Chaque appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et comprend 2 chambres (1 lit double + 2 lits simples), 1 salle de bain, un salon et une cuisine!

Tous les appartements sont parfaitement équipés avec WIFI, TV écran plat, climatisation / chauffage, lave-linge, sèche-linge, congélateur, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine ...

Le bâtiment est situé à 1 coin du Paseo de Gracia et à 5/10 minutes à pied de la Plaza Catalunya, des Ramblas et du quartier gothique (où vous trouverez le marché de la Boqueria, la cathédrale, la Plaza Real, Liceu ...).

La station de métro la plus proche est Passeig de Gracia (lignes L2, L3 et L4 - violet, vert et jaune).

Une caution remboursable de 300 € est demandée par appartement à l'arrivée et restituée au départ.
L'enregistrement a lieu à 15 heures et le départ à 11h.
Le point de collecte est au bureau central situé à 1 station de métro. Si vous arrivez avant 15 heures, vous pouvez laisser vos bagages gratuitement au bureau (de 10h à 20h). Une bagagerie gratuite au bureau est également disponible le jour du départ.
L'enregistrement après 20h00 entraîne un supplément de 40 €.

Wonderful!

Beautiful spacious apartment! Clean, newly renovated, elegantly decorated and comfortable. Location is perfect. Wifi was the only thing that was not up to expectations but it was minor and we will definitely rent these apartments again.

Everything was wonderful!

I must say that these apartments worked out perfectly for our group. I was nervous about booking internationally, but Karen was amazing about answering my questions and helping with the airport transfer. We booked two apartments for our group. They were both clean and well appointed with the basic necessities. Everyone in our group was quite satisfied with the accommodations I had found for us. I highly recommend staying in these apartments at this great location.

Amazing apartment!

We were a group of 11 women-all family, ranging in age from 37 to 79. Aunts, sisters, cousins, daughters, mothers. The location was fantastic, we were just initially confused because the picture in the VRBO showed the Pedrera so we assumed the apartment was in the Eixample neighborhood when actually it was in El Born. Communication with the hosts was great, helpful even about items not related to the apartment. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a large group looking for a centrally located apartment in beautiful Barcelona. Highly recommend if you can handle twin beds and 3 bathrooms among 11 people!!! Loved our stay here!

Brilliant

The flats are in an amazing location, easy to walk to everything. The six rooms were a good size and the flats clean and tidy. All the team was awesome and flats exceeded expectations. My colleagues were thoroughly impressed by my selection and the were all pleased with their accommodations. Already moved this place up on my favorite list and would love to stay here again. Again, the location was excellent and we surely experienced the life of Barcelona both day and night! Brilliant adventure!

They tried, but still needs work

The location and rooms were good. My issue is with the check-in process and communication with office for service issues. We had 3 apartments. It took 45 min to get checked in. The automated machine process just doesn't work that well and 6 groups in the lobby were getting frustrated. Great cleaning staff were stepping in to help, but every check-in required several calls to office. They should make it a text response verses calling their offices, which would rarely be answered. Also, the air conditioning controls were needlessly complicated.

We think it is a good system because it gives travelers greater autonomy to check in. Of course during the process the staff is available for any issue. We rented 3 apartments for a family events and we spent a super comfortable short stay. Cenrally located, large living room, confortable bedrooms and well equipped. All easy and ideal for large groups

Functional place to stay

Check-in is a pain and not at all convenient and building hallways outside of units is pretty dirty, dimly lit, and unkempt. Nevertheless the units themselves are quiet at night and it is a functional place to stay in Barcelona .

Nice apartment at an excellent location!

A very good location with many places nearby, shops and bars a few steps away, very spacious. I would definitely stay here again, always quick communication with the host. Beds really comfy and large bathroom with washing machine that came very handy. My only complaint was that the Wifi was realy slow in one of the apartments that we rented (423).

The apartments are in a great spot only €30 taxi ride from the airport and a 5 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya at the top of La Rambla. Super central and easy to get around. The apartments have everything you might need and could not be better, Perfect for our family stay (actually 2 families...).

EXCELLENT!

What a fantastic place to stay in the centre of Barcelona! It exceeded our expectations, the apartments were clean and roomy. We were a family of 14 people, ages from 19-60. amazing location

Amazing location. Very short distance to two different metro lines and easy to find a taxi. Lots of restaurants and a big grocery store nearby. Space worked out perfectly for 4 adults and 3 children in 2 apartments. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Thanks!

You will absolutely love this place.

You will absolutely love this place. I stayed in the building other 9 business travelers. We all had our own private rooms. That’s a lot of capacity. Also, the common areas have a spacious living room/dining room/bar/kitchen with all the cooking items you need. The location is about ten steps off of Passeig de Gracia, which in my opinion is THE place to stay while in Barcelona. There are a neverending number of streets/shops/restaurants in the area. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to Plaça de Catalunya where the airport bus drops you. And the metro is 100 feet away from your doorstep. It’s absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was top notch, everything worked as it was supposed to. Also nearby is a 24 hour market that has everything you need. We stocked up on bottled water, Nespresso pods, ham, fruit cheese and bread…ohhhhh, the bread. Everything was top notch. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s awesome for groups or large families and there is SO much to do just outside.

Beautiful stylish apartments

Beautiful stylish apartments in the heart of the city... we loved our stay for two families. Very close to lots of local tapas restaurants and grocery store and super markets. Walkable to major city sights. Looks just like pictures and the living room and study are great for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. We would definitely rent this apartment again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Perfect location and nice and safe. Right near the Plaça for buses metro food and shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cool and the shower and beds were amazing. Karen was a fantastic host we could not have asked for better. This is the place to stay in Barcelona!!!!!

Great time in Barcelona

We had a great time in Barcelona. In particular we enjoyed seeing Gaudi's masterpieces. The apartment is in a great location. Only 5-10 minutes walk from the end of the airport bus route which made getting there and back to the airport hassle free. Although we communicate easily with Karen and the staff, they were very friendly. The apartments were very tidy and it was great to have lots of rooms and bathrooms which were also lovely and clean.

Great location very close to La Pedrera and Casa Batló. You can walk to Plaza Catalunya and major shops. Metro station is two blocks away. Apartment made our stay in Barcelona very special and I would definitely recommend!
