a great time in and around Eastbourne great food, the sun was out all week and with the window in the flat was fantastic but the sleeping wasn't so great,double bed and a very hard sofa bed not good.

Every thing suited us. Location is fabulous. Right on the seafront and still quiet. Apartment is well equipped in all aspects and has a very comfortable bed. It’s clean and so different from standard hotel rooms. The rooms are large with high ceilings. We will be back!

A lovely flat on the seafront and within close proximity to everything.. It was beautifully clean and pretty well appointed. Teresa who maanages it and lives below was the loveliest person you could imagine. She was so helpful.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohn-ess-küche hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und auf den Pier.Zum Frühstück scheint die Sonne rein und abends der Mond. Top!!!Ausstattung ist ok, warmes Wasser ist englandtypisch etwas schwach, aber alles zu verschmerzen.Die Managerin Teresa ist sehr nett und telefonisch erreichbar.Wenn man keines der großen Hotels bezahlen möchte, kriegt man kaum eine bessere Unterkunft.

Great location great view

Lovely homely cosy place with a brilliant view every breakfast. Great to be by sea coming from Midlands. Great value for money and well equipped. Convenient for pier, prom and town centre. Great range of restaurants nearby and great pub round the corner. Loved our stay thankyou very much xxx

plenty if space in a fantastic location

More space that we expected, and a great view of the sea. Quiet and clean. Very helpful property manager, fast responsive communication. Only downside was one side of the bed was quite badly sagging, so a bit uncomfortable, and would have been nice to have a small carton of milk in the fridge just to make a tea or coffee on arrival. Would be happy to stay again.

Beside the seaside, beside the sea.

Teresa was very helpful and considerate. The apartment had all the home comforts. Spotlessly clean. And a Comfortable bed. The view was spectacular, every thing we needed for a relaxed break away. Thankyou Gillian and Teresa. For a lovely time.

Eastbourne is a very special town. It has more sunshine per year, than any other town in England. It has a very attractive Pier which can be seen directly outside the apartment,
and is well worth a visit. It has four beautiful theaters, which have London's West End standards of production. There is also a cinema located in the new shopping precinct an easy walk away. There are Numerous high class restaurants catering for every taste , the most popular being Fish and Chips, naturally .
