We have visited Peyia previously. We like the area as good views and a village feel, locals friendly. You definitely do need a car if you visit this property and although ground floor there are outdoor steps down from the car parking area to the apartment.

Great stay

Apartment is well maintained and clean. The pool is right in front of you as well. A nice quiet complex with no kids to be seen or heard if thats what you want. The pool area is spotless.i would definitely stay again thank you Roy.

Long rental in Marina Hilltops

We booked Roy’s apartment from 3rd July until 31st needing a comfortable place to stay while our house purchase was going through in Cyprus. Had a few minor issues to start with but Max was brilliant and sorted them out very quickly. Will most definitely miss sitting on the terrace watching some amazing sky’s and sunsets and the wonderful pool of course 😊

Peyia

Just returned from a stay in this property. Just a few pointers of concern. The main door only opens by about a foot as it gets stuck on the tiled floor hence having to enter almost sideways. The bath/ shower has a curtain rather than a glass screen and is in desperate need of changing/ it’s very dirty.

Brilliantly appointed for pool access which was wonderful and clean. few things in the apartment need attention and updating but i think this will be addressed when owner gets over after the pandemic disruption. Owner is lovely and will assist in any way. Parking is good and view is amazing down over Peyia to the sea. Seemed to us that lots of utensils crockery and glasses have been broken down the years and need replacing.

Fantastic apartment with pool and sea views ! Home from home couldn’t recommend it enough . Peyia area and coral bay has everything for shopping eating out and the beach just 10 mins drive away

Recent stay at Marina Hilltop apartment.

We stayed in this apartment in June and had previously been there a couple of years ago.this was well equipped with everything you require,in a peaceful location.You require a car as a little out of walking distance to most things especially in the heat. We had good directions and contact details of Max who was there to greet us,it was stress and hassle free. Coral Bay just a short distance away with good restaurants etc. I am not sure I would take children as seems as though people want peace and quite and would be unfair to try to stop children having fun around the pool. I would definately return to this apartment in the future and recommend this for a relaxing holiday.

Very relaxing, beautiful views

Location very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views. Need a car to get about. Apartment clean and had everything we wanted, including sun screen for car! Pool was lovely and almost all of the time we had it to ourselves. Management service excellent, met us at night, which we were grateful for, as we wouldn't have found the apartment in the dark. Would definitely like to holiday there again.

Marina Hilltop Apartments

I would highly recommend this apartment in Peyia Cyprus. The best holiday I have had in a long time, It is nice and peaceful, with lovely surroundings, very nice apartment, very clean and looked after. The pool was only a step away, again nice and clean, and very well looked after, and the neighbours were very friendly which is nice. Patio area was great, nice to chill in the evening, with the most amazing views. Myself and my boyfriend would definitely visit this place again, and definitely in the same apartment.
