Maison avec piscine dans la vieille ville de Ronda

Maison de 4 chambres avec piscine, sauna, garage, grand patio avec coin repas couvert et terrasse avec vue imprenable sur Ronda et la campagne. Situé à quelques minutes à pied de toutes les nombreuses attractions de Ronda, des centaines de restaurants, bars et boutiques ainsi que des gares routière et ferroviaire. La maison est une base idéale pour explorer Ronda et le reste de l'Andalousie à tout moment de l'année.

Il y a un grand patio, parfait pour manger en plein air, près de la piscine à l'arrière de la maison. La cuisine / salle à manger a une table à manger extensible adaptée aux grands groupes. Il y a un grand salon confortablement meublé.

Toutes les chambres sont de bonne taille et la maison peut accueillir 8 personnes. Bien qu'il paraisse ancien, s'insérant dans les rues locales, il a été construit en 2005 et dispose d'un chauffage au sol et de la climatisation partout.

La chambre principale a une salle de bain attenante et il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire et un WC en bas.

La maison est dans un quartier pittoresque à seulement quelques pas de toutes les principales attractions de la ville. Il y a de nombreux endroits pour manger et boire sur le pas de la porte.

When we booked this we had never been to this part of Spain and had no idea if we could even spend 4 days in a relatively small town. The house was as amazing in person as it seems by the pictures. The town of Ronda is just adorable. The pool was chilly to adults, but the kids powered through and loved every minute of it. The house was peaceful and perfectly located near enough to restaurants and shops, but not too close. The host and the local contact were amazingly responsive and really made the trip. Warning that there may not be a single flat step in the city, but that kind of makes up for the amazing food and drink. The beds slept really, really well, and the blackout curtains made sure that our "solar-powered kids" slept in past sunrise. We could have easily spent 2 weeks there and would have been thrilled--there was so much good food, hiking, and biking to do that we never got to. This house is *the* place to be, so if you don't book it now be prepared to regret it.

Wonderful home in Ronda!

Very accommodating! Easy to find with GPS. All of the bedrooms were air conditioned, as well as the living room downstairs.. The swimming pool was a great bonus. A charming and spacious place to stay for our group of five adults. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ronda!

One week stay in Ronda

My family of four (two teenage daughters) visited Ronda and stayed in 28 Calle Penas. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was really good, the only challenge was the steep hill on the way to town! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. It was a great base camp for our day trips to Marbella, Sevilla, Cadiz, and Zahara de la Sierra.

Lovely house in a fine, quiet neighborhood

This was an excellent stay in an amazing town. Isabel was a gracious host; we had excellent communication and she had many local helpers in town who came promptly to assist us with various tasks around the house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. The beds are excellent, with cozy down comforters. We were very pleased!

The location of the house is very close to town. The part of town where the house is on a fairly steep hill so keep that in mind if you have climbing issues. The in floor heating is amazing. The water pressure was good with adequate hot water. I would have loved to use the pool. It must be great in the summer. We had an Internet issue which was taken care of quickly. And the most important thing: I would definitely stay there again..wasadequate.n

Really beautiful, very comfy and great location! We loved it.

We stayed here with our 2 teenage sons. It was just a short hike to 'town' yet really quiet. I loved the heated floors, outdoor patio w/afternoon sun (too cold to swim), beds and kitchen. We had some issues (all totally my fault - got lost on way there, broke something and locked ourselves out). The property manager Claire was very patient and accommodating. This is just a great city to visit - lots of great places to eat, the bull ring, the gorge, hiking, etc... Make sure to go to the Pietra caves just 15 miles outside of town. We had issues getting tickets (you have to call the day before), so Claire kindly made the call for us. We traveled to several cities in Spain over holiday, but this was by far our favorite town!

