Une maison à deux étages, construite en briques, avec une porte bleu clair, un petit porche et une enseigne sur laquelle on peut lire « Toscane ».
Une cuisine dotée d’un plan de travail en bois, d’une cuisinière, d’un évier et d’une étagère murale où sont rangés les ustensiles de cuisine.
Un lit bien fait, avec du linge de lit blanc et violet, une lampe de chevet et un miroir fixé au mur.
Un salon avec une cheminée en briques, une grande horloge murale et une bougie posée sur la cheminée.
Un petit abri en bois, de couleur vert clair, avec un toit en tuiles, deux chaises pliantes blanches et une pelouse bien entretenue.

A wonderful stay in a lovely, comfortable home from home cottage. Everything you could need was provided, including a welcome pack.The area is beautiful and peaceful, and hosts were friendly, helpful and always contactable throughout our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fuzzy Duck and would be happy to return.

Amazing host, lovely cottage, and a home away from home!Dave and Helen were super helpful - messaged us before we arrived, provided a lot of helpful info around the area, including shopping and dining. Dave made sure we had everything when we arrived and was available thru out. Brilliant host and we will def be coming back to this charming cottage.

The cottage is cosy clean with everything you would need for a great stay. The welcome basket was a lovely touch, would most definitely stay here again. The hosts kept us updated with everything we needed to know had a great Christmas x

Cottage was comfortable and in a quiet position in the village. Shops and pubs nearby. Local bus service was handy and had a good regular service. A good place to spend a holiday, everything you could need away from home.

Great cottage

Lovely place, everything you need for a holiday break. There was a great welcome box, the house was extremely clean and tidy plus the kitchen well stocked. It’s brilliantly situated to use as a centre for visiting other places. Thoroughly enjoyed our break, and will recommend to friends to stay here.

Fuzzy Duck was very clean and had everything you would need whilst staying there and more.The garden was beautiful and had everything you needed from garden furniture, to a barbecue and fire pit.The beach was a 5/10 minute drive away but would be walkable as well. There is a big Lidl near by and a Tesco express closer to the property. The hosts Helen and Dave were friendly and professional . They kept us up to date prior to our arrival. There was a welcome box with food and drink options which was a lovely touch. There was also a folder in the property to give you plenty of information of where to visit ,eat etc .I would definitely recommend this lovely home and we will be looking to return in the future .

Had a great stay at Fuzzy duck cottage. Really good communication before we arrived and a courtesy call next day. Cottage was super clean and had everything you could possibly want , all home comforts as well as practical. Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing in the garden. The welcome pack was amazing with food and drink to suit us all! We visited the local chip shop which was good and had a meal at the silver sands pub, cheap and cheerful with the kids. We visited Huntstanton and Wells next sea for crabbing , beach days and seal sightings on a sand dune off the beach at Wells. Had a great time and the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend and will return.
