Cette maison récemment rénovée dispose de 3 chambres et une salle de bains. Il y a un ascenseur électrique pour les bagages et l'épicerie. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, faux cheminée / chauffage, et un 32 "TV. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose d'un lit double et un 32 "TV. La troisiÚme petite chambre avec lits superposés et un "tv 28. Le salon dispose d'un canapé et d'un canapé-lit qui fait un lit queen size. Il y a une "télévision 48 et un lecteur de DVD. Tous les téléviseurs ont cùble Uverse, et la maison a Internet Uverse. Nous avons une grande sélection de films pour les adultes et les enfants puissent en profiter. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur la grande terrasse et écouter l'océan. Il y a une grande zone de divertissement couverte en bas avec un barbecue. Le garage a une taille laveuse et sécheuse.

ÉQUIPEMENTS: clients auront accĂšs Ă  la rampe quai de pĂȘche Sea Isle, court de tennis, jeux pour enfants, terrain de basket et bateau. La piscine Sea Isle est ouvert uniquement le week-end du Memorial Day Ă  Labor Day week-end et la semaine de relĂąche en fonction de la mĂ©tĂ©o. Si vous choisissez d'avoir accĂšs Ă  la piscine, il sera de 50 $ pour un laissez-passer de semaine. Ce sera payĂ© par vous directement au personnel Sea Isle Ă  la piscine. Amazing stay!!!

This house is nothing short of a good time. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as it was shown in pictures and advertised to be. The owner is quick with responding to text and calls and she is very accommodating! I know without a doubt if I ever go back to Galveston or know someone who is going I will not hestitate to recommend this place! Their is a park a block over that is very kid friendly. The pool as shown is in walking distance from the house. There is also a small grocery store and little bar near the pool, which serves AMAZING drinks. This house was so peaceful and accommodating. 100% recommended !

The house was awesome and a perfect fit for us. We had 4 adults plus our pets and the property manager was so accommodating! They were always fast with communicating! The neighborhood was so pretty and very close to the beach! The only reason we would look for another location in the future would be because this one is booked!

Quiet beach getaway

The property was in the beautiful sea isle neighborhood. Plenty to do with the beach just a short walk or drive and a restaurant and bar at the marina in the back of the neighborhood. Everything in the house was clean and as expected. Would stay here again

Great little place

Sharon was very responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late! The bunk beds are no longer there so that was great for our party! Everything was clean and worked well! We had a great time.

This property is great for a small group get away. Pet friendly and very clean. Only complaint would be the backyard had a hole in the fence and the downstairs shower did not work.

Wonderful vacation in Sea Isle

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and cozy. When we come to Sea Isle we don’t spend a lot of time inside, but when we were inside, this house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay, good value

The owner was great to work with, very responsive to any questions. The house is older, but it was very clean, which is important to us. My favorite part was the porch, it's shaded with plenty of room for kids and dog to play. Really the only disappointments we had were that the lift was broken and the fence had a gap in it by the outdoor shower that a small dog could get through. Not anything that kept us from having a good time, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Sea Isle

This property has great potential. Upon arrival it was very clean but the grass needed cutting. I know there are personal preferences but the Ivy needs to go. At bedtime we found out that only one electrical outlet in each bedroom worked as the others were worn out and a plug would not stay in. Luckily there were additional powerstrips and we were able to make it reach for my CPAP and cell phone charger. The 3rd bedroom "bunk beds" would not work for adults as the bottom bunk is actually on the floor. The lift was not in working order as someone prior had spooled it and it was stuck in the up position. The owner was a nice lady and said she would check out the electrical outlets and I believe she will.

Nice for the price

Everything was good about our stay. The only things I had issues with we're the in the kitchen. The 3 couples that went each took turns cooking breakfast and dinner. The pots, pans, and utensils could use some updates. Not a lot of size choices. All items in the garage were very useful especially the wagon. I would advisor a little more organization and to have a cabinet to keep harmful products locked up away from children. Other than that it was a nice house to stay at.

Cozy house close to the beach.

I went with seven other friends and we had a great time! There was more than enough space to hang out, it was very close to the beach that had free parking, and we went to magic carpet golf on Saturday for the batting cages. Host responded quickly too and I would recommend this place to anyone.

All the comforts of home!

The house was perfect for our family of 6, and Sharon was extremely hospitable and helpful. There are plenty of beaches close by. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!

Great Property!

We had 9 people stay in this house and it worked out great! Instead of using the pull-out couch, we decided on a queen blow up - but there was plenty of room for that too! Plenty of room for people to move around and sit in main living/kitchen area! The charcoal grill and lift to move our luggage upstairs were great too! They had plenty of towels and utensils in the kitchen. We also used the portable wagon to go to 4th of July parade.

My husband and I bought this property in 2015. We fell in love with the Sea Isle community. We have completely remodeled the house, so everything is new. We love fishing, kayaking, etc. We have an18 year old son who loves to fish, so this is a great place for us to spend time together. We live in Richmond, Texas. I am originally from the Dallas area, and my husband is a native Houstonian. I am a Realtor and property manager, and my husband is in the natural gas business.

Sea Isle is a great community. It has its own marina, convenience store, bar/grill, upscale restaurant, park, pool and fishing pier. It has beach access across the street. We are close to the marina and bar. You can walk from the house, but it's no so close that you will be bothered by the noise at night.

The home has been completely remodeled. The kitchen and appliances are new and we are constantly upgrading the property.
