Contrairement au décor de l'émission à succÚs Netflix «Orange est le nouveau noir», il est temps de s'échapper dans cette oasis «orange» de la région viticole moderne.
Impeccable maison de 4 chambres sur 2/3 d'acre avec piscine moderne, pergola et salon extérieur pour 8 personnes, cabane / salle de jeux et foyer extérieur à un peu plus de 3 km du Sonoma Plaza.
Remodelage complet effectué en 2015-2016. GrÚs cérame Eramosa italien de Ceramica Rondine dans toute la cuisine / salle à manger et les salles de bain. En 2017, le carrelage a été étendu au salon inférieur.
Beaux planchers de bois franc en chĂȘne blanc dans les chambres et le couloir.
Table de cuisson à gaz Bertazzoni Master Series avec 5 brûleurs pour tout, du mijotage à la puissance élevée.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do in Sonoma. This was the first time I’ve ever been greeted by an VRBO owner to make sure we were set up and answer any of our questions. Bonus item: there was fresh fruit trees in bloom! It was a top notch experience - thank you for letting us stay

Sonoma Ladies Trip

What a great place to stay for a group trip to Sonoma! I only have 3 stars on accurate pictures because it was SO MUCH nicer than the pictures on line! Lots of extra space inside and out and we never felt crowded. Very clean, completely renovated and a HUGE yard We didn’t have the right weather to utilize the pool and yard but it was lovely. GREAt place to stay on a quiet street and centrally located.

Sonoma jewel

Our mixed family of seven adults stayed here for 5 days while we explored the regions of Sonoma, Napa, and the Russian River Valley. Navigation between the multitude of wineries was simple if you know exactly where you'd like to go ahead of time. The home provided every amenity that we needed and the property manager made sure that our needs were met.

Just what we were looking for!

Perfect for 2 family getaway, the pool was everything and appreciated all the pool toys they had! Also loved the fire pit, the lemon tree in the back and the overall setup. Also appreciated the speedy responsiveness. Only thing missing from the property is a BBQ grill, but we made do with the stove. Thank you again!

Great stay

Remodeled house excellent condition. The yard needed to be mowed in back and gas fireplace in the backyard didn't work. Otherwise, this property and all other aspects were PERFECT! The owners very accommodating and provided pack and play and high chair for our grandchildren.

Family trip to wine country

We had a great time. The house and neighborhood were exactly what we were looking for and met all our needs. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Absolutely no issues as the house is updated and very well supplied. The location was convenient to restaurants and allowed us to visit wineries in both Napa and Sonoma easily. All in all a wonderful experience!

Relaxing friends retreat

Eight girlfriends met up from across the country and settled in easily to this house. It had everything we needed for cooking big meals and playing games at the kitchen table. One night, we used the living room as a separate bedroom since we had a couple of bad snorers who didn't mind sleeping on the floor or couch. It never felt crowded. There is a big backyard with plenty of space for chilling out.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Sonoma

We just stayed at this lovely property over Thanksgiving. Very comfortable, beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 10 minutes drive to town or a 45 minute walk. The property manager and the owners were excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions. My only recommendation would be that a barbecue in the yard would be nice along with some additional cooking supplies. A blender , strainer and Cuisinart would be helpful for families that like to cook. Would highly recommend Orange is the New Black.

Upon arrival we were made aware that the air conditioning was broken. With only one bedroom having a ceiling fan and very warm temps this made for an unbearable first night trying to sleep. The AC was repaired the following day. Additionally, 1 shower did not work leaving all 8 guests to shower in 1 bathroom. This too was fixed the day AFTER arrival. Pool lounge furniture was unusable (see photos). The property also shares a fence with cattle, which bring unique smells and noises when trying to be outside. This is great if you are into farm animals and the wonderful range of smells they provide.

Family reunion

Nice remodel, comfortable beds, outdoor area was not usable due to odor from cows next door and wet furniture cushions. Rug under dining table was filthy, rugs In TV room kicked up easily. The steps to the TV room need to be marked. At eye sight the steps blend and someone can easily fall. We did, in fact, have a family member miss the unexpected first step. Kitchen was good, but needs a good knife set and clean baking pans. We did have a wonderful time and would come again.

Lovely Home needs a few extras

Beautiful home! A few suggestions for future guests: a half bathroom with an additional toilet would’ve been extra helpful for a party size of 8. Ice machine and washing machine had mold growing inside. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms would also be a plus for comfortable sleeping at night. Pillows aren’t comfortable at all and rather flat. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful! Thank you!

Clean updated house, great property

Everything about our recent stay at this house was wonderful. The house is newly updated with great features. The fenced in back yard is enormous and is finished nicely with patios, a pool, and a small "pool house" that has a pool table and bar area. There is an outdoor fireplace which unfortunately was not working for us at that time (the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect). The house is about a 8 minute drive from downtown Sonoma and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by large properties, many of which have their own grapevines; very picturesque (there were vines in the process of being planted in the front of this house as well). There is plenty of parking for several cars (we had 3). Checking in was simple and the owners and manager were very responsive to any questions (both before our stay and while we were there). They even gave us a bottle of very nice Champagne for us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Sonoma looking for a comfortable, quiet stay with a great value.

Amazing property

This was the perfect house for our girls trip to Sonoma. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool was lovely and sitting out by the fireplace in the evening with a glass of wine was delightful. The owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Great for a long weekend!

We booked this house for a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and had a great weekend! Kim (the concierge) was great to work with and very accessible. The outdoor area was well kept and nice for a relaxing day between winery days. Some of the surrounding area was a little rough, but we felt safe! There is a small cafĂš down the street that we loved walking to for coffee each morning!

California Wine Trip

The property was as advertised and Kim was a true pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the pool cover and outdoor fireplace that she made us aware of upon arrival and each issue was quickly rectified. We chose the property because of its proximity to both Napa and Sonoma, with it being located within just a few miles of some wonderful Sonoma wineries and just a short drive of a half hour or so to Downtown Napa. We utilized the kitchen quite frequently for preparing nightly dinners and found it to be more than sufficient. The outdoor space is beautiful with a nice gazebo to relax under as well as newer gas grill The inground pool, outdoor fireplace and yard area provide plenty of spaces to relax and unwind at any time of day. There's even lemon and apple trees on the grounds if you would like to incorporate fresh fruit in your meals or drinks. We were more than happy with our selection of this property and Kim's attention to detail was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.
