Belle maison au bord de la rivière

Vos vacances commencent dès votre arrivée. Notre belle maison moderne au bord de la rivière Arun. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied des commerces, des restaurants, de la gare principale et de la plage de baignade au drapeau bleu de Littlehampton. Juste en face de la rivière se trouvent Arun Yacht Club et Littlehampton Golf Club (veuillez vérifier auprès du club si un certificat de handicap est requis). Également à proximité de Glorious Goodwood, du Festival of Speed et du Goodwood Revival Weekend. Nous avons une grande chambre double avec douche attenante, une deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux (ou un lit simple) selon les besoins et une troisième chambre simple. Il y a une salle de bain familiale ainsi qu'un vestiaire au rez-de-chaussée. Accès facile par train ou par route et parking privé hors route. Relaxez vous et profitez! Le wifi est disponible mais pas illimité. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Veuillez noter que toutes nos photos sont prises de la maison ou du jardin. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre et regarder la rivière.
Trains directs pour l'aéroport de Gatwick et Londres Victoria. Trains également pour Chichester, Brighton et Portsmouth.
Promotions à mi-parcours disponibles.

Veuillez noter que nous vous demanderons un dépôt de garantie. Ceci est retourné dès que nous avons vérifié que la maison a été laissée raisonnablement propre et en bon état. Au fil des ans, nous avons eu de la chance et une seule fois avons dû retenir une partie d'un dépôt. C'est une deuxième maison pour nous et nous aimerions que vous en profitiez autant que nous.

Staying at this property was a dream! Everything you could need was provided and everything else is so local. Hosts were fabulous, great communication. The living room itself does have quite dated furnishings but we didnt mind that at all, it fits in well with the aesthetic. Beautiful kitchen with dining area, cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms that suited myself, partner and our two children perfectly. Every room was immaculately clean. The star of the show was the patio with its stunning view of the river and boats. Thank you very much to our hosts, we hope to stay again! :)

Great Holiday home

Lovely place, fully equipped, spacious, very clean. Good instruction to find the house. Wonderful views of the river, boats etc. Not far to walk to the beaches or to the town centre. Harbour Lights serve good food. Would definitely recommend the house and hope to go back again in the future.

Comfortable home in perfect location

The home was extremely comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Overlooking the Arun river from the patio was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the kitchen items required for our 9 night stay. Our host Valerie was amazing as she responded to any questions we had immediately. The off road parking was also a great help. It was the first time my family had all been together in 13 years and the house was perfect.

Very happy with everything which was as described. Probably the most outstading feature was the riverside location - 10 minutes walk tp the town centre and/or seafront. The 5 minute walk to the pub/restaurant Arun View meant that we ate there most evenings.

Great location with lovely views over the river. Deceptively spacious and warm, clean and comfortable. Walking distance of Arun View Inn, Littlehampton town centre, the railway station and the beach. Owners very efficient.

Littlehampton House with Riverside View

This is a lovely little house with wonderful views over the River Arun and in easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants, the seafront and other amenities and attractions. An excellent base for our relaxing weekend break.

Fabulous short break

Great communication before and after stay. The location was brilliant with plenty to see and do during our break. The house was very clean throughout. The best bit for us was watching the swans, turnstones and kingfisher from the bottom of the garden. We also managed to fit in some crabbing, great fun without going out Would definitely stay here again.

What a super house in the most wonderful setting!

My husband, two sons and my eldest son’s partner had a really wonderful long weekend in this super house! The location by the river is perfect- we could have sat on the patio all day watching the boats going by. It’s a very short, interesting walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants that you could possibly need. The local people were very friendly and we chatted to neighbours. Our hosts were very helpful giving us lots of information about the area and help with travel suggestions- we were caught up in the train strikes and had to drive from Edinburgh. All in all a really relaxing and happy wee break- we would love to come back

Lovely house, lovely location, great stay

A lovely house in a great location with parking directly in front. Cosy, warm and comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views from the rear terrace, and very relaxing to sit and watch river life go by. The views from the lovely master bedroom are beautiful. An easy, flat walk along the river into town, which is perfect for those who aren't as fit as they used to be! Would definitely stay again. The only negative is the limited WIFI provision. We didn't attempt to use it as were nervous of the cost if we exceeded the data allowance. I think these days there an expectation of decent WIFI, as a lot of people need to stay connected even when on a holiday. Apart from that it was super, thank you

We love the area. It is close to where we live. It is fantastic being next to the river. There is always something to see whatever the weather.

It's great to be able to walk out to the local pubs and restaurants or even just to get a newspaper first thing in the morning.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have all the home comforts we need and our favourite restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. We like to just sit and chill out by the river, enjoying a drink or a meal to suit the occasion.. We both enjoy watching the bridge gracefully slide open whenever big ships go up the river to unload.
