Cette villa privée est située à Cala Blanca et dispose de trois chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La tour ronde inusual fournit un caractère spécial à cette propriété typiques de Minorque et avec son grand jardin, soigneusement entretenu, avec sa grande piscine privée, rend votre séjour un plaisir absolu. Il a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment et de vivre dans le confort. La propriété est située à seulement 2 miles de la ville historique de Ciutadella avec sa cathédrale, ses rues étroites et le port picturale, ainsi que d'autres attractions. La villa est idéale pour les familles et / ou des amis et peut accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes (6 adultes + enfants). Cette maison offrira plaisir et rendre vos vacances inoubliables. Minorque a de magnifiques plages et de certains des meilleurs se trouvent au sud de Ciutadella tels que Son Saura, Macarelleta, Cala Mitjana ou Cala Tuqueta, pour ne citer que quelques-uns.

Lovely villa, exactly as photos show. Great pool and sunbeds, and the inside was spacious and comfortable. Our host Richard was very helpful. The location was great too with an assortment of bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Bus stops also close by and very reliable. If we come back to Menorca we would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Villa!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. We particularly loved the pool and spent many hours swimming and relaxing. The accommodation was beautifully presented and was very spacious. Richard was an excellent host and made sure our stay was a perfect one. The villa is within easy reach of beaches and great restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to book this villa in the near future.

Merci à Ricardo pour l’accueil et les bons conseils à notre arrivée ! Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille cet été ! Nous étions 5, la villa est confortable, propre , bien entretenue et conforme à l’annonce et même mieux car les 2 salles de bains ont été rénovées. La literie n’est pas exceptionnelle mais pour une semaine nous avons bien dormi quand même avec la Clim indispensable ! nous avons bien profité de la piscine et des repas à l’extérieur avec le barbecue ! Il manquerait juste un peu plus de vaisselle car à 5 c’était juste La ville a proximité Ciutadella est à 5 min et très sympa et il y a pleins de calanques sur l’île à découvrir . Celle à côté Cala Blanca n’est pas top il y a beaucoup mieux ,.. l’île de Minorque est très belle nous reviendrons !

La maison bien située

La maison est très bien située. Pour nous qui avions besoin de calme mais aussi de plusieurs bons restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pieds, cette maison était idéalement située.

maison fonctionnelle et confortable

Nous avons passé un mois très agréable dans cette maison . La literie est bonne . Les salles de bain sont très fonctionnelles . Un espace salon ,qu'avec nos amis nous avons apprécié le soir et un espace barbecue charmant pour les déjeuners du midi . Dans une rue calme , elle est cependant proche (à pied ) de la plage de Cala blanca , et de l'allée commerçante avec supermarché et restaurants . La communication avec Richard , le propriétaire a été très facile et très sympathique .

lovely villa

Villa Julia is a really lovely villa. Lots of space inside and out. The bedrooms are all large and comfy, the bathrooms excellent. We had a storm one day and it was nice to relax in the comfortable lounge watching telly and reading. Kitchen is well stocked and the outside kitchen with bbq is a real treat. Spent most days sitting on the very comfy chairs around the garden table. Plenty of loungers for relaxing too. The very pretty, well maintained gardens and a great pool are icing on the cake. The area is really quiet yet a short walk to all amenities and the coast. Richard the owner is exceptional, from the time of booking until check out he made sure everything went without a hitch. Thank you Richard , we had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa.

Ciutadella July 2019

We had the most fantastic family holiday in Richards beautiful villa! The villa itself is located in a quiet, residential area, walking distance from shops and restaurants! You can also walk to the local beach but we hired a car, so made our way each day to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Our favourites included; Mitjana, Turqueta and Son Saura... all were absolutely stunning! The local supermarket was great for odds and ends but we shopped at Lidl and Diskont a few miles away in Ciutadella to stock up! Our boys are 20 and16 and like their own space! The villa was perfect for that! It is so spacious inside and the garden provided shade and sun options all day long! We all loved the pool and our favourite time of day was barbecuing in the outside kitchen and enjoying the warm evenings under the stars!! Richard visited us on a couple of occasions to check all was well and he was the most attentive host! All in all we loved the villa had an absolutely wonderful time in Menorca! Thank you Richard!!

Amazing family holiday in peacefull Cala Blanca

Richard the owner is very accommodating, helpful and knows the area well. The villa has everything you need, the pool is beautiful, the coastline and beaches are amazing and found the local people so friendly. We travelled with my daughter with special needs and an OAP with a bad hip, the area is flat and easy to navigate round, everything you need Is within 10 minutes walk. We loved every minute of our stay at the villa, no negatives just so sad to leave on the minibus for the airport.

Wonderful, wonderful base for a holiday

The villa looked stunning in the advertising pictures and seemed perfect for a family holiday. So often, when you see such an ideal holiday villa, you arrive only to have your illusions shattered. Worry not here! From the warm welcome we received from Richard on arrival, to the wow we experienced on exploring the villa, to the relaxing 7 days we spend as guests the only down side was having to close the door as we left. Clean, well equipped, quiet and yet close to transport, shops, bars and restautants, whether an adult family like ourselfves or a young family, the villa is as close to perfection as you could hope for. Is there a downside ...... non worthy of a mention Thank you Richard - we had a wonderful holiday and hope to return soon.

High Quality Villa

This villa is very well maintained and has a larger than average pool. The owners are very nice and accommodating and were kind enough to ammend our booking due to our error. We were only two occupants this second time in this villa but can easily accommodate a family of six. There is a nice BBQ area and a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance and two nice beaches within 10 minutes walk. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby so a car is not an essential. Definitely recommend this property.

Lovely villa in a great locaiton

Richard was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, polite and helpful. Booking process was easy. This large villa sits in mature gardens with beautiful flowers all round with a reasonable private pool area. Homeley furnishings, great new shower rooms with rainwater showers and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was extremely well equipped for self catering and as it was a villa for 6 people or more, plenty of cutlery, crockery and saucepans etc. Great new dishwasher and a washing machine in an outside utility room, which was an added bonus. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Pool was large and pool/BBQ area nicely laid out and regularly serviced. Infact the whole villa was immaculate and cleaning/linen change was efficient and good. Location wise it is just a short stroll to the small commercial centre with a few bars and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the beach - depends how fit you are! The area was quiet and we never got disturbed in the night. We had a car as we enjoy driving round the island and for shopping trips to out of town large supermarket (Lidl and Mercadona) Only one small proviso: If you have mobility problems or have small children, this villa is probably not for you. There were 3 , quite deep steps to the pool area, a deep step onto the front patio and 3 steps into the pool, which did not have a very shallow end. So not suitable for toddlers without swimming aids on. All in all a very nice holiday in a very nice villa with friendly owners, highly recommended.
