Situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur, dans la magnifique région de Sant Antoni. Sant Antoni est à distance de marche du centre-ville, gothique, Raval, et les zones de Montjuic. Le point de départ idéal pour visiter Barcelone!

One thing after another

First I’ll say the host was very communicative before and mostly during until the end. Unfortunately, it was not a smooth stay and not quite as advertised. It started with us having a broken (inoperable toilet in a bathroom that smelled so bad we couldn’t stand to shower. The owner apologized and even compensated us. Then when we were finally able to shower the door was broken so water would get everywhere, the window would not close. The air conditioning was broken so it was miserably hot and I had a 1 year old and a 3 year old. They would wake up crying from being uncomfortable. I should have known something wasn’t right because there were so many fans. Minor annoyance, only like 1 outlet per room so it was use the fan or charge my phone. The final straw was when the hot water heater broke in our other unit (we booked 2) so now 6 adults and 3 kids all had to use 1 shower or shower in COLD water. We reached out to the owner because this is a lot to endure on vacation and not as advertised to pay the amount we payed. They said since the compensates is for the toilet that was it. Smh I would not recommend honestly.

better than looks on the photos

The apartment is bigger than looks on the photos and much better. It is at a walking distance to many of the spots of Barcelona and well communicated with bus and metro lines. The staff was very helpful during all the stay. thank you!

great location

Great place in a great location. It was the perfect starting point to showing the city to our group. 9 people stayed at the flat and thanks to two bath rooms and the ample community room we had no morning stress and lots of space to spend together. It's a very lively neighborhood. Definitely a experience worth repeating. Thank you for making the stay so memorable!

The apartment was recently refurbished and we didn't missed anything. Beds were comfortable and lots of bedrooms made our stay excellent! Many tapas bars and markets in the area. Would come back here again!

good value for money

We spent a WE in Bracelona to celebrate a birthday. The appartment was just perfect for a group of 8 persons : enough space and privacy, very well decorated and ideally located. The host welcomed us in person and was kind enough to indicate us the perfect tapas restaurant on our first night. I would definitely reach out again to Karen for my next visit to Barcelona !

Super location and beautiful apartment- tasteful, comfortable, tidy and nice furnished with enough space for everybody. Close to the metro station, shops, bars and restaurants. The check IN/OUT was simple and fast. We have no reason to be unhappy. Our satisfaction is very high. Amazing Apartment. Recommendable

excellent location

Location is excellent, in the city center. Apartment is well situated and very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze and the apartment is well equipped, we could cook our meals. Everything was excellent. I recommend it if I was going to Barcelona again.

well located apartment

I stayed here with my husband and my children (9,8,5) and the apartment was enough spacious for us. The apartment is fresh and simple with good facilities, very clean. The apartment was in a great location, really close to metro station, a supermarket and shopping centre. The neighborhood was quite quiet considering how close it was to the centre of the city. All amenities were close by, the location was the best thing about this apartment.

Good value for money

It was our first time in Spain. The apartment is quiet and clean, good value for money! Karen gave us all the info and the check in was easy because the office is located close to the apartment. The accommodation is well equipped and enough big for 8 people. Meracadona supermarket is located next to the building and there is a charming typical "bodega" also very close. Lots of tapas bars in the area, and well connected with metro. Don't miss the magic fountains show! 100% recommended!
