Belle et entièrement rénové 4 * -Appartement dans un emplacement privilégié à proximité de la célèbre plage "Bacvice". L'appartement se compose de 98m² de luxe de l'espace de vie et d'une terrasse de 30m² avec vue sur le port et la vieille ville de Split. Jusqu'à 4 adultes trouvés dans l'espace plat.
L'appartement moderne, entièrement meublé est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages dans un endroit calme. Dans l'appartement il ya 2 chambres bien meublées, un salon spacieux avec cuisine et salle à manger et une salle de bain d'hôtes avec douche et salle de bain exceptionnelle avec une baignoire spa.

Hostess was more than helpful and responsive with all questions. Location was ideal, close to everything, no car needed.Loved the apartment, so clean, amenities were wonderful, everything you could ask for and more was available. Highly recommend this for anyone.

This is a fantastic property with everything you could wish for within easy walk of the town centre, Bačvice beach and ferry port for island hopping. Communication with Hanna was excellent throughout with an in-person check-in. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the welcome groceries were an added bonus! We would recommend staying here and would very happily do so on a return to Split!!

Simply excellent. Place was beautiful and well equipped in a great location for our visit. Very well stocked. Bonus having milk in refrigerator. Parking was tight but worked. Very clean! Fresh front. Nice appliances and dishes.

Truly beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped. The outside terrace was very large and pretty. We could even see fireworks over the Riva from it. Great location, great property!

Very nice accomodations

We enjoyed our stay here and it is also a great location! Also we were appreciative of the air conditioning- a must have in the summer! Everything was great- the only thing I would suggest is to launder the sheets on the beds with unscented soap as the sheets were extremely perfumed and gave us a headache.

Perfect location in Split

The actual apartment is better than the photos show. The apartment has everyrhing you need and js really spacious. It has a large outdoor terrace and is very modern. The location is perfect and a short walk from everything. We really enjoyed staying here. Would highly recommend.

Hanna’s place is amazing! It is immaculately clean and very modern. The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. The beds were comfortable and the unit is huge! They were kind enough to have fruit and cold drinks waiting for us upon arrival. Hanna was very communicative throughout our stay when we had questions. We had a very early check out and Hanna was accommodating with that process as well. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Stay

This is an absolutely wonderful home. It is spacious, modern, and very clean. The AC works great (essential in the summer), and the patio is perfect. The host is quickly responsive, and they sweetly had fruit, Croatian wine, and some stapes in the fridge. The location is perfect - a block from the city beach and a short walk to the old city and port. Highly recommend!

Great Location in Split

Hanna was a great host who met us at the property and gave us a tour of the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, an easy 20 minute walk to the waterfront shops/oldtown, and a bakery right around the corner for morning pastries and coffee. The only downside was there is no dedicated parking for a car and parking around the apartment is very tight. We had a very pleasant two night stay with two couples.

This is an amazing property. Everything is updated, host is extremly responsive. We are VRBO hosts also and know how challenging it is to keep everything in great shape and this property is in perfect shape with tons of personal touches. Not shown in the photos is the great patio. You won't go wrong to select this property.

Incredible!

We have stayed at many rentals and this was way at the top. The place was like being home, it had pretty much everything you could want. There was someone there to greet us and they were there when we left. It was very helpful and incredibly gracious. In addition the neighborhood was perfect. Close to old town and plenty of good restaurants. We would stay there again and hope we can!

Luxurious as claimed

This apartment is spacious, comfortable, and pleasing to the eye. It is within walking distance of the Riva and a beach. The kitchen and bathrooms meet the most demanding standards. Finding the refrigerator stocked with some staples gave us a very welcoming feeling.
