Heddwch est une imposante maison individuelle, nouvellement construite, à seulement 300 mètres de l'une des plus belles plages de sable du Pembrokeshire - Broad Haven. Fini à un niveau très élevé, il est trompeusement spacieux et meublé dans un style contemporain avec des planchers en bois partout, la cuisine équipée moderne dispose d'une grande table en chêne pouvant accueillir 14 personnes, idéale pour les réunions de famille et 2 marches mènent au salon spacieux avec Poutres en A et poêle à bois pour des soirées plus fraîches. Des portes pliantes s'ouvrent directement sur un patio pavé et un jardin clos et couvert avec pelouse offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer, parfait pour déguster des repas en plein air après une journée sur la plage, tandis qu'un deuxième salon offre beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Les super grandes chambres réparties sur 2 étages au-dessus et font une retraite de bienvenue - idéal pour toute la famille. L'emplacement est parfait avec la belle plage de sable de Broad Haven, un favori des familles et des surfeurs à quelques minutes à pied, il y a aussi une boutique du village, un pub et un restaurant dans le village ou pourquoi ne pas prendre un nouveau sport nautique à partir de le magasin de location. Des journées peuvent être passées sur la plage ou rejoindre le sentier côtier du Pembrokeshire pour explorer ce magnifique littoral. Le village portuaire pittoresque de Little Haven se trouve juste au-dessus du promontoire ou peut être atteint via la plage à marée basse et a plus de pubs et de restaurants à essayer. Great location and size

We had a lovely time in Broad Haven. The house had the perfect bed and room combination for our family and friend. The location was perfect for spending time at the beach and visiting the surrounding area.

Perfect Place

We loved our time here. It is in a great location very close to the beach and coast path. The house is beautifully decorated and there were great spaces in the house to socialise. The bedrooms were a good size and there were lots of bathrooms. It is one of the best places we have stayed in on our many holidays in Wales.

Fab, April, family holiday in Wales

The property was amazing and we all enjoyed it. The main living area was gorgeous - better than the photos and fitted all 13 of us comfortably. 5 of the bedrooms were spacious and all beds comfortable. The single room though was tiny and had no storage. We were lucky in that we had great weather and no rain and spent 2 afternoons on the nearby beach!

Perfect!

Due to a family bereavement, I had family coming from Liverpool, Suffolk, USA and our dog so needed somewhere for us all to stay. We all loved staying here. It comfortably fitted all 10 of us and made a very sad time an awful lot easier. The house is stunning! It has everything you need and if not, there are shops are nearby.

We had a family gathering of 11 people for a long weekend with ages ranging from 2 to 84. Location was great with a 5 minute walk to beach, pubs and local shop etc. House was perfect for us. Plenty of toilets, showers etc and lovely spacious living area which opened out on to the garden with a view of the sea.

60th birthday stay with my family

House has all the needs for a extended family visit, minor issues, freezer was not empty from previous guests, some maintenance issues, dripping tap in kitchen, light outside backdoor does not work, hoover bags full, no replacements etc.

Lovely property

It was a lovely property, fully equiped. It has a great location, the comunication with the owners was excellent. We had a great stay. The only minus I will give is for the cleanlinless, it looked like the house was prepared for the next guests and cleaned weeks before, everything was dusty. I recomend either a new cleaner or a refreshing before the new guests arrive. Thank you!

We do take your point on cleaning, our cleaners do a thorough job and get the house ready for the next guests, there was indeed a delay between your stay and the last due to a cancellation, a refresh clean is not as costly as a full clean but that cost would have to be passed on in our rates, which we try to keep competitive in these cost conscious times. Great size house in beautiful location

We were a party of 6 adults and 5 kids, there was plenty of space for us all. The weather wasn’t great for our holiday but there was loads of room for us all to spread out on wet days. The proximity to the beach was great, the walk is easy with only a very short stretch without pavement. We enjoyed swimming and body boarding (note the local surf shop no longer hires out wetsuits but we bought some from Tesco in Haverfordwest). The large entrance hall of the property is really well designed and the downstairs shower is handy. The beds were comfy and the showers on the first floor were amazing!! A great stay and would recommend to others.

