This is a beautiful house with the best equipped kitchen and everything you could want for a stay near a beautiful beach with the most caring of hosts We ll be back next year God willing!

Friendly and helpful host who left us some nice treats for when we arrived. Lovely comfortable and characterful house with plenty of room, views of the golf course and sea and close enough to walk to Tenby. A well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended.

Great communication from host and amazing welcome basket. The house was as described with everything you could need including beach things, table tennis, plenty of towels etc.Lovely beach and easy to walk along to Tenby, or get the bus or train.

Beautiful house with amazing views from the front. The house was full of colour and character which we appreciated. And a very generous welcome package with lovely flowers. Penally is idyllic and ideally situated outside of Tenby a walkable distance along the beach but with train and bus services into Tenby if you need them.Overall a wonderful stay!

A home from home with stunning views. We all loved our stay at Rock Villa especially the Grandchildren who thought it was the best adventure ever and our host Kate provided glasses for all to see the eclipse, nice touch Kate. Well equipped home for every eventuality. Parking was a bit of an issue with us having 3 vehicles but we managed. Great holiday and memories to last a lifetime. ps Thank you Pembrokeshire you’re beautiful.

We spent four nights at Rock Villa and loved it. What a great house with stunning views out to sea. The welcome package was a lovely touch and Kate was so helpful with her prompt responses to queries before and during our stay.

Fantastic stay with family

Amazing house, the pictures dont do it justice!! Extremely well equipped, perfect location for those who have dogs who can go on beach close by, lovely views from house. Beach buggys were a life saver. Lovely pub 2 doors down too. We hope to visit again.x

Such a fabulous property!

We had a truly wonderful three night stay with a large family group (ages 10 months - 80!) The house was huge, absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The welcome pack of treats was so generous. Thank you for our stay, we really want to return again!

Rock Villa rocks

Fabulous large house with quirky character and everything you need for a home from home. Easy access to the beach 15 mins to south beach, 40 mins to north beach. Owners have really thought about every little detail and the welcome hamper was such a nice touch. Amazing stay and would definitely return. Thoroughly recommend!

Loved the house and location

The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and then some. Location was fantastic and the sea views beautiful. Lots of books, movies and games for those evenings when we just wanted to stay in. Everyone in our party loved it. Kate was incredible and so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed with three children under five and the place was great for them with baby gates on the landings (one at the bottom of the stairs would be useful if money was no option) The house was huge and was well set up for a large family. The kitchen was fitted with simple basics that are usually forgotten in such stays (milk, oil, salt pepper etc) which saved a trip to the shops. The welcome basket s also a nice touch!

Weekend break

We had a fabulous stay at Rock Villa, the house was clean, with some rooms modern and others quirky which was great. We arrived to a Welsh basket, and fresh flowers which was a lovely touch. Kate the owner was absolutely amazing getting back to me ASAP with any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend and hopefully book again, thank you Kate 😊

Perfect stay

House is brilliant. I’d argue the photos don’t do it justice. A real home from home. All Home comforts. We had a brilliant, relaxing time, strolling to the beach and driving to others close by. Close drive to handy amenities but very quiet and peaceful location. Kate was super responsive and helpful. We are sure to return!

Perfect place for all the family!

We were 3 generations aged 7-75 and 2 dogs - everyone loved our stay in Penally! Rock Villa is even more lovely in real life than it looks in the pictures. A fabulous house in a lovely village location - dog walks on the beach, nice pubs in easy walking distance, Heatherton’s world of activities just down the road for the kids! The table tennis table got a lot of use too. Kate is a fabulous, thoughtful host! Can’t recommend Rock Villa enough.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our friends for the Ironman Wales weekend September 2019. House was beautiful and decorated so well; it was full of character. Just wished we’d been able to enjoy it more but were out and about a lot. So we definitely want to come back! House was stocked so well with everything you could think of; was like home from home. Thank you so much to Kate for the welcome pack too; went down really well.

Large, quirky holiday home

A very comfortable, interesting and eclectic holiday home with everything a family or group of friends needs for a successful holiday. The generous box of luxury goodies on arrival were particularly welcome, as was the well stocked kitchen, making holiday cooking much easier. The views from the house were amazing, and proximity to the beach an advantage, especially with dog walks in mind. Penally has a lot to offer, with three pubs nearby and we made use of the local bus and train service into Tenby several times. Overall a lovely holiday home for all, thank you.
