Such a lovely, peaceful spot. The cabin is in a great location (near parks, Grand Marais, grocery stores, trails). We ate breakfast at the picnic table next to the lake every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the cabin was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous. We have stayed at numerous places up and down the North Shore and this is by far one of the best. The huge windows, the view alone is wonderful. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen. The outdoor patio and fire pit in the access to the water is just excellent. Great location for getting to many of the hiking trail parking.

This was our second stay at Moose Hollow. We love this place! Great sunrises, lake views from the fire ring. Easy on and off the bike trail to Grand Marias. All the imenities you would expect and more! Can't wait to get back here!

Wonderful property! We especially loved how it was on the end and we had our own private spot. We were even able to walk/climb to a waterfall nearby and swim.

Love this cabin! Very clean and great layout. Especially enjoy the sitting room to sit and read with a view of the lake. Also love the great fire pit area. This was our second time there.

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and having our own “private” beach. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen had all the things we needed to be able to cook and enjoy many meals at the cabin. The kids loved jumping in the waves and collecting rocks. We took a family adventure along the beach to the waterfall.

Perfect for our getaway!

Moose Hallow is a beautiful cabin that is tucked away and full of the amenities needed for a few days in the woods. The area along the lake is amazing! We loved having a campfire and being right on the water. Listening to the waves at night was so peaceful. Walking along the shore was fun and just sitting and soaking up the sun was perfect. Highly recommend this cabin. We loved it.

Beautiful lake home and property in a great location!

We have stayed at Moose Hollow a couple times and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The lake home is equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The lake home as well as the property has lots of charm and comfort and is steps from the water.

Beautiful home & location!

The fire pit is awesome and we enjoyed it both nights that we were there. Enjoyed walking up and down the shoreline, discovered the lower falls of the Fall River. Loved the inside of the home.

Great Spot!

We had a great time at the cabin! Close enough to Grand Marais that it was easy to run into town to grab donuts and coffee, but bring them back to the cabin to enjoy the privacy. There is a great waterfall a short walk down the beach, and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach made for a great sleeping soundtrack.

Relax and unwind

This was the perfect place to relax. Close to town with all the amenities needed for a long weekend. The house was clean and modern. It was an absolute treat to be able to relax here.

Great homemade for north shore exploring

My family rented Moose Hollow for a few nights on our first trip to Grand Marais. Excellent location with easy access to parks and town. We loved being on the lake and enjoying the rock beach and fire pit. Great arrangement for our family of four. Very comfortable and welcoming!

just wonderful

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as we remembered. Property is comfortable, clean, and just beautifully located. We loved every minute of our stay! And the kitchen is well-stocked: we were delighted to find a steamer basket while making dinner one night! We will return!
