Ce beau, spacieux et ensoleillé villa a été récemment rénové à un très haut niveau pour inclure la climatisation, une piscine privée chauffée, wifi et télévision par satellite. Situé dans un quartier attrayant et calme, idéal pour un séjour de détente, mais avec d'excellentes installations pour les plus actifs à distance de marche. La Villa dispose de plusieurs terrasses avec soleil toute la journée, le dessus des meubles de terrasse de qualité, des parasols, balançoire et chaises longues sont fournis avec un espace barbecue, idéal pour manger al fresco. La villa est très spacieuse avec un grand salon, télévision à écran plat, WiFi, centre de musique avec dock iPod. Il y a des portes françaises menant du salon à une grande belle terrasse, ensoleillée avec la piscine privée chauffée et aussi sur une attrayante gazonnée terrasse. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et très bien équipée, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge ainsi qu'une salle à manger pour accueillir 6 personnes. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bains, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec des lits jumeaux qui peuvent être facilement transformés en un double sur demande.

Half term break

A perfect venue for a week in the sun. The booking, check in and communications with the owner were easy and straightforward. The villa provided all the facilities we needed and we would return.

Fabulous villa

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. The villa was clean and very well equipped. The heated pool felt like a touch of luxury and we enjoyed getting away from everything. Christie’s was a great place to eat just minutes away and the 19th hole had a great scenic terrace for drinks and easy food. A little further out was Dabda and then lots of places at San Blas. The local supermarket had all the basics. I would highly recommend.

Another wonderful stay

A fabulous villa so very comfortable and clean. Two weeks is not long enough. We came away very relaxed all the same. Booking through to the end was very professional and easy. The HEATED pool was an absolute pleasure. Our favourite area was the front porch with the very posh corner garden suite along with the sea view. If sunbathing is your thing then it’s found all day long somewhere, along with comfy shaded areas if not. Again a big thank you to Lesley and Miriam who are on the end of a phone if needed. We will return but for longer, Ron

Not as good as expected

When we arrived we were bitterly disappointed with the villa. The main gate was difficult to open. The villa had not been cleared to an acceptable standard and we had to clean throughout before we could unpack the suitcases.The door was hanging off the freezer, both extractor fans in the bathrooms were noisyThe drain for the shower was blocked and flooded the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was loose and dangerous. We had no TV for 3 days. We had to request clean towels and linen on a weekly basis and the mid term free cleaning service that was initially offered did not happen Overal a bitter disappointment but we still enjoyed the 4 weeks vacation

Thank you for taking the time to review our villa, however there are always two sides of a story. We feel we bent over backwards to make you comfortable solving any issues you complained about. We don´t often dispute a guests review however in this instance, both parties should be able to voice their opinion to save any misinterpretation. With over 30 years of experience in tourism we take great pride in the cleanliness and presentation of our villas, as our over 40 five star reviews vouch for.. Without going into detail, unfortunately you had problems with the TV system over the New Year. We were advised of this at 10am on New Years day. A technician was understandably not available but the problem was dealt with within the following 24 hours . There was extra linen and towels for your use in the villa on arrival . As a self catering property cleaning is not included . However, as a courtesy for your longer stay we offered you a halfway clean which you declined and supplied clean linen weekly. Finally , although we find it hard to understand your “bitter disappointment” we would like to offer you our sincere apologies for any inconvenience .

Très bonne location

Accueil et échanges parfait . La maison est très bien adaptée pour une famille de 4 personnes , bien située pour découvrir l’île , secteur calme et la maison est très bien équipée avec en plus une piscine chauffée et on aperçoit l’océan de la terrasse . A recommander.

Toller Urlaub

Für uns das perfekte Haus. Es sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Da gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen. Die Baustellensituation im oberen Ort Las Chafiras war etwas nervig, aber da kann das Haus nichts für. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, was wir bewusst suchen. Mietwagen ist hier unserer Meinung nach unbedingt notwendig. Von hier aus haben wir die Insel super erkunden können. Mir hat Anfangs die Einflugschneise vom Flughafen etwas Sorge gemacht, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Die Flugzeuge kommen schon relativ nah vorbei, was für uns aber eher interessant war. Am Abend fliegen sie wenig und in der Nacht sowieso nicht. Das Haus können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den problemlosen Kontakt, Miriam! :-)

A very comfortable stay!

Although this particular area of Tenerife wasn’t our favourite in this beautiful Island, the house itself was lovely as were the people that greeted us. It was clean and comfortable and my only critique would be the lacking of a full length mirror (a lady’s best friend)! 😉 We encountered some bad weather and couldn’t take advantage of the pool which was kept always clean and warm. This area of Tenerife is quite windy and I wouldn’t recommend the golf courses nearby. For a much greater experience, Las Americas Golf Club was by far our favourite and Los Abrigos became our favourite area for dining! As we enjoy our next 2 weeks stay at Puerto de La Cruz and reflect on our overall experience, we’re content to have seen both sides of the Island which are extremely distinct one from another!

Lovely Relaxing Holiday

Lovely Villa close to the airport and local supermarkets (about 5 minute drive to big supermarkets). There is a local shop around the corner that sells the basics. Would recommend a car to get about. Local taxis are very good. Villa was clean, comfy and spacious. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, but missing tea towels and oven gloves, which wasn’t too much of a challenge as we ate out a fair amount. Wonderful heated pool and nice outside area to sit at night. Overall we had a lovely time and relaxing holiday.

Great villa for a relaxing vacation with family

We had the pleasure to stay for 12 days in this villa in October. Kitchen, living room, etc. was very well equipped. Highlight is the heated pool - specially the kids loved it. Communication with the host was very easy and with very quick response time for any kind of questions (Thanks, Lesley!). Location is with quick access to highway and Airport (you definitely need a car for your stay). I can really recommend this holiday home for a family vacation!

Great villa

I would highly recommend this villa! It was a home from home. The pool was incredibly nice and clean. Also the terrace for eating was beautiful and felt very clean and looked after. We have two children ages 3 and 6 who could not swim but it was easy to manage their safety because you could lock both sets of doors on the side so they could not access the pool area on their own. The villa has good Wifi and air conditioning when needed. We definitely would like to come back again! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Lovely well equipped villa!

We stayed in another of Lesley's villas last year and had a fabulous time so had high expectations this year and we were not disappointed. This villa was even better if that were possible. The pool was so warm, the villa was clean, comfortable and had everything you might want including fantastic Wifi and TV channels which kept the husband and children very happy. Josie is absolutely lovely! Cannot wait to go back again.

What a great villa. Has everything we needed. Pool is soooo lovely and warm. Kitchen is really well equipped and the it’s a great flexible space inside & out.
