Cette maison privée de cinq chambres peut facilement accueillir 14 personnes et accepte les animaux domestiques. Vous n’avez donc pas à laisser les membres de votre famille à fourrure à la maison! Cette maison de 2 700 pieds carrés offre un plan d'étage ouvert qui permettra à tout le monde de se réunir sans se sentir à court d'espace. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée et vous y trouverez tous les ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle nécessaires pour préparer de grands repas ou des collations à emporter à la plage. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une machine à glaçons indépendante dans la cuisine, idéale pour stocker des glacières à emporter à la plage!
Bien que cette maison soit remplie de commodités, vous pourrez également profiter de tout le confort de la maison pendant votre séjour. This family worked perfectly for multiple families!

Had 4 separate families staying. Accommodations were perfect. It was especially nice having so many bathrooms. Also loved it being so close to the beach. Youngsters also enjoyed the heated pool. Included everything we needed.

Really nice place

Short walk to beach. Only complaint was it was missing the beach cart that was advertised in the listing but no biggie. Otherwise it was excellent.

Great Beach Trip

The vacation house was perfect for our large family. Kitchen is large and plenty of room for several to cook at one time. Large table and chairs for eating. Family room was spacious. The bedrooms were just what we needed for our group of adults and children. We would highly recommend it and plan to come back in the future.

Beach Lovers

This is a great property! Second year in a row we have stayed here and will return. Very spacious and the location is ideal. Nice pool in the complex. Love the Big kitchen and dining table ice maker, and extra fridge. Enough seating for a large group in the living area We were disappointed that the concerns we expressed last year were not addressed. The oven door was still broken, the dryer doesn’t dry very well, and there weren’t dish towels. New observations were lack of a cookie sheet and the sofa being worn and ripped. However, this would not prevent us from returning. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental

Family Trip

This property is wonderful! We had five children and seven adults and there was always plenty of space! It was nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the large dining table was big enough for everyone. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cookware, silverware, etc. the location was perfect with a very short walk to the beautiful beach and pool. The kids greatly enjoyed the lovely pool and we also enjoyed using the bicycles provided. There was an inconvenience in that many people think this is the office and just came in the property even though we posted signs that noted that it was a private residence. The only items we were lacking were potholders, dish towels, and plugs for the bathtubs. We were able to purchase all of these items at a minimal cost. Also, the dryer does not dry well. Takes about three hours to dry a load of laundry, particularly if you have any towels in there. All of this being said, I highly recommend this very clean property and I would not hesitate to rent it again!

Good multi family spot

Great location and property that is a converted clubhouse amid condos. A very short walk to the beach and pool. Ideal for us w seven grown kids and three grandkids. Four free bikes to use and the ice maker were nice bonuses!

Great Place

We had 8 adults & 6 kids. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked for large groups. We were a short walk to the beach. If you are looking for an excellent place for a large group you will be very pleased.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

We loved the house, and the pictures online don’t give it justice at all!!! The only issue is that there needs to be bigger/better signs that the property is a Residence and NOT the office. We had several people throughout our 10 days that just walk in looking for their Condo. Great place and Great Location!!

This is a nice unit, great location, easy access, very large and better than the pictures.

The pictures do not do this unit justice. This space is HUGE. This unit is a ground level house with front and back door parking. Easy to unload and load luggage and only a 2 steps up to the porches. We had a family event with 4 couples and children so this fit our needs perfectly. This living, dining and kitchen area is so big we were able to comfortably have 3 to 5 cooks in the kitchen without getting in each others way. The table is one of the largest I have ever seen and there is enough seating in the living area for everyone to hang out and not be crowded but icemaker is what puts this unit over the top. The beach is a very short walk away and everything else you need is a short drive away. We will be planning some vacations here with the family again very soon.

Wedding event for son

We had a wonderful time .the place really exceeded our expectations. The only problem was contacting someone to find out if the pkace was use able aftervthe hurricane.we could not contact anyone for two days before we arrived.we didnt know if we could still use it or not.we just had to go there and hope for the best.fortunately it worked out and we enjoyed it.
