What a beautiful place to stay, excellent location, beautiful house with everything you could possibly need, the owners pay attention to every little detail such as stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, the property was immaculately clean , we were a family of 6 staying and we couldn’t wish for anything else !! Absolutely a top star property to stay in

Fabulous property with plenty of space, from the outside it is very deceiving! Great location on the sea front with lots of chairs and sun loungers in the back garden.A fully stocked kitchen with every appliance possible! Lazy boy sofas in the lounge were incredible! Only grumble is the outside lights didn't seem to work and the cushions for the outside furniture didn't fit the chairs so was a little uncomfortable.

Excellent position if you want a beach location. So relaxing watching the waves sitting in a reclining chair. Property had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Shame the car park opposite was a magnet for loud motorcycles and cars with modified exhausts after dark. Being a positive family we didn’t let this ruin our extended weekend stay

The location of this property is amazing as it is right onto the beach at Selsey. The property has everything you need for a great holiday and very well equipped. There are good shops and some lovely places to eat close by especially The Seal and The Vault and the staff at both are super friendly. This was our second visit and we hope to return again.

This house is all about the location! Loved being right on the beach. Some areas need a bit of tlc but was fine for us 4 for a few days (2 adults 2 kids).

Had an amazing stay , house was spotless beds where very comfortable. Only thing I would say was the garden furniture ie the chairs need to be replaced as they have started to break. Other then that it was fantastic

Every thinng was Perfect. It is lovely little property with great views right on the beach. Very cosy and comfortable. Sofas were comfy with great recliners.Beds super comfy. An added bonus was a downstairs bedroom with ensuit, perfect for my 91 year old Mother who can't do stairs. Lovely little gem of a property and well worth a visit.Tvs in each bedroom and a large Smart tv with Sky in the living room.We Would definitely like to go again.Thankyou to Margaret the host.

Had a lovely long weekend in this beautiful clean house with sea views, I often holiday in Selsey but this is the best I’ve stayed in, so comfortable as well, it has everything you need, I will definitely book again
