'Il Rifugio dell' Artista 'est un charmant et élégant appartement de 63 m² avec un mobilier de bon goût et des finitions. L'appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne calme en plein cœur du Todi médiéval et est autonome avec sa propre entrée et un petit escalier depuis le niveau de la rue.

Salon confortable avec Internet haut débit, TV / DVD, coin repas, cuisine, chambre entièrement meublée, salle de bains avec douche, WC et bidet, lavabo et lavabo séparés. Chauffage central au gaz, poêle à bois électrique, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz / plaque de cuisson, four complet et hotte.

Excellent Experience!

This property is fantastic! It is laid out extremely well and is in a great location. Adele is incredibly responsive and is a wonderful person. We stayed here 1 month and couldn't have been happier with our choice! It's perfect for one couple. Both of us worked most of the time we were there and had no internet issues, and I was on video calls for hours every day.

A Magical Place

We were overwhelmed by the beauty and comfort of this apartment -- in person it looks like something out of a design magazine. there are so many luxurious and comfortable touches. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home in Todi. We hope to stay in the apartment again.

We loved this apartment in the heart of Todi.

Adele was so helpful not only checking us in and showing us around but giving us great suggestions during our stay. We loved being right in the heart of the old town. I highly suggest you have a very little car as you do have to drive into the historic center for parking. We really enjoyed Todi. Great hikes right from town and fun of events in town. We hope we can come back and stay longer next time. Grazie Mille

Excellent. Could not have been better.

First, of the medieval towns we have visited, Todi is the best. The apartment is perfectly situated on a typically narrow roadway with lots of history and charm. The place is a studio adequate for a couple. It we well appointed and very clean. Adele was there to meet us and available for any questions. We were very comfortable and hope to return another time.

Perfection

The apartment was PERFECT. It felt like home! The thoughtfulness of the smallest details, extra adapters, A TOWER FAN (I need white noise to sleep so this was HEAVEN), the Lavazza machine, perfect. I was so very happy staying. The ease of the parking lot, the location within Umbria, Antonella at the corner Conad, delightful! Thank you for making my stay so easy!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful hill town

Lovely apartment right in the centre of the old town. Everything you might want in the apartment. Adele met us from the bus and was very helpful showing us where everything was in the apartment. The only thing we could have done with was air conditioning as even with thick walls and a fan it was still very hot at night.

Great except electrical problem

The apartment is in a very old building that needs to be rewired. When I turned on the light above the stove, it blew a fuse. It was also very dark (hard to read a book) in the flat. But the property manager was wonderful and overall it was good. We had to park our car 15 min away from the property. That should have been mentioned in the ad.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement confortable et acceuillant

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement qui a été très joliment rénové tout en gardant son cachet ancien. Il est en outre situé dans une rue hyper calme. Nous nous y sommes bien sentis et nous n'y avons manqué de rien : cuisine très agréable, coin salon cosy et grande salle de bains. Seul bémol, il est difficile de stationner dans le village, l'unique parking est pris d'assaut mais c'est le prix à payer pour résider dans un centre ancien !

Todi im Winter

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist in hervorragendem Zustand und ist sehr sinnvoll eingerichtet. Die Heizung funktioniert, was in Italien nicht immer geklappt hat. Der in der Beschreibung vorgeschlagene Parkplatz ist praktisch, weil man mit der Seilbahn kostenlos in die Altstadt gebracht wird. Er ist aber auch sehr teuer. (16€/18 Stunden) Ich habe es nach der ersten Nacht bevorzugt beim Conad zu parken. Die weißen Parkplätze sind kostenfrei. Es erfordert aber durchaus etwas Fitness den Berg hinauf zu laufen.

Wir werden uns auch mit unserem Hausverwalter in Verbindung setzen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Parklösung bei der Ankunft mit dem Gast besprochen wird. *********** Kostenpflichtiges Parken: Die Gebühren an der Spitze der Stadt gelten von 08.00 bis 13.00 Uhr und von 15.00 bis 20.00 Uhr und betragen ca. 2,00 € pro Stunde und sind (nur) mit dem nächstgelegenen Zähler zu zahlen. Günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten (einschließlich Tages-, Wochen- und Monatstarife) finden Sie auf dem großen Parkplatz auf halber Höhe der Porte Orvietana mit der (kostenlosen) Seilbahn zurück zum Ortskern. Sie können Ihr GPS auf die folgende Adresse: Viale di Montesanto, 06059 Todi PG. Great stay in Medieval Todi

Our stay at the Artist's Refuge apartment in Todi was wonderful. The VRBO listing described everything accurately, the communications with the owner and the host were exceptionally good, and everything went as planned. We loved the apartment, it was just what we were looking for - located in an old, narrow street among stone buildings, interior with a genuine "feel" in harmony with the neighborhood (stone and brick arches, tastefully exposed stone walls, etc.). And yet all the amenities are there for the traveler - functional kitchen, washer, excellent (spacious for Italy!) bathroom, comfy bed, internet, etc. Five stars!

Nice Location from Which to Explore Umbria

Recommended...high-value. Convenient to Todi town square, great place to stay when exploring Todi, Assisi, Orvieto and other places in central Italy. What makes this location convenient to Todi central, makes it less than convenient for parking. Best to get directions to the large lot at base of funicular—and use the funicular—than expecting any of the few parking spaces up top to be available. Our property manager was very helpful and easy to contact.

Beautiful apartment near the centre of Todi

From the first communication with the owners and the local property manager everything was perfect. We loved our stay in the medieval building with all the comforts of the 21st century now added. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen well equipped with dish washer and clothes washer and there was plenty of room to relax in comfortable arm chairs by the fire if the weather warranted it. I particularly loved the shower with decent water pressure, something you don’t get too often. Todi itself is charming and a good base to explore the rest of Umbria. We were sorry to leave when our week ended.

Great apartment in center

We stayed at Carol's apartment for one week while we explored the area around Todi by bicycle. The apartment was clean and well-equipped for us to cook a meal at the end of a long day after sitting in the Piazza Popolo for a spritz. Everything you need can be found within a short distance. A car is definately recommended to explore the area.The owner was very helpful in advance of our stay which made all the difference to our holiday. If you are looking to stay in a centuries old place but with modern amenities this apartment fits the bill.
