Appartement Laura La vue la plus imprenable sur la mer et la vieille ville!

APPARTEMENT LAURA 100m2 se compose d'une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée qui a une fenêtre avec vue sur le jardin. La salle à manger avec une grande table pour 6 personnes et un salon spacieux ont trois grandes portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. La vue depuis la chambre triple principale (16m2) est également la vue de carte postale de Dubrovnik. La deuxième chambre (12m2) a deux lits simples et un lit bébé. Salle de bain confortable avec WC et baignoire avec douche. L'appartement est équipé de la climatisation. Dans la cour arrière, à l'entrée de l'appartement, il y a une terrasse où vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement vous détendre dans le jardin. Place de parking est disponible. L'appartement conviendrait à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour élégant à Dubrovnik!
Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Vue imprenable sur la mer, les îles et la vieille ville.

The photos of this place genuinely don’t do it justice, it is 100x more beautiful in person!!! the views were spectacular, the apartment was clean, and the washer was definitely a huge plus!! quick 10 minute walk to old town with a market & coffee shop only a 5 min walk away.

Our hosts Christian & Marijana were incredibly helpful and even gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to eat in town. And the view was absolutely stupendous, awe-inspiring.

Great apartment

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment on our first visit to Dubrovnik. The views are absolutely stunning and you could spend all day watching all the port activities. The apartment is bright and spotlessly clean with lovely bed linen and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Marijana was very helpful and explained all about the apartment and also the best way to navigate all the steps in Dubrovnik. She arranged private taxi transfers to and from the airport which was great and both drivers were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and location.

Perfect!

An absolutely perfect place. A walk to town and the beach and the gondola up the mountain. Nearby mini market. Quiet. Great view and you can hear the bells! It is up the hill so be prepared for that on the way back. Nicely appointed and very comfortable beds. Patient hosts stationed themselves at both entrances to make sure we didn’t go astray. Lovely shaded patio. Spectacular view. We will be back!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property and views!!! Marijana was an excellent host and communicated all of the details we needed to know very clearly. She helped point out the quickest and easiest routes to the major attractions as well as details about local bus lines. There is a designated parking space, clothes washer, outdoor clothes lines for drying, a well-appointed kitchen, enormous bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and BY FAR the most breathtaking views of the sea and Old Town. The pictures do not do it justice! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the city walls, and less than 5 minutes to the nearest convenience market. (Be prepared for a lot of stairs.) We had an amazing stay and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we travel to Dubrovnik!

Wonderful 3-night stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in early August. The apartment is located on the hill, with spectacular views of the Old City and Lokrum Island, and was very clean and comfortable. Marijana is a lovely host - friendly and communicative, answering all questions before our trip, organising airport transfer and providing helpful Information when we arrived. The apartment is very conveniently situated - small supermarket a few minutes’ walk away, and only 5-10 mins walk to Banje Beach and 10-15mins to the Old City Walls, old port and plenty of restaurants. Uphill walk on the way home - lots of steps / longer route by road, which was fine for us but may not suit those with young children or anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely come back! Our only suggestion would be to please provide a fan in the second (twin) bedroom.

Très bien accueillis par Marjana et son mari. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche de Pâques alors que tous les magasins étaient fermés pendant ce week-end de fête. Marjana avait prévu un petit-déjeuner pour toute la famille (brioche, lait, beurre…). Sans elle, ça aurait été compliqué avec nos enfants. C’était très appréciable d’avoir cette aide et cette gentillesse de la part de Marjana. Son mari, de son côté, a fait toutes les démarches pour l’enregistrement de la voiture pour l’accès à l’appartement (zone à circulation contrôlée). Merci à eux.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Marijana (host) was so wonderful - the apartment has a stunning view of old town and was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the old town with a stunning view of the city. Marijana helped coordinate everything for us when we were there and was so helpful when we accidentally left items in the unit. I’d highly recommend anyone to stay here - couldn’t have asked for a better host/spot!
