L'appartement est moderne, aéré et bien équipé, situé au premier étage et bien équipé avec une cuisine complète et des installations de lavage. En plus de la terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur le golf, qui dispose d'une gamme de meubles et d'un grand auvent, il y a
une plus grande terrasse sur le côté de l'appartement




qui profite du soleil tôt le matin et l'après-midi. Il a l'air conditionné partout, un poêle à bois et des radiateurs électriques pour les mois d'hiver. Il y a un barbecue au charbon de bois, une télévision par satellite / DVD avec les principales chaînes en anglais, dont Sky Sports 1 & 2 et Family Movies. Il y a un grand parking directement
à l'extérieur. Toutes les installations du Golf Village (choix de six complexes piscine, club house de golf
et restaurant, restaurant principal, gymnase,
piscine intérieure et réception, courts de tennis) sont
en quelques minutes à pied à travers attrayant,
motifs établis. Il y a aussi

Great host, great resort

Philip was a great host and very helpful before and during our stay. We really appreciated the welcome beers and food items which meant we didn’t have to dash to the supermarket as soon as we arrived! The resort is lovely - plenty of pools to try out, onsite restaurants and a 20-25min walk to the beach! Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area!

A great apartment in the perfect location

Philip our host was fantastic nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is set overlooking the driving range & a few minutes walk to the golf course clubhouse & the swimming pool . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return

Great vacation, super host!

We just returned from 11 days at this lovely, clean and spacious apartment. We were impressed with how well equipped the apartment was and there was everything you would need and more! All the information provided prior to our holiday was very comprehensive and informative. Thank you to our hosts for making it easy and enjoyable. Spacious apartment with lovely view over the golf course

Clean and spacious apartment with two large terraces which had the sun all day. Very well equipped with everything you need. I used the indoor pool which was warm and had it all to myself, there were numerous activities available depending on how active to wanted to be. The entire complex was very beautiful and well maintained. Philip was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

However I did provide you with all my contact details before your stay and ask you to report any problems to reception and to me immediately so that we could take care of them and not cause you any inconvenience. I would obviously have preferred to have you and your family feel safe throughout. Balaia maintenance are extremely efficient at fixing any issues promptly when they are reported. Excellent holiday apartment

The accommodation was excellent and for us 10/10. Very well equipped, clean and a lovely view across the golf range. Desmond the owner was very helpful from the start of the booking until the end of our holiday. He was readily available to answer questions and sort out minor problems. The property is towards the top of the complex so a little further to walk but that didn't really bother us too much. We liked being by the golf course. The nearest pool was a few minutes away. The staff at Balaia were very friendly and helpful except the lady in the golf shop - whilst she was okay she could have been more friendly and welcoming but the guy in the shop was very friendly so made up for it. Overall the apartment was excellent and Desmond the owner very helpful. We will definitely return to this apartment.

My family has owned and loved to stay in this apartment since 2003. We have all lived and worked abroad and to love travel and meeting new people. Portugal is one of our favourite destinations. We have been coming to Portugal (not just the Algarve) repeatedly since first camping nearby in 1980.

We came to Balaia first as visitors, renting out an apartment. The attractively landscaped grounds with its mature trees and shrubs, the uncluttered lay-out of the development and the range of facilities on offer are what persuaded us to think of purchasing our own
apartment. The peace and calm in our corner of the village are an extra bonus. It is within easy reach of a range of beautiful sandy beaches and other places of interest.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We spend out time at Balaia in relaxation, pleasant walks, swimming, golf, bird-watching, meals alone and with friends and vising places of historic or cultural interest.

Balaia is well situated away from the bustle of Albufeira and Vilamoura, but within easy
reach of them.

Our large side terrace is a great place for having a barbecue or relaxing in private on a lounger. We love swimming in the warm waters, playing golf and enjoying the Portuguese countryside and people.
