This 3-bedroom, 1-bath home is just **two blocks from shops, restaurants, and nightlife**, and a short drive to Historic Gruene and Gruene Hall.

This house is a lovely place to stay which made for a very enjoyable girl’s trip. We all agreed it was the nicest and cleanest place we had stayed in all our trips together. The host has thought of everything to make you feel like you are home. The house is located close to downtown New Braunfels and several other small towns with great shopping . There is a wide variety of restaurants to eat or if you like to cook there is a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the BEST rental we have ever stayed at in New Braunfels. It was super clean. Walking distance to everything in downtown New Braunfels. My kids loved the gated backyard and all the fun yard amenities. The host of this property is simply amazing. She went above and beyond. She thought of every single detail from white noise machines to a useful binder for kitchen appliances. Every item in the house is well taken care of and I would give 10 stars if I could. Can't wait to come back!

As a New Braunfels native with a background in historic renovation and interior design, I feel privileged to restore these homes and share them with guests. My hope is that you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for both the house you've stayed in and the town that surrounds it.

This home had undergone many "builder-grade" updates throughout the decades that had stripped the historic uniqueness and qualities from both the interior and exterior. My goal for all my homes is to make them function for today's way of life, while preserving the historic elements that set them apart from the current streamlined designs often found in other vacation rentals. These homes were built in an era when neighborhoods were designed for walking, porches were social spaces, and homes were meant to gather people. Experience New Braunfels as it was meant to be lived.
