2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well with starter supplies (coffee and tea and juice and milk). Clear instructions and the property manager was awesome with communication and responsiveness. Building security was friendly and efficient and the surrounding area felt quite safe. Great birdwatching along the ocean promenade across the street. Would recommend!

Absolutely everything about our stay in Cape Town was perfect, and I credit most of this to the host and property manager.Where to start... Booking the VRBO with Samantha was very easy. She was quick to respond when requesting booking as well as with follow-up questions (which I had several). Check-in was smooth, security had keys at the front desk and were very welcoming and friendly (during check in as well as for the rest of our trip). Bev (the property manager) was excellent, very easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs including late checkout followed by return to the apartment due to a flight cancellation. This made our day as we would have had to stay at the airport all day and into the night if not for the kindness of Samantha and Bev. They went well beyond anything we would have expected!The apartment building is located directly across from the Promenade and ocean. Sitting at the dining room table, you have a perfect view of Lion's head, partial view of Table Mountain and full view of Signal Hill on one side. On the other side there is a view of the ocean and sunset. How beautiful, we did not expect such good views!We watched paragliders taking off from Signal Hill and their landing spot is next to the Promenade right across from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We felt extremely safe during our stay. The building and apartment are very secure, no worries in the least. We hope to return!!! A

Perfect spot in Capetown

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was bright, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed being so close to the water. It was very easy to get anywhere we needed to go. We highly recommend this place.

From the moment we were greeted at the door by the Doorman/Security gentleman to the checkout process I could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment was well equipped, excellent communication from the hostess and one of the best written everything you need to know about inside the apartment and the surrounding areas was in a booklet made available to you once inside. Okay fun time, first off Ubers are very reasonable so don’t hesitate to use them. We did a three day Red Bus pass that included getting us into many of the main attractions. Table Mountain is a must and the Red Bus takes you right to it. There is a city line, a blue costal line and a purple line all for the one time ticket fee. We went to Robins Island which was amazing, many places to stop. Most days we were gone all day long. Also Mojo’s is a multi restaurant, multi bar which is an easy walk from where you are staying. If you wanted groceries you can either have them delivered or go to Checkers which is right down the street from Mojo.Safety, you couldn’t ask for a safer place to stay. There is the two door front security doors, a decorative metal door and the main door to the apartment. We walked the streets at night no problem.Lastly the hostess was super responsive, the staff was amazing and last but not least. Cape Town was stunning. Excellent doesn’t do this place justice. MAGNIFICENT, is a better word.

I love my flat and the fact that it has a fantastic manager that takes care of the property and guests whenever I’m away. Guests who stay there leaves wonderful reviews and I have repeat bookings with some.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I bought this apartment as I have always wanted to own a flat in Sea Point with its amazing views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic ocean. I wanted to be close to the city centre and beaches for my sons whenever we visit. Being right on the promenade with the sound of the waves and smell of the ocean to wake up to is wonderful. We can easily go for a run or walk on the beach front and Sea Point swimming pool is only a few minutes walk away. Also trendy Camps Bay with its amazing beach and restaurants are just 10 minutes away by car which is a great attraction for my children. Everything we want is within walking distance from the apartment or a short drive away.
