2 chambres, 2 salles de bain condo à Inverness Condominiums qui est à côté de Schlitterbahn et sur la rivière Comal. Belle grande terrasse, une piscine donnant sur la rivière et un accès direct à la rivière !! Il a du parquet, une nouvelle télévision connectée à écran plat de 43 pouces, Internet et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes. Literie nouvellement peinte et neuve dans les deux chambres. Il y a un lit Queen, un tout nouveau lit King et un tout nouveau canapé-lit. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour les lits et les salles de bains. Le condo a un parking dédié et une belle piscine directement sur la rivière. Il a une grande terrasse en bois avec tables et chaises et un long front de mer herbeux avec des barbecues et des tables de pique-nique. Accès à la rivière également. Vous êtes sûr de passer un bon moment!

Rockin 'R est un pourvoyeur de tubes local qui peut ramasser 2 lots dans les condos d'Inverness entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute réservation en dehors de cette période, la boutique Rockin 'R est située à seulement 5 km.
Vous disposez de 2 cartes de stationnement, une pour une place couverte numérotée et une seconde pour le stationnement général. Ce condo est au troisième étage et dispose d'un ascenseur. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Vous recevrez 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé). Ce condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé.

** BRACELETS ET PASSES DE STATIONNEMENT REQUIS *** Ces condos sont la propriété individuelle et les propriétaires permettent gracieusement de louer et d'apprécier leurs "résidences secondaires"! Le HOA du complexe avait établi des politiques pour s'assurer que tout le monde séjournant dans le complexe puisse passer un merveilleux moment. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes avec les intrus. Les agents de sécurité sur place sont là pour s'assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent dans les bonnes places de stationnement. Veuillez ne pas être offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets et les laissez-passer de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous assurer un moment fabuleux!

It is also great to be able to walk to downtown. WE love floating so we have the ability to hop in the river right next to the condo and float to the last public exit. the condo itself is very comfortable and we have stayed in the same one for the past 4 years. we will be back next summer!

Awesome vacay spot

Amazing communication from the management company! This location was perfect for our family. We bought tubes from H-E-B and used the river access point right there at the property. From there we floated down to the last public river exit and it was a short 3-5 minute walk back to the condo.

We bring our own tubes and can hop in at the property access, float down to the last public exit and walk the short distance back to the rental. Its also not a bad walk down to the park to get in, float through the tube chute and get out at the property. The property is also close to lots of restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Its on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. We will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect and everything in description was accurate. Only complaint was my 5'2" mom had a problem getting into the bed in master bedroom. It was a good laugh but bed was comfortable once she was able to get herself up (and stop laughing). Pool was clean and grounds were manicured. Will stay again.

The over flow parking was close by, but be super careful parking in the lot- spaces are small but manageable. Security guards did a great job helping us navigate the property and managing the Labor Day crowds.

Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner. The location was convenient to everything especially the simple 2 block walk to catch Rockin S Shuttle bus that took us a couple miles to rentals, then floated Comal and property halfway point thru float made it easy to exit the water with stairs to property, grab quick lunch, then resume float. The only downside was under ground parking, very hard to navigate in/out around huge concrete beams. We parked in adjacent lot but very limited spots, go quick.
