An absolutely great apartment and a great host. We were two people but there is more than enough room for four. Location is excellent as the nearest beach is literally 4 min away. The old town is within 20 min walking distance and so are the beaches furthest away from the port which we enjoyed more than the ones closer to the port.Plenty of appliances in the apartment including but not limited to the washing machine, dishwasher, blender, filter coffee machine and so on. The terrace with a barbeque and a lot of space to stay in the open air after a day on the beach is an extra pleasure. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a visit to Split.

It was a lovely apartment with great kitchen amenities and comfortable bedding, along with a nice TV and a cute patio! Not totally sure I would call it "luxury", but it was a great value for the price!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful back terrace to sit and drink coffee or just laze around. Many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. The palace area is a long-ish walk or a short Uber ride for when you want to explore the old city. Communication with the host was easy, the apartment was comfortable and easy to cook in, and everything pretty much as presented on the listing.

Good base for Split old town if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed the walk in past the beach and also enjoyed exploring the area around us and not just the old town. Great amenities- local Spar, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby also. Also property was quiet and well equipped.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

This lovely, well equipped apartment is in an excellent, quiet location close to the old town. We did lots of exploring from here and it was a wonderful base to come back to , with comfortable beds, spacious living area, and a nice little garden area to sit in for breakfast.
