This house was such an amazing place to stay!! We’ve stayed in houses all over Sandestin and this one was our favorite so far. It had everything we could’ve wanted for two families with lots of littles. Very kid/big group friendly! The screened in patio was awesome and the two golf carts were a game changer for the vacation life. ;) The host was so nice, fast, and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!!

The place was kid friendly and teen friendly. There were plenty of space and beds to make memories. Having access to the two golf carts and a shopping center with grocery stores nearby golf cart distance was amazing. The beach was gorgeous and also golf cart distance. The host was excellent. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time with our family at the beach and this rental was just the icing on top.Things we loved: The kids play area, the 2 golf carts, bunk beds and king beds, the well stocked kitchen and beach closet, so many beach towels and shower towels. Made it a great easy stay with all the kids.Things that could be improved for an even better experience: - 4 seater golf cart headlights (could not find the headlights button and the touch screen was unresponsive)- Dressers. I prefer to put my items in a dresser and not live out of my suitcase for the week, so dressers would be a nice touch. We so enjoyed this beach stay and would love to book here again!

Best Rental in Sand Destin

We have rented numerous places in Sand Destin and this was by far the best one yet. Great open floor plan and very comfortable beds.

The best experience

Stayed here as a family trip and had the best time! The property was beautiful and well kept the property owner answered questions quickly and the surrounding area was perfect- beach access and access to shops and restaurants just a golf cart ride away. Speaking of, the golf carts were fun and gave the full beach experience. Can't wait for our next stay!

Great house for kids

We rented this property to be able to get our 4 grandsons together (2 live in Destin) ages 7,5,4,2 - living area was perfect - toys were there, foosball table was huge as was luttle kids table

Sea it all

Condo was all that was advertised and more. We had a 1 1/2 yr old and 3 other kids under 9. The condo was very kid friendly and even had added amenities (toys, chair for baby) and accommodating for adults also. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Fun stay

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was great, friendly and quiet. The children loved throwing bread to the turtles in the pond. The children’s items were great including kids’ dishes toys, and fussball. We would like to have had some storage furniture in the bedrooms such as a dresser or chest of drawers.

Perfect Pad

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Everything was clean and sanitized. If at anytime I had a question or concern, Echo responded within 5 minutes or less. This was our first beach vacation with so much bad weather; even a tornado touched down close to the resort. Echo took it upon themselves to personally text me to make sure we were all safe
 that definitely speaks volume! Overall, A+ experience!!!

Family Vacation.

Family Vacation/Spring Break

Had a wonderful time. Echo was a great host. Our group had 6 adults and 5 kids between 2-10, and the house gave us plenty of room. Golf carts were great for zipping around and the beds were comfortable. Great stay!
