La villa a été conçue, construite et meublée selon des spécifications et un confort extrêmement élevés. Dormir six dans le confort et parfait pour les familles ou les couples, la villa est particulièrement bien équipée à la fois intérieur et extérieur avec une détente totale et le confort à l'esprit et comprend une grande piscine privée (10 X 5 mètres) avec une fin peu profonde avec des marches romaines et une extrémité profonde de 2,1 mètres, avec vue sur la mer. Les beaux murs en pierre et les terrasses de bronzage et de restauration en pierre calcaire sont à noter, avec un `` jardin magique '' spécial qui offre un espace de détente confortable et parfumé de style ottoman pour se retirer lorsque le soleil devient trop chaud ou, la nuit, pour regarder la étoiles et activité dans le port. Extérieurement, la propriété propose un barbecue, des chaises longues en bois, de grands parasols, une table et des chaises, une douche et un coin salon confortable. Tous les arcs et la piscine s'éclairent la nuit pour fournir cette ambiance parfaite pour des vacances reposantes.

A great villa and place to chill out and relax

Absolutely amazing villa, the pictures don't lie. A real home from home. Regularly cleaned and regular visits from Ali to make sure everything was ok and to bring daily bread. 15 min walk into the centre of town - a bit hilly or take a taxi for £2 - plenty of numbers in the villa. Communication with Simon was very easy and helpful with prompt responses. Kalkan is a great town with narrow cobbled streets and plenty of good restaurants and bars. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and Kalkan and will revisit both.

Villa magic Garden

Lovely modern villa, everything you need in the kitchen, pool was lovely and cleaned every day, fantastic views over Kalkan bay, we are already booked for 2023.

As good as everyone says and better!

Thank you for an amazing stay. We have been to twice Kalkan before so knew how nice it was. Villa Magic Garden is in a great location. Stayed here with my wife, and her sister-in-law and husband plus their 16-year-old daughter. Villa is beautiful. Very spacious and set-up so well. Lots of space both inside and out. Support from Vildan at the villa, with the team dropping off water and bread each morning. The mid-stay clean was easy to arrange at a time that suited us being out. Daria has been brilliant throughout with responding to every contact so quickly and we even had a lazy check-out at midday as guests not arriving for a couple of days so she was happy to help us. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Daria. Thank you Vildan. We will be back. Andrew & Kathryn

Brilliant stay at Magic Garden Villa

We had a fantastic stay at the Magic Garden Villa. Couldn’t fault anything. Stylish yet homely, spotlessly clean, beautiful outdoor spaces and lovely large pool with stunning views. Extensive and thoughtful arrival pack. Easy walk to town, beach, clubs etc. just brilliant, our whole family had such a happy time here. Thank you Daria for everything.

Lovely villa with fantastic views

Lovely villa only about a 15 minute from the old town harbour. Spacious bedrooms with fantastic views. Pool was great and very warm and there were lots of different areas where you can sit outside. Well equipped kitchen and huge outside BBQ which was a bonus! Our favourite restaurants in town were Seaport, Doy Doy, Aubergine and Doy Doy. Zest beach club nearby has a fantastic setting and worth a visit.

Lovely holiday, lovely villa, lovely views

A really lovely villa in a good position just outside Kalkan. We have stayed twice before and still think it is one of the best for value. Beautifully furnitured, feels like a real home and super pool and garden. Towels, both villa and pool ones, were in plentiful supply. All the candles were a delight and we loved our evenings, around the pool, in candlelight. Daria and Simon were particularly helpful offering early arrival and late check out which was much appreciated. Just a couple of comments . With so many candles it would have been helpful to have had some matches provided, especially as we found them rather difficult to find so resorted to a gas lighter which we left for next visitors. Also it might have been nice to have been left some soap and toilets rolls However the above had little impact on our stay and would certainly recommend and return again ourselves. Super holiday made all the better to have stayed here. Thank you

Amazing Property

The villa is really great, in a quiet location, but super close to the village. Access to restaurants, bars and shops is easy with the really cost effective taxis that pop you in and out of the village in minutes. The villa manager Ali, could not have been more helpful, bringing fresh bread and a water pump pump every day, a lovely welcome pack on arrival and providing us with lots of information on the area, taxis etc. The villa is maintained really well, cleaned very regularly and bins emptied every day. The inside is well appointed, the beds are comfy, lots of towels and pool towels provided too. A very well appointed kitchen and large open plan living room is just lovely. A perfect location for a holiday in kalkan, quiet, clean with really pretty plants and bougainvillea everywhere. The villa next door has a balcony that overlooks this villas pool, which I feel would be better if there were plants across, just to screen the pool area a little. But certainly not off putting. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful...we'll be back!

What a superb villa! We've been holidaying in family villas, around the world, for over 20 years with our kids and this was up with one of the best we have stayed in. The communication with Daria was excellent as was the welcome from Seda and Ali when we arrived. The villa comes equipped with everything that one might need including a much appreciated welcome pack, kitchen essentials, beach and pool towels - even bug spray and candles for the garden - and Ali delivered fresh bread and the paper to us every morning. The interior of the villa is lovely and the outside areas are very attractive; plenty of different places to sit and lie, in or out of the sun, and the kids enjoyed the secret garden in the wall - including the fridge! The pool is the perfect size for messing around or relaxing on a lilo, and we used the BBQ twice as the quality of the meat from the Carrefour was very good. And....you get to enjoy the most beautiful sea views from every room, from the moment you wake-up to the end of the day, relaxing with a beer as the sun slips down behind the mountains whilst the boats return into Kalkan bay. It really is fabulous. This was our first visit to Kalkan and we will definitely return; the villa is a comfortable 12 minute stroll into town - a little uphill for the first few minutes then a straight, flat walk, until you descend again into the delightful cobbled streets filled with restaurants, shops, watch and leather stores and several bars. There are no night-clubs just 2 late night bars and the locals are so warm, hardworking and friendly. We thought that the restaurants we chose were, without fault, excellent and we loved eating up on the roof terraces. A trip to Kas along the coast road is to be recommended for a night out, as are the local beaches. Xanthos is interesting and ideal to visit on your way to Saklikent Gorge - which provides a great afternoon of entertainment. The beach club, just a few minutes from the villa, is perfect for diving, swimming and snorkelling and is also a great place for an easy, early supper overlooking the bay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Magic Garden Villa and Kalkan - it's close enough to enjoy listening to the sound of the call to prayers five times a day, and yet far enough away to feel private and peaceful. Thank you Simon for letting us enjoy your lovely home from home.
