I am obsessed with this house. It is the perfect vacation home. Every room is lovely and spacious with its own giant bathroom. The view is extraordinary. The pool is perfection. I cannot think of any place I would rather be.

Lovely villa in Nevis

We loved our stay at Aquarius. The views are spectacular and the location is safe and quiet. The villa is beautifully appointed with large rooms and a lovely kitchen. We will definitely return.

Aquarius was perfect in every way. What a wonderful family vacation! The house was beautifully furnished, the view was spectacular and it immediately felt like home. We all sincerely hope we return soon.

Lovely Villa

We had a lovely stay here for two weeks. The villa is very spacious and great for our group of 10. All bedrooms are large with their own en suites and the outside area was perfect for BBQ’s, pool time and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Awesome property

Our group of 4 had a wonderful week at this awesome property. The house was immaculate and the kitchen is to die for! The gardens are beautiful, the view spectacular, and the monkeys........ I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet, laid back experience.

Wonderful vacation

The villa is immaculate, great floor plan, and well maintained. The property manager is Rez, and she is simply amazing! She assisted us with every request promptly and efficiently. Our stay in paradise was perfect in every way.

Breathtaking

This property exceeded our expectations and was a perfect getaway. Amelia, our manager, was responsive and helpful. The pool was inviting. The view caused a hitch in my breath upon first sight. We were removed from traffic and it was a drive to get into civilization, but for us worth it.

Just Perfect

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Villa Aquarius. It is a beautifully furnished home with a large, really well equipped kitchen / pantry. The pool and screened in veranda are great - loved the ping pong! Huge, beautiful bedrooms / bathrooms; living space also perfect. And the view! We ate in quite a bit but enjoyed Lime Cabanas, Chrishi Beach and Drift (excellent!). And Sunshine's for the Killer Bees : )

Beautiful Abode

Elegant and spacious modern villa with infinity pool and stunning views falls nothing short of its description. The accommodation was absolutely gorgeous, pictures were extremely accurate, the infinity pool was marvelous, the screened outdoor patio was great for evening drinks, the large dining area outside allowed many outdoor snacks and meals, the bedrooms were well appointed with large and comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were very clean and spacious with great showers. I have nothing but good things to say about this VRBO rental.

Lovely Villa

Just returned from a wonderful Christmas Week on Nevis. Aquarius is better than advertised. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location is ideal, close to everything but private, the grounds are gorgeous and the view is incredible. We had Chef Mark come to the house one night and had an amazing dinner on the veranda. And 2 amazing days sailing with Captain Coconut and his awesome crew. Would highly recommend both. Can’t wait to do it all over again.

Great place for family

Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Full kitchen supplies (anything you can think of). The mid-week cleaning service (included) is wonderful. The screens in the outdoor area are very useful. Quite and peaceful. Amazing view. Owners are very serious about guest experience. Transportation in the island is expansive though.

Amazing house, Amazing views, Amazing ammenities

Rented this place for 9 people while visiting Nevis for a family reunion. The house was phenomenal-from the infinity pool with a view, to the kitchen stocked with everything you might need, more than enough bathrooms…it was a perfect place to stay. The owner and property managers were super responsive, and helped us to obtain a rental car during a very busy week. The house is a bit off the beaten track; although we were initially worried about our ability to find it on our own, the property guide included thorough directions and we mastered it within a day. We had a phenomenal week here and highly recommend!

House with best views

This was a great house for our family, we had 2 children and 4 adults. The views are amazing at anytime of the day, just lay down on the couch and look out the large sliding doors to amazing views. The pool was great, plenty of room to roam around. The house is nice and big, kids were on one side of the house away from the adults. TV and movies for the kids at night, very comfortable sofas, all the beds were comfortable and the ac was nice and cold. Great house great views that never get old!! 5 star house!!

Paradise

We had a family party of eight adults, with several arrivals and departures that Amelia Chiverton coordinated with efficiency and made seamless. The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect, allowing all four bedrooms and adjoining baths private and exceptionally comfortable. There was ample seating indoors and out, and the pool was perfect. We had a glorious time, and did our usual visits to Bananas and Golden Rock and Hermitage for meals, and found new favorites in Drift, Passions and Luna on Amelia's recommendation. It was a glorious trip and we all had a fantastic time!

Overall experience was good. I’ll note some of the positives: house manager rents cars, prefers to coordinate all transfers, checked in to verify things were going well, answered text questions promptly, had a welcome floral bouquet in kitchen and a few things to eat/drink in the fridge. After a full day of travel these were all helpful! The house is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you should need. Many outdoor seating options is awesome! We found things such as binoculars were a nice touch.There are a few areas that could be improved upon but nothing to keep you from renting this home.

A wonderful place to unwind

Nevis is a gem of an island and Villa Aquarius the absolute place to stay! One cannot tire of the view, with the light over St Kitts changing throughout the day, and the sunsets are simply glorious: each evening the canvas is painted with entirely different colours.We spent two glorious weeks there, the first with our grown-up children and the second with friends. The house worked equally well for both groups.It has been beautifully designed, especially the veranda where we spent many hours, and the living room. The grounds are very well kept and equally beautifully designed, especially the courtyard as one enters the property.We will certainly be back.