Beautiful Rhonda House

The house is good the town is good the location to town is excellent. The beds were comfortable the water was hot and showers were strong. The house was overall pretty dark inside. The pool was leaking generously into the garage and there was a mold smell in the garage. Sauna in garage unusable from mold. Isabel very responsive when we needed things. Wish there was more of a front deck to view the incredible old city but there’s always something. Overall I recommend the house for two couples as we were. Plenty of privacy.

Charming house!!

A beautiful Spanish style house with lots of charm! Centrally located and an easy walk to all sorts of eating places, shopping, and sights, we greatly enjoyed our 5 nights here. The bedrooms are comfortable, the apartment was clean, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. It was a bit chilly to use the pool but we did enjoy the courtyard and the comfortable furniture out there. Contact with Isabel was easy, and she quickly responded to every question I had. We used Ronda as a base for touring some of the Pueblo Blancos, and found that we enjoyed our time in Ronda so much, that we stayed in town at the house more than we had planned!! The only glitch was that using the attached garage became a problem when neighbors were constantly parked in driveway or in front on street (street is VERY narrow and steep). It was easier to park down the street and walk to house.....the only way we could be insured of getting out!! No big deal...we did love our stay here and highly recommend this lovely place!!!

House in residential part of Ronda near town.

We mostly enjoyed our stay here although I would mention a few issues: 1. We were met by a man that showed us into the house but very little else. He wasn't the usual person who did this so perhaps he didn't know how to show us. 2. We were only given one set of keys to the house. Given that this was a 4 bedroom house, that seemed strange. We were two couples and when we split up during the day we had to coordinate to make sure someone with the key was home - not convenient. 3. Corner on the stove hood is very sharp - should have a warning. Three of the four of us hurt ourselves on it. 4. Be warned that there are very steep steps to the main part of town from the house. We managed by taking our time but if you have any walking issues it would be a big problem. Ronda is a pretty town and the surrounding countryside is just beautiful.

Ronda est un joyaux de l'Andalousie !!! Maison superbe et spacieuse !

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, ainsi que la piscine qui est beaucoup plus grande en réalité et fort appréciable par ces grosses chaleurs du mois d'août ! (Juste un manque de soleil le matin dans le patio ...) Ronda est un trésor architectural ou l'on ne se lasse pas de flâner (village très haut perché qui demande une bonne condition physique) parmi ses ruelles, musée, églises etc.. Nous avons adoré les bains Arabes et le superbe spa à prix très abordable à 5mns à pied de la maison !! (Attention , il faut réserver !!) Une mention spéciale également pour les delicieux tapas de "Las maravillas ", en bas de la rue de l'espinet. Ronda est à environ 2 hs ( il faut partir très tôt le matin !) des grosses villes incontournables tel que Cordoue, Grenade , Cadix ... Isabel , la propriétaire répond très rapidement à nos questions. Merci pour ces belles vacances en famille !!!

Ubicación fabulosa en Ronda

Pasamos una semana estupenda en esta casa en Ronda. Esta situada en una posición ideal para recorrer la ciudad y hacer turismo a pie. Muchos restaurantes y bares cerca y un supermercado y tiendas a menos de 5 minutos andando. La casa tiene de todo y no hay ruidos. Es amplia y cómoda. Y Ronda es una ciudad preciosa!

I am from the north of Spain, but have lived for almost 30 years in London with my English husband.

Living in the UK the thing I miss most is the sun, particularly in winter. We have bought the house with a view to spending a lot of time here on retirement, but unfortunately that day has not yet arrived. We hope you love the house and area as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We were attracted to the area by the beautiful countryside and by the winter sun. Although Ronda is close to the coast it still has a very Spanish feel and there is a sense of space and tranquility in the area.

At first we looked outside town, but when we found this house we felt it offered the best of both worlds, having a pool, great views, immediate access to the countryside plus all the convenience of town. A 3 minute walk in one direction and you are in the main shopping street, and 3 minutes in the other direction you are in open countryside.

We want to visit a lot in the winter months when it gets cold at night so the log-fire and underfloor heating were a real attraction (many local properties are not well heated).
