Perfect break

Great property in good location , about a 15minute walk with 3 young kids to centre of Lagos with good selection bars and restaurants,apartment was clean and tidy ,great pool with added benefit of a toilet to save going up and down to the apartment

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable! Il est mieux que sur les photos! Il est également très bien situé proche centre ville, Marina et plage comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Nous ne donnons pas la note maximum pour plusieurs raisons: l’annonce est trompeuse car il n’y a pas de salle de sport contrairement à ce qui est dit, le parking n’est pas privé et manque cruellement de place par rapport à la capacité de la résidence, la rue est très bruyante ce qui empêche de profiter du balcon et de la piscine paisiblement. Heureusement l’appartement est bien isolé. On ne peut pas tout avoir!

I am unsure why you thought that there was a gym. This is not advertised on VRBO. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do about the size of the carpark but I do take your point. Thank you.

Fantástico

Lagos como parte del Algarve es muy bonito, creo que necesitaríamos una vida entera para poder disfrutar de cada rincón. El apartamento un verdadero lujo, además de tranquilo.

Summer Break

Property was ok. Is looking tired could do with freshening up. Showers very weak. Cleanliness not great. A lot of the crockery chipped. Draw underneath the television a mess!! Had I have known it was on a main road would never have booked. Lovely balcony but pointless as the noise from the road is awful. In the apartment have to have the door closed to hear music or TV. There is a small pool on sight which was good, however the sun loungers are dreadful all sunken and very uncomfortable. The property manager (Paula) kindly picked us up from the railway station which was appreciated. I was surprised to not have a change of bedding or clean towels for a 10 night stay. We had to purchase washing powder to wash our towels !!! No spare bin bags or toilet roll provided, when I called was advised have to buy our own. For the price paid these things were very disappointing. We were not contacted at all during our stay to see if everything ok? Have stayed in many apartments and villas over a number of years, this didn’t reach the standard of any I have previously stayed in and wouldn’t go back or recommend unless some major improvements.

Schönes Objekt in Hafennähe

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt (je 2 Schlafräume und Bäder) und ordentlich eingerichtet. Allerdings könnte die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck Balkonliegen) etwas umfangreicher sein. Außerdem liegt das Objekt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, so dass der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon und auch am Pool recht laut ist. Zum Hafen geht man ca. 5 Minuten, zum Strand und in die Altstadt etwa 15 Minuten.

Apt In the 'a Fabrica'

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and fitted to a high standard. The pool is lovely, very clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance to the marina, the town of Lagos, a large supermarket, and very convenient base for exploring the Algarve. Highly recommended.

Quiet & Quality

Algarve retreats were good to deal with and very responsive by email and text. Property is well maintained and has everything required for a relaxing stay in a lovely town.

Top Class Apartment

This is our second stay at this fabulous apartment. It is located within easy walking distance of the Marina, Town, the stunning Meia Praia beach, and a large supermarket catering for all your needs. The apartment is very well equipped and large. It gas a very large balcony, housing a dining table and chairs, and 2 very comfortable sunbeds, getting the sun from early morning until after lunch. There is a private pool, which is not crowded, with plenty of sunbeds, inside the highly secure and gated complex. There is a very good wifi connection in the apartment, which enables a full internet based television system, offering a full Sky and BT Sports package. All kitchen appliances are state of the art. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the 2 sofas in the lounge. The owner takes pride in ensuring the best for her guests and her agent, Adrian and Tracey, from Algarve Estates Management, are excellent and welcoming. If you don't stay in this apartment, when the opportunity arises, then you are missing a gem. We'll certainly be back and can't wait. Dave and Ros from Bolton.
