We had a lovely time in this beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and welcoming. Great sea views from the windows and 1 minute from the beach. Ideal for our dog with an enclosed patio space. Thank you, we hope to come again!

The views from lounge and bedroom are amazing! I was surprised that the chalet was bigger than I expected from the photos and it is decorated just beautifully. The shower is wonderful, and the deck a super place to sit with coffee or a glass of wine. The bed is very comfortable, I had a fabulous week thankyou and will definitely book again.

An excellant prooerty in a fabulous location,this is our 3rd visit and we are looking to book a 4thThe property is clean and tidy with lovely sea views and has everything you could possibly need.The Woodvale pub is a short walk away serving great food with glorious views and sunsets.There is a rocky beach which is dog friendly 1 minute walk away

A great spot , quiet, clean, comfortable ,and a stones throw from the beach.Maria who looks after the house is on hand if needed, she does a fabulous job.Everything you need is supplied, even a nespresso machine and pods!Just sit and admire the sea view and amazing sunsets.

This is a lovely quirky cottage, the local lady who looks after it for the owner was so helpful. The location is brilliant and so close to the beach with an easy walk into Cowes.

Lovely comfortable beach style cottage with fantastic views. Ideal base for exploring island. Pet friendly with bowls , towels, poop bags supplied. The little extras make all the difference.

Great place to relax

As usual the Ark was a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Be sure to use the Gurnard press cafe in the village it’s a short walk for a great breakfast.

The Ark a quirky, charming one-bed with lots of personality and everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. The house looks straight across the Solent, so we spent most mornings with coffee just watching the water. It’s peaceful, spotless, and really well thought out. A great base for coastal walks but also a lovely place just to slow down and stay in.

Beautiful place to stop in with lovely sea views,The Ark had got everything you needed,the patio area is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon with sitting out and having tea and drinks. Would definitely go back no questions asked.
