Appartement de luxe lumineux avec trois balcons pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes situé au coeur du quartier historique des Autriches (Plaza Mayor).

Il s'agit d'une propriété de 77 m² (828. 47 pi²) avec des plafonds de 3,70 m (12 pi) de hauteur décorée avec le plus grand soin et entièrement équipée pour garantir la meilleure expérience d'hébergement. Air conditionné dans toute la propriété.

La propriété a été sélectionnée par le prestigieux magazine AD Arquitectural Digest (édition espagnole) pour un article sur son style impeccablement original publié le 2 août 2017.

La propriété est parfaite pour les couples, les amis, les voyages d'affaires et les familles avec enfants de plus de 12 ans.

L'appartement est au troisième étage (desservi par un ascenseur) d'un bâtiment historique de 1850 qui a été entièrement restauré récemment.

Il a un grand salon avec deux balcons, canapé, cheminée; table à manger jusqu'à six personnes, table basse; Smart TV avec Netflix et TV satellite. Système de climatisation indépendant froid / chaud

La première chambre a un balcon, un espace de travail en PC, un ventilateur de plafond, un système de climatisation froid / chaud indépendant; Smart TV (Satellite et Netflix) et une salle de bain complète;

 La deuxième chambre est une pièce intérieure très confortable avec Smart TV (satellite et Netflix) et ventilateur de plafond et système de climatisation indépendant froid / chaud

La propriété dispose d'une autre salle de bains et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée
 

La première chambre a des lits jumeaux de 0,9 m x 1,80 m
La deuxième chambre a un lit double (1,40 m x 1,80 m)


Le séjour minimum est de trois nuits. Des dates spéciales peuvent demander un séjour minimum différent.

Les propriétaires vivent dans le même bâtiment dans un appartement différent, vous apprécierez donc votre séjour en toute intimité, mais nous serons proches au cas où vous auriez besoin d'aide.
L'un de nous travaille dans l'industrie du tourisme, nous sommes donc vraiment prêts à vous aider avec vos projets dans la ville.

L'appartement est très bien situé au milieu des principales attractions de la ville. La Plaza Mayor et le Mercado de San Miguel sont à quelques pas. Sur une distance de marche, vous pouvez rejoindre la Puerta del Sol (5 min.), La place de l'Opéra (5 min.), Le Palais Royal et la cathédrale de La Almudena sont à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Le marché gastronomique populaire de San Miguel est à deux pas.

Le quartier animé de La Latina et son célèbre marché aux puces du dimanche sont à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la propriété.
Le musée du Prado et le musée Thyssen Bornemizsa sont à 20 minutes à pied.

Very impressed with the location, the hosts, and the apt: very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. We were supplied with many things that the usual rental does not provide, like breakfast items and beverages. Miguel and Adrian are delightful hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. You can’t find a better location than Plaza Mayor for easy walks in any direction to see the local sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Madrid!

You can't do better than this place to stay in Madrid. It's absolutely in the heart of everything, it's roomy, comfortable... just perfect. The host checked in to see how things were going, which was a very nice thing to do. I can't recommend this apartment more highly. There is literally no downside to it.

The best part of the experience of staying at Miquel and Adrian’s apartment was their extraordinary helpfulness in making our Madrid experience wonderful! Miquel greeted us with warmth and explained how things in the apartment worked. He was extremely helpful in calling the airlines everyday to help find our lost luggage. References were made for places to visit. This apartment is within walking distance to many major attractions. The apartment itself was exceptional. All the comforts of home in a tasteful decor. The apartment is located in the City Center and the Square Mayor was a vibrant and active cultural community. My husband and I highly recommend this apartment. Many thanks to Miquel and Adrian for a wonderful experience.

We just completed our stay at this charming luxury apartment near Plaza Mayor, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The space is beautifully designed. It was stylish, unique, and clearly curated with incredible attention to detail. It’s easy to see why it was featured in Architectural Digest.From the moment we arrived, Adrian and Miguel made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and drinks, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. Their communication was outstanding throughout. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The high ceilings, balconies, and natural light create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location simply couldn’t be bette. It was right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot.The only small note to mention is that, being so centrally located near the plaza, there is some street noise, especially at night. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but lighter sleepers may want to be aware.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Madrid. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located apartment with exceptional hosts.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen offered everything we needed for breakfast and happy hour. We did not cook meals there as there were so many good eating options close by. The host was responsive and graciously left snacks and drinks for our use. The balcony was nice to have but a bit small to be usable. What we loved most about the place was the central location to many walkable venues.

Great stay again!

This is our second time staying here. We stayed about a week. Located right next to Plaza Mayor, it is also walking distance to Sol and the Royal Palace. Clean and spacious apartment with a clothes washer and small kitchen. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Apartment

Safe and beautiful. Modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hosts provide nice amenities such as coffee and supplies in the refrigerator. Everything you need for a great stay. Perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Location is perfect for touring Madrid. We will return!