A great house for a week in Broadhaven

Family of 10 of us ranging from 13 to 91 and worked perfectly. House had everything we wanted and needed from appliances to kitchen bits to electric car charger. View from lounge and patio out to sea was great. Beds all very comfy. 5 min walk to the beach. Dog friendly house. The local contact Rebecca was friendly and helpful as was the owner Paul. Quick to respond to messages. We will certainly be back.

Great space, and good location!

We stayed here over the Christmas period. It was a lovely spacious property that coped well with 6 adults and 8 children. The location was very close to the beach so easy to walk too, I can imagine it’s lovely in the summer months. Property was well equipped, I had most of what I needed to cook a full Christmas dinner for 14. There were a few points that really let the property down, firstly the windows were very dirty, it obscured the nice view that we had, the bathrooms were dirty and tired, the silicone in the shower rooms/bath were mouldy, the extractor fans in the bathrooms were full of dust and the floor downstairs was filthy. The decorations were sadly a little underwhelming and didn’t feel as festive as I would have liked, lastly the leather sofas (off of the kitchen) were very tired and felt dirty to sit on. Overall the property felt a little grubby. I do think that a little time is needed to refresh the property after which it would be a very pleasant property to stay in.

Hello Kristian, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay in general. It is always good to get feedback whatever the case. We are Owners that live some way from the property and rely on our cleaning contractors to ensure the property is clean and ready for guests when they arrive and although we have not picked up on any lack of cleanliness before we are addressing your points with the cleaners as ‘filthy’ and ‘very dirty’ is clearly not acceptable, The windows are always difficult as the salt air makes them dirty very quickly especially in the winter, we have them cleaned fortnightly. We take your point regarding the leather suite in the main living room at this is due for changing and was in our list to attend to this spring. The Christmas decoration is not really meant to provide a huge display but the basics for a Christmas stay, we put up two trees and we always state that you are welcome to top up the decorations, but will make that clearer for guests in the future. Great house in a fabulous location

Spacious well-equipped coastal property with comfy beds, big parking space and lovely sea view in a beautiful area. Importantly lots of cutlery and crockery for our group of 11, 6 adults & 5 kids aged 17 to 9. Handy washer & dryer. The teenagers loved having the separate snug to themselves and one 6th former even used the study to do some exams revision. We all loved the location with the picturesque sandy beach, seafront and coastal path only 2 mins walk away. Watched the sunset on Broad Haven beach and from Little Haven headland and enjoyed walking round the local nature reserve and up the valley path. Good location for day trips to Tenby, Pembroke, St Davids & Fishguard but enough in the local area to leave the car mostly parked up. Choice of supermarkets for food shopping and other amenities a 15 min drive away in Haverfordwest.Highly recommend the resort of Broad Haven for a quiet seaside holiday and in particular, this high standard accommodation for larger groups.Paul (house owner) was very helpful, promptly answering his mobile and remotely turning the heating up when we couldn't get the thermostat to work manually. We also left our house keys in a drawer, only realising after a 6 hour drive back to Leeds. Paul kindly retrieved our keys and promptly posted these back to us by Special Delivery. He also said he was visiting the house to attend to the minor maintenance issues I had made him aware of.

A spacious welcoming house close to the beach

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family holiday with 6 adults and 5 children. It was spacious and well-equipped with room for everyone to spread out. The children loved the attic bedrooms. In a hot, sunny week the garden with a large table and chairs was used every evening for our family supper. Close to the beach and a convenience store, we had everything we needed for a stress-free holiday.

Amazing beautiful home

A 5 minute walk to the beach, with amazing sea views. Beautiful house, so well equipped. Plenty of space for the kids, comfy beds & plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend & would love to go back. 14 of us 4 generations from 5 - 75 years old

Family Long Weekend

What a fantastic house! Excellent for family or large group (we were 5 adults and 4 children aged between 5 & 13 and could have easily accommodated 5 more plus cots for toddlers/babies. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was fabulously equipped more than enough crockery and cutlery, serving dishes, pots and pans etc. 5 min stroll to beach/cafes/pub. Parking for 5 cars and a secure garden for dogs. We would certainly go back and highly recommend a stay. Hosts very responsive during booking process.
